Denne splinternye, nyligt opførte anden ejendom er på toppen af det samme bjerg beliggende på 10 hektar, er en fritliggende garage-lejlighed (anden sal) omgivet af træer, men alligevel unik, idet det kun er en fem minutters kørsel til centrum Asheville, ti minutter fra Blue Ridge Parkway & Biltmore House. Perfekt til 2 feriegæster (ikke-mobilt spædbarn tilladt) til at nyde bjergene og praktisk til alt det, som Asheville-området har at byde på. Denne afsondrede vognhusstruktur har udsigt til & er omgivet af natur og ligger ca. 40 meter fra ejernes dejlige hjem, som huser den anden private ferielejlighed (# 495515), der sover op til 4. Book både til familiesammenføring eller samling. Dette nyeste, smukt indrettede og afsondrede rum har et effektiv køkken og inkluderer alle apparater. Fabulous place!

This guesthouse was perfect for us. The location was very convenient and everything was clean and comfortable. Sheri was a great host and was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Sheri was an amazing host. The property was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was the perfect time of year to visit Asheville. We will be back to stay with Sheri again.

Cozy retreat in the mountains

Great place to stay if you are visiting Asheville. Remote, but it is just a short distance from all Asheville attractions. The property is beautiful. The apartment is well supplied and you could not ask for a better hostess. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Asheville visit

Sheri’s home is dreamy! She’s wonderful, the property itself felt like a destination, and while you couldn’t ask for a more private retreat - you’re truly just minutes from downtown. The apartment was so lovely, had all the amenities we needed, and was immaculate. We would love to come back and stay here again and again!

Fantastic Accommodations

The carriage house is beautifully located up the mountainside and is well appointed. It lived up to every expectation we had, highly recommend. Sheri and David didn't cut corners on this property.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was super comfortable: the bed, the chairs, and the couch. The place was very clean. It was so relaxing waking up to the birds chirping every morning. This was a great location being close to downtown, but in a quite private area.

Perfect Hideaway

Sheri’s property was the perfect distance from downtown making you accessible to all of Asheville’s fun areas but also allows you to feel like your hiding away in the mountains. It was incredibly clean and impeccably designed for a mountain getaway. She was also very responsive and always asking for ways to make my stay better. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Heaven in the Mountains

Beautifully decorated, peaceful and centrally located. What more could you ask for! Sheri is a great communicator and answered our questions before we thought to ask them. The carriage house felt like a tree house with the changing colors of fall right out our windows. Lovely!

More than picture perfect

Inside and out, It was even better than the pictures. The very private apartment was immaculate, spacious, beautiful and well appointed. It was like staying at a friend's if your friend is thoughtful, has great taste and is very well organized. Sheri even put discreet labels on all the light switches. The views and the wildlife, including bears just outside the (comforting) electric fence kept us so entertained we never watched TV. The grounds are spectacular! David's landscaping near the house has to be seen to be believed. Massive boulders look like they've been there for eons. It was easy and quick to get into Asheville and just far enough away to feel tranquil and remote. It really was a bear mountain retreat.

Couple’s Retreat

I treated my s/o to a long weekend in her favourite city, AVL. Sheri’s space proved to be a perfectly refreshing home base oasis for our visit. The proximity to downtown AVL was very convenient, while her mountain retreat was far enough away to be a tranquil respite after a long day of exploring the city. Sheri’s home was immaculate in cleanliness, well-appointed in features, & tasteful in decor. The landscaping around the property was something to behold, and the view of the mountains was exquisite. Further, Sheri was a very precise and responsive communicator. Her advice was appreciated and instructions for care of her property were clear. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience AVL, but also desires lodging integrated into the natural beauty of the area. Thank you for your superb hospitality, Sheri! We hope to experience it in the future, again.

AWESOME!

This is the perfect place to stay outside of downtown. It feels secluded and private but you’re minutes from downtown and the Biltmore. The host is the absolute best. Everything is truly beautiful and pristine. I will definitely be back to Asheville and I hope to get to stay here again.

A Mountain Retreat!

We arrived on Thursday and Sherri was kind enough to meet us on our way up to the apartment. Our check in was a breeze. The yard was gorgeous on the side of a mountain with lots of trees and beautiful sunsets. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We slept really well in the King size bed. We were very close to restaurants and the Biltmore, which we toured on Friday. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Asheville area. Sheri was a wonderful host and a lovely person,

Lovely and peaceful

My partner and I loved staying here. The apartment is very clean and well stocked. Sheri, the host, is on the property and is super nice and thoughtful. It is in a beautiful spot in the mountains but is only a few minutes from town and the BRP, so it is the perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway. I also wanted to note that you can sit outside if you want to.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for my wife and me. The apartment above the carriage house/garage is super clean, beautiful, and has everything you need including: wifi, TV, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Extremely organized check-in and check-out. Our host was most friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, on top of a mountain and just minutes Ashville. The property is beautifully landscaped, peaceful and serene. We will be highly recommending to our friends and family visiting the Ashville area.

Mountain paradise in the heart of Asheville

We’re sad to be leaving this lovely place! It is impeccably designed and kept with a warm and welcoming host. Is it at the top of a mountain in the middle of town? Yes! Can you count the number of bird songs you can hear in the trees? No! Everything you need is provided. WiFi, smart TV, coffee maker, fine sheets and towels. Close to all the Asheville has to offer and more. The only hesitation I have in my review is that it is definitely not for the disabled. One must be able to carry their belongings up a flight of stairs. Otherwise I cannot recommend this gorgeous spot highly enough.

Mountain top Paradise

Lovely garage apartment with a gorgeous view. The apartment was loaded with all the supplies you might need. Light switches were labeled making it easy to find what switch was for which light. Hostess is easily reached for any questions. We have already booked to come back.

Dreamy.

There's no need to travel much to understand that your lodging is always a choice for something and against another. As in, you can't both be in the city, and on top of the mountain. And you can't both have a five minute drive to restaurants and be surrounded by nature. And you can't both have almost complete privacy and every amenity and convenience. You definitely can't have a natural, cabin feel along with luxurious linens in a cozy bed, beautiful construction, and thoughtfully appointed space. But that's what you get with this getaway. It's all the things that no reasonable person would expect to find, all in one. The charming town (city?) of Asheville is down the long driveway and around the bend, just minutes to everything, including the interstate, fine dining, or the mall, all of which we needed. And yet I have never enjoyed more privacy, perfect for our romantic and restful getaway. This property was designed with great love and care, and you can't put a price on that. My caveat would be that I wouldn't bring small children or a grown up party. The space was just right for the two of us, and while glasses of wine and conversation were apropos, it's not a place where one would want to spill drinks, dance with a disco ball, fry up a big feast, or be running in and out muddy. The host is careful with the space and the expectation is that guests would be, as well. We LOVED our stay, and left feeling rested and luxuriated.
