Great view! We actually enjoyed the side view of the gulf and the canal being able to watch the boats come and go. Condo was clean and plenty of space for 6 of us. Check in/out was an easy process. Only 2 negative's was minor but the coffee pot desperately needed updated! The other issue was apparently there was a maintenance call made from the building while we were there and we were not informed by Liquid Life. Again it was minor but a heads up that a complete stranger was going to be coming by would be nice to know.. especially with children around.Overall, loved our time there and we will return to Grand pointe in the future!

I’m sorry the coffee maker was dated — housekeeping and maintenance have been notified and we’ll replace it. I also apologize you weren’t informed about the building maintenance visit; we should have given advance notice and will update our procedures and coordinate with the building so guests are notified when maintenance is scheduled. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to hosting you again at Grand Pointe.

Great Place

Great location, enjoyed watching all the boats and fishermen in the channel. Condo was clean, comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

This is the first time I have ever written a review. I understand the wear and tear on rental properties and am very flexible, however, there are a few things I wanted to make you aware of. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom was not clean. It looked as if someone spilled something sticky on the outside glass, tiles and railing. There was a trash bag taped over the transom at the front door. We removed it. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was basically nonexistent and could not be used. I was extremely upset of having to pay 60 for a second parking pass, When I called to request one, I was quoted 60 but was charged 69.60. It should have been communicated that there was add-on charges. I was given a location to pick it up. The building was empty with a sign stating they had moved. I went to the new location and was told there was a lockbox at the building which was not visible because I walked around the building twice and did not find it. The person I spoke with was nice and gave me the addition parking pass. I reread the guest guidelines. Under the parking section, nothing was listed there would be a 60 plus surcharges for a second parking pass. Overall our condo was in good shape except for the few things mentioned above. My biggest disappointment was the issue with the parking pass. The condo states it sleeps 6 and a second parking pass should be included. Thank you.

This property was exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony is awesome. The balcony is huge .

We spent most of our time resting on the balcony lounge chairs watching the fishing boats travel in and out of the harbor.

Perfect Location with a large balcony overlooking the Orange Beach Pass.

Very clean and had all the necessities you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the boats coming in and out of the Pass. It's across the street from a shopping/dining complex with great restaurants on the water and live entertainment.

The condo itself was great! We would have preferred a beach front balcony rather than facing the boat canal. Since the faced East, it was too hot to use it until afternoon.

A grand view

If you love boats stay at this condo. Best sunrise views ever. Very clean and comfortable with fast elevators. Outside of building needed power washed but grounds were in perfect shape. Amazing beach front that we would come back to.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

Perfect view

We have stayed in Orange Beach many times. This was the best condo by far. We loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass. We spent so much time on the balcony. The condo was spacious and immaculately clean. We did not want to leave!

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay

Was so very happy with our stay. Our condo was so very very clean. The kitchen was awesome!! Looked like brand new appliances. So beautiful and cozy!! The furniture on the balcony was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome!! My husband and I was so impressed. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Condo and Ocean/Bay view!

This property was amazing! We loved the fact that we could watch the yachts come they the bay each morning and sail into the ocean! Everything about the condo was perfect! Top quality appliances and decorated beautifully! I actually would live in this condo! Haha! We have stayed in other condo properties and unit 707 has been the best , by far. Definitely will stay again! If I could I would rate it even higher than a five😀

Long weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was very nice. We loved the space and the view from the spacious balcony. The room was very clean and close to the beach. We were not informed when we booked,until a few weeks later, that the outdoor pool would be closed due to balcony maintenance even though they had been informed beforehand.
