Location is unbeatable. But this unit is very much a company basic unit. Beds were the worst beds I’ve slept in and the unit wasn’t cleaned to our standards

Very nice place.

Our only complaint is that the air conditioner could not keep the rooms cool and we had to call several times to have someone come a reset or fix the AC.Also the instructions to use the TVs could be better.

Wonderful surroundings and fabulous condo.

The renting of the property was very easy. Manager was very good to work with. Immediate answers to any question, and quick to address any request. Replaced tv when he couldn’t get it repaired, brought more silverware and glasses when asked. Nice job.

Good experience

My family and I had a good experience at this unit. It is spacious and as per the listing. The property managers were very responsive to a couple of small things needed (light bulb/floor clean). This is a beautiful but very large complex of units. Pack your patience during unloading, as the elevators can be very busy and you may have to wait a bit. With Florida so busy, this building is in high demand and was full. Florida is the place to be with people From all over the country. Thank you for a good stay.

Beautiful View & Lots of Space!

We had a great trip. The condo is very spacious and nice. Needs a little refresh but still really cute. The ONLY complaint is that ALL WEEK only 3 of the 6 elevators were working for thousands of families and their beach gear. It took forever to go anywhere. It seemed that no one was even trying to repair them. That’s pretty typical for all of these properties but this was exceptionally bad. Great weather and gorgeous beach!

Beautiful 21st floor 3 bedroom

The condo was nice. Just as described. Nice touch having box fans in each bedroom in addition to ceiling fans. Condo had sand on floor everywhere and little dirt here and there where there could use a deep clean. At the beach we kinda except the sand though. Pool and lazy river great. However; there are 6 elevators for over 30 floors of condos. There was a substantial wait time for elevators. Everyone in the building was complaining. If we ever stayed there again it would be on a low floor so we could take stairs.

Tired, dirty, stench of smoke.

The property was not as pictured. The furnishings were tired, dirty, and in need of cleaning or replacement. The condo wreaked of smoke, although it was supposedly smoke free. There were dirty dishes with caked on dried food in the kitchen cabinets as if they were put away dirty instead of running the dishwasher. Very disappointing.

Escape

The property was beautiful!! So well decorated. We felt so at home. It was just my husband and myself. The condo was so spacious, for half a second we thought about calling the family to come join us. There is so much to do in the area-but we didn't. This vacation was all about relaxing-letting the pressures of life go for eight days. Thinking about nothing but enjoying the beautiful sunrise & sunsets and reconnecting with each other. Can't wait to come back next fall!!

Great condo- but needs more elevators

Absolutely loved the condo. Gorgeous and spacious. Perfect for our party. The beach was a little crowded, but not so much we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. I did, however, have a problem with check in. Everyone was checking in at 4pm on Saturday. We arrived early and property manager said they would notify us if our room was ready earlier but they did not. We waited forever for an elevator. Could not find a cart for our bags. My husband had to go to the 8th floor to find a “cart” which was just a shopping cart instead of a luggage rack. He had to push it down the parking garage ramps to get it to our vehicle because elevator wait was so long. I waited 45 minutes with a wagon full of groceries on an elevator, some of which ruined. Also property closes indoor pool during bad weather which was a bummer when it stormed the first two nights. We were pleased with everything except except for the elevator issue. It was a problem during any of the “busy” times when everyone was either going down to the beach or coming back.

Beautiful view! Nice resort. Great pools!

Needed more towels and linens. Headboards were not fastened properly on two beds and shook all night with even the slightest movement (making for a bad night of sleep). Broken chair in closet and also a mirror. Washer was dirty, had to clean it.
