Kelly, you read that in the beginning. And the rules apply to everyone not just certain individuals. Nobody is exempt from the rules. I don’t know why that should’ve surprised you. I even said it when I sent you my information and you signed the agreement you actually SIGNED the agreement agreeing to that before you came I don’t know why you were so upset about that. And when you lost half the power, I was there that day and called the Illuminating company immediately and had the power back on in a few hours. You knew the rules you were not exempt from them in anyway. I actually let you have your parents and your husband‘s parents over there that night and said absolutely nothing to you. I could’ve had them leave and kept your deposit because that’s what you agreed to when you signed that form but I did not. I let them stay and said nothing M!!! You followed the rules the rest of the time and did not have anybody else over however, everyone thinks the rules don’t apply to them, but they do! You booked it. You read it. You signed the agreement. This is not my fault.

first of all, this guest asked to cancel and she wanted to get all of her money back, and I said she could not because it was a week before she was going to check in. That left a bad taste in her mouth to begin with. Secondly, she saw the house and knew the bathroom layout. She looked at all the pictures and I’m sure she did her due diligence on the rooms so how could she say, I only have one full bath and a half then why did you rent the house? The house is immaculate. I was there myself and did it and if you can’t apply by the rules of no early check-in or late checkout you shouldn’t be renting from people. We have rules and that’s what they are. It is our busy time of season and you shouldn’t be asking to check in earlier or check out later you’re not even taking into consideration the cleaning people schedules. I’m sorry you have special needs child however, you need to try harder to leave on time and you were a half hour later on leaving and I didn’t even say anything to you. You could’ve been charged for checking out late, I asked you to wire the plants with the hose in the back because it was 100° it took two seconds. I didn’t ask you to do my landscaping. The bitterness of you not being able to cancel sure shows in your review the house is beautiful and I have 300 and some reviews to prove it.

Seriously, then why did you ask to have a party there? I guess you feel the rules didn’t apply to you along with me letting you check in two hours early. There was no mention of any complaints while you were there except, the fact you wanted to enjoy your sister and her tribe of children over my house and I said no so this is my payback. Well, I have 300 reviews that are excellent. I really would rather have your bad review then have you entertain your sister in her tribe of children. This is an outright lie and you know it. You never complained about one thing and if you didn’t like the artwork and you said it wasn’t safe for a toddler. This is not a daycare. This is a vacation rental. We have beautiful artwork that everybody else enjoys and people always comment on it if you don’t like it, that’s your opinion Then don’t bring children to home if they can’t be minded around expensive artwork. There’s no smell. There’s no dirt because I left that house perfect for you and you know it! Why would you want to entertain? That is my question if it was that bad why didn’t you leave????? Seriously? You didn’t leave because you had a great time and you know it. You’re sister, and her tribe, had nowhere to go and you’re mad and you had to get back at me. You be sure to have a blessed life.
