Welcome to our Sun and Beach Bliss 3-bedroom beachfront condo! This newly renovated condo is located in Villa del Mar I, one of the most exquisite gated communities of Riviera Maya. Our condo is not just a place to stay; it's an experience waiting to be cherished. The combination of pristine beachfront location, convenient amenities, and stunning ocean views makes it the ultimate choice for your dream vacation.

The Space

The moment you step into our condo, you'll be greeted by the sight of an endless blue ocean and a secluded beach with palm trees. Our condo offers spacious accommodations for up to eight guests. With three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, everyone will have their own private sanctuary.

Step into our cozy living room, your perfect relaxation spot. Sink into our comfy sofa, carefully placed to give you the best view of the ocean. Imagine starting your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee while gazing out at the sunrise or savoring a romantic dinner as the sun sets over the horizon. You can do all this and more on one of our two large patios, each adorned with palapas and lounges for your comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whip up your favorite meals or try your hand at some local recipes with ease.

Our condo ensures your peace of mind with 24/7 gated security. Dive into our two refreshing swimming pools, and enjoy our private beach, complete with comfy umbrellas, lounge chairs, and palapas —all included in your stay. Centrally located in Puerto Aventuras, you're a minute away from a variety of cafes, restaurants, marina, dolphinarium, shopping, pharmacies, groceries, and all the activities. No need for a car to get around. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation is right here.

We currently have 4 permanent beds set up. We're happy to provide two extra full-size beds upon request at no additional cost. Simply inform us in advance, and we'll ensure they're arranged in any room of your choice before you arrive.

The condo was very comfortable for a family of 8 and the view was beautiful the only thing that I had to say about the condo is the beds a little on the hard side not to comfortable but everything else was very good!!

Pleasant stay

Very nice property, spacious and conveniently located. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay 100%. The amenities are great, the beach access is really nice and plenty of lounge chairs and palapas at the private beach for guests of the villa. Very nice host was super responsive at all times. Highly recommend!

Our overall experience was great, as we’ve stayed in the complex before, just never this condo, however we were familiar with the area. Check-in was super easy, and we were able to access the room early. It was very clean & had all the linens, beach towel, etc. that could be needed. Amenities were good, and it was really nice that there was fresh water available! Just some things to note, not necessarily negatives. The beds are indeed very, very firm, as another review stated. There’s no tv in the living, and one of the master bed tv’s didn’t work. And you’ll constantly be climbing stairs as there is no elevator for the building, and the two master beds are up a set of stairs as well. Not negative, just a warning to those who might not be able or want to tackle it! Overall great, clean, great beach access and golf carts are available to drive around the town with.

Beautiful Beach Vacation Spot!

Our party consisted of 3 adult couples staying for a week. The condo felt very spacious and was quite clean. We did find three of the four beds to be overly firm. That of course is a personal preference and not meant as a critique but just a heads up. The kitchen contained everything needed to prepare meals. The pool area and beach were beautifully maintained and just steps away. We found there were plenty of chairs, loungers and palapas at both locations at all times so no getting up early to reserve them. Contact with the property manager for the most part was quick but there was an instance where a response had to be prompted after 24 hours and one not acknowledged at all. As the owner indicates this is a secure gated community and has a number of stores and restaurants and is quite self contained. We found things to be a bit pricier for that convenience. Right outside the main gate, though is a cheaper GoMart and just down the highway (about a 20 min walk from the condo) are two large grocery stores where you can mingle with the local populace if you are so inclined. Overall our experience in this beautiful, quiet community was quite positive and left us with great memories. Thank you Anna for sharing it with us.
