Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail. See your guest portal or contact the host to confirm. We are unable to issue refunds once a reservation is non-refundable.

Due to restrictions, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to (i) guests under the age of 25, or (ii) student/college groups. ID's will be checked upon booking and verified onsite at check-in and throughout the stay.
