Beautiful, easy, safe ... Tropical paradise

Better than the pictures, condo is lovely and in the best location. Life in Puerto Aventuras is as easy as it can get, short walks to anywhere, good food, safe and friendly ... most relaxing holiday ever

home away from home!

wonderfully located with a direct view of the pool & beach! safe for kids to roam independently & freely. villa is fully equipped with all the essentials (washer, coffee pot, towels, board games, kitchen utensils for cooking)

Puerto Aventuras 8 night vacation

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras. The condo was perfectly located by the pools. The ground unit made it really nice and convenient. Pilar was so helpful when it came to getting a crib for my 8 month old. We've stayed in a few units in Villa Del Mar and would definitely stay in this one again.

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was clean and well laid out for our family of five women. Back patio gets morning sun for coffee. Pool area was easy access across the grass with plenty of room and umbrellas. Beach sand was fabulous and Palapa for shade. Bedrooms stayed nice and cool. Bathrooms with plenty towels. We had an unexpected cleaning on day 4 which was very nice. Easy taxi to go across hwy for groceries catching one just around the corner toward restaurants. Drivers were very accommodating. Five minute walk to restaurants and marina.Only negative would be the kitchen is in need of updating some items for everyday use. We made it work. There was no bbq on patio even though it showed in pictures and write up. All in all a great value for your money. We would stay again!

Great location

We visited with another family who had stayed at the property several times prior. We enjoyed the property. The location of the condo was great, easy access to the pool and beach. The pool temperature was nice, the beach area was very clean. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant and shops, very convenient. We had a great stay. The communication with the property manager was lacking. After messaging several times through the app requesting checkin information, with no response, I called VRBO 2 days prior to our arrival. The phone number on the app was no longer working so they provided a new one. When we called we did speak with someone who provided the condo number and texted a QR code. We learned all the important information for the stay from our family who stayed at the same property. If that was not the case, it would have been a very frustrating experience. With improved communication I’d give it a 5 stars.

Great Family Space!

We really enjoyed our time at Villas Del Mar in Puerto Aventuras. The condo is clean and spacious. We loved that it was on the main floor and had easy access to the pool and beach. It's also really close to the tennis court which was fun to use during our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to us while we were there and quickly took care of some minor issues we had. We'd highly recommend and definitely return!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Comfortable and well appointed. The beach is right in front of the condo and the 2 pools were also amazing. Just a two minute walk from restaurants and shops.

Paradise Found

The property was exactly as described - on a sandy beach, next to a beautiful pool, and about a 2 minute walk to the most quaint town (with lots of nice restaurants reasonably priced). There is both an Italian bakery and a French bakery within a 3 minute walk. They have the best freshly made breakfast pastries!!! The property itself has been recently renovated. Appreciate the high end details (such as the plantation shutters and the custom bedding). Also, appreciate how well organized everything is. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Stay at Villas Del Mar 1 E107, Puerto Aventuras

We had an amazing stay at Edgars and Pilars apt. The apt is very clean, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area, gardens and beach are fantastic! We are defintly coming back and staying at the same apt as soon as we can get more vacation time!. Recommened 100%!

Great vacation!

Puerto Aventuras is an excellent vacation spot home base! We felt completely safe the whole trip. We loved being in Villa del Mar- right on the beach (family friendly beach- a huge plus). Our four kids (boys ages 5-17) loved the pools, snorkeling (we brought our own snorkel gear), and lawn for games. The condo on the first floor was very accommodating- everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the BBQ, Netflix, washer and dryer in condo, plenty of towels, air conditioning (hot in May!), and having our own kitchen to cook in. Villa del Mar is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Puerto Adventuras- very convenient. As for the trip- we used a shuttle service to get from the airport in Cancun (we paid a little extra for a stop at Costco). We toured with Alma's tours (highly recommended- Chichen Itza and Ek Balam), visited eco parks (we had members of our whole group of 18, with kids ages 5-18 go to Xel-Ha, Xplor Fuego, Xenotes, and Xcaret- we recommend Xel-Ha and Xenotes!), and went deep sea fishing with Captain Rick (located in the shops at Puerto Aventuras). It was a great vacation and having Villa del Mar as our home base was awesome- highly recommended and will stay here when we come back!

Best location and the best development.

Puerto is our number one place to visit in Mexico. Its relaxed safe and filled with great people. The villas del mar is the best location in Puerto and the ground floor poolside location of this unit is perfect. The condo itself is clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, great condo and beautiful grounds

This is our third time staying in Puerto, but first time at Villas del Mar - we were extremely happy with our stay. Being a ground floor condo was extremely convenient for us to go back and forth between the pool or beach and the condo (with three kids there is always something you have to go back for); and was great that the kids could just go out in the morning and play in the grass while we got ready. Perfect location next to the Omni and a short walk to the marina for a morning coffee or dinner....or maybe a mid-afternoon gelato at Jessie's Gelato.

Perfect!

A lovely comfortable condo. Refreshing pools, the best beautiful beach area! Everything you could want in a vacation rental and more. Great gated community with restaurants and shopping, near by places to shop and see. Took the ferry to Cozumel. Visited Tulum Ruins. Snorkeling right off the beach. We had an awesome time!!

Very nice condo

Hello We stayed at Villas del Mar over Christmas and New Years 2017/2018. The condo was well appointed with comfortable beds; ample kitchen supplies and had a great cleaning staff. The security guy was really friendly and offered paddle boards for rent at $20/hour. Grocery store right across main highway was convenient. No complaints. Marc & Family

Lovely Condo

We loved how accessible the condo was to the pool and beach. We could watch the kids in the pool from the patio. Very nicely furnished with 4 lounge chairs. Also, so close to everything in the resort, just a short 2 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store and the marina where watching the dolphins play was amazing. Highly recommended.
