Our place overlooks the Atlantic. Our marina is less than 50 ft from our patio

A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.

It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.

The ammenties at Kawama are plenty to enjoy your vacation. Lighted tennis courts, a full kidddie playground, a private sandy beach with tikki huts, beach chairs and grills to throw burgers and ribs 😋, 24 hour security, a fresh salt water lagoon with a sandy area, two heated pools available for the villa guests, tennis courts and a convenienty located onsite marina with oceanfront access and a free boat ramp. Bring your boat to Kawama with a $300k insurance per our HOA regulations written under the main renter's name or rent one locally. Our marina offers all sizes of slips. Your rental contact is Dominick, our marina manager.

Less than 2 miles from our place we have the famous John Pennekamp, a great park to enjoy all kinds of water activities; diving, snorkeling, canoes, boating, paddle boats, and many more. I am sharing this linkwith you for more acitivites while in Key Largo:

The location was perfect for our adult family of four. We were able to relax, dive, snorkel, and spend time together on the point each evening. We will definitely be booking again and maybe for a longer duration.

Great 3-night vacation for us! We had a late check-in due to the previous renters- no fault of the property. The cleaning team was very nice about it, and we were just happy to be out of the snow. The property owner communicated often and was very helpful. The location is great with a short walk to the community's pools. We could watch the sunrise and sunset over the water from the balcony or the short walk to the jetty.

The place had a great view as advertised. The house was well maintained and had a great kitchen. However the host was having personal issues and I was still waiting for our access code til just before arrival. It made for a nervous trip not knowing if the house would be available. We did get the code before check in time though.. Your site said I should get an email 3 to 5 days early and we did not. Nice location and a lot nicer than some other places we saw nearby.

Family Time and some lobster finding!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! The villa was just as described and would highly recommend staying! The location of the villa is perfect! Its close to great restaurants and fun things to do! Cant wait for next year!

Wonderful

Nice property for Key Largo Family Vacation!

This is a great family property. We were very comfortable here. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the patio is a perfect place to grill. My kids loved going around the property in the golf cart. Additionally, the owner, Vivian, is very responsive to questions and issues. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely Villa met all of,our needs.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was nicely appointed and very clean. We spent our mornings having coffee and enjoying the lovely view. The golf cart was a most welcome way to get around the resort. We will be back! Lovely place to relax and soak up all that Key Largo has to offer.

words cannot describe how beautiful this place is!!. from the moment we walked in, we were in awe. the condo was beautiful. it was clean and spacious. the view of the marina and ocean was breathtaking. we would definitely stay here again. vivian was quick to respond to any questions i had before our stay. we certainly enjoyed our time in key largo.

Kawama Fun

This was our third stay at Kawama. The people that winter here regularly really make this place special. They are welcoming, friendly and inclusive. Since we were there for a couple of weeks we enjoyed lots of the activities including Yoga, 5:00 cocktails, sunsets on the point, and cards (to name a few). We saw beautiful sunrises from our deck and walked a couple of miles everyday. There are places to eat within walking distance for great sea food. It was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Property

This property was exactly as represented on the website. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were busy and off location every day and wished we could have stayed longer to use the accommodations, golf cart and property amenities. We will be back again. Cute and roomy

Well equipped and cute condo. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. It was quiet. The beds, bedding, and especially the pillows could have been more comfortable. Plenty of towels for insude and beach. There are two bicycles but we couldnxt find the pump for the flat tire. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and Vivian was very nice!

All in all good but pricey- talking with others they were charged 3k for the month and we paid for four days- dryer was horrendous- one of the bikes no good so no fun just with one- plus was golf cart- nice location

Hi John, Just wanted to let you know that our washer and dryer are in use. The only thing we ask is that guests do not overload the dryer because the result is shaking and hence the replacement of parts. We since have taken care of it and both our washer and dryer work perfectly! I wish you would have added the awesome oceanfront view they can get from our villa which is only 50 ft away from the marina and you can sip a morning coffee or an afternoon cold drink while enjoying our beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our bikes are both operational and also we have the golf cart which most people prefer. Last but not least. Kawama has 3 phases. The tower, the townhouses, and the villas are our phase. The villas are ocean and are requested by guests that want to enjoy the ocean view and the action in the marina with the boats. Also, if you bring a boat and you want to be close to it, the villas are the best option. Again, thank you for choosing Kawama V-11 for your stay

We love the Arts, relaxing, good food, and good wine. When we go to Kawama, the hustle, and bustle stay behind. If you have never visited the Florida Keys, please do and if you have, you know is time to come back.
