Hi Debby! Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback about your stay at Sandcastle by the Sea. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Your experience falls far short of our standards, and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused, particularly with the pool deck and the cleanliness of the property. Regarding the cleanliness issues and broken amenities, we are taking immediate steps to rectify these problems. We have already scheduled a thorough review and deep cleaning of the property, and maintenance replaced the broken lounge chairs, fixed the dishwasher, elevator, and outdoor fireplace. We have also addressed the oversight in our communication and quality assurance processes to prevent such occurrences in the future. We will review your feedback with the team to ensure we significantly improve our services. Above all, we’re glad we’re able to address all this by offering a refund that was reasonable for all parties involved.
