Key Largo Home with Spa and Pool!!

Summary:

This 2 story home is located in a wonderful quiet Key Largo neighborhood. It comes with a brand new private spa and pool. You will have access to the entire home. Bring your boat as there is ample parking for your trailer.



The Space:

This is a 2-story home with the main living on the second floor. This floor has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a full-sized washer and dryer. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower and has a private entrance to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and drop-down desk for those who need some office space while on vacation. The guest bedroom has a unique bunk bed with a king bed and twin on the top. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin-sized trundle bed that can be pulled out.



The downstairs 1 bedroom apartment has its own entrance accessible from the backyard next to the pool. It comes with a full size bed, loveseat, and a separate kitchenette with a dining bar. The bathroom features a brand new walk-in shower.



Please note that the top and bottom floors are not internally connected and can only be accessed from the exterior of the house.



The pool is private and even has an oversized spa in a peaceful, ideal setting - bring your umbrella drink and start the BBQ! The backyard is furnished with lounge chairs, umbrella, and 3 types of grills/smokers for your bar-b-ques. There are 16 delicious restaurants within an 8-minute drive. The location is perfect - there are 4 public beaches within a 15 minute drive. Visit all the beaches and choose your favorite spot.



Guest Access:

The guests will be given a unique 4 digit code for keyless entry.



The Neighborhood:

This house is located at mile marker 95 in a very quiet neighborhood. Close by you will find Snappers Restaurant, Harry Harris Park and Tavernier Towne Plaza where you can find a WinnDixie, CVS, Dunkin Donut, Bill's Licquor Store etc and a movie theater.



Getting Around:

We strongly recommend renting a car for your stay in the Keys.
