Velkommen til Co-Z Beach Cottage, en behagelig jordniveau to soveværelser / to badeværelser have udsigt over sommerhus. Denne lejlighed sover op til 6 personer. Master suite har en king size seng og 42 tommer fladskærms kabel-tv. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og 37 tommer fladskærms kabel-tv. Stuen har en pejs, 40 tommer fladskærms kabel-tv / video / dvd-afspiller og fuld sovesofa. Hi-speed trådløst internet leveres gratis. Fuldt funktionelt køkken, sengetøj, håndklæder, strandudstyr er til rådighed til din brug. Dette er en af de få ejerlejligheder i vores kompleks med sin egen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden. Nyd din egen private baghave med grill og lukket haveområde. Dette er en stor hytte condo, ideel til familier med børn i alle aldre.

Great spot. On the corner by the parking and on main floor so you can walk right out the back. Perfect for small family like ours. We really enjoyed the location- the beach and the nearby restaurants . Only rate down one star due to so many ants and one shower needs work otherwise the unit was great and had everything we needed including each gear and water toys

Ants can occasionally show up with the coastal climate, but we do provide ant spray and ant traps in the unit, and we’re always happy to bring out additional treatment if needed—just let us know during your stay so we can take care of it quickly. Great stay in Oceanside California

Clean, great amenities, great location, walking distance to all downtown sites. Short driving distance to everything you need. Will stay at this property again!

Loved the washer/dryer feature, and lower level was perfect for kids. The beach convenience and having the equipment was very nice. Felt safe there, parking was convenient. Absolutely amazing landscaping and features, I didn’t want to leave it was so gorgeous. Showers could use some work, blinds could use some tlc also, the noise from train was definitely distracting, but white noise helped. The washer and dishwasher have a funky smell, probably could use some cleaner. There were some spots on bedding and dirty underwear left in hall bathroom under sink. But I would stay here again, however maybe in a unit away from the road unless they get A/C.

The spots on the bedding and the item left under the bathroom sink should not have been missed, and we sincerely apologize for that. We’ll be addressing this directly with our cleaning team. We’ll also take a closer look at the washer, dishwasher, showers, and blinds to make sure everything is clean, fresh, and functioning as it should. Next time, please reach out so that we can address items of concern during your stay. We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. The train noise and road activity can definitely be noticeable at times, and we’re glad the white noise helped a bit. For future stays, choosing a unit further from the road is a great option if you’re looking for a quieter experience. The unit was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and anything we needed.The beds were super comfortable, and the backyard space was amazing. We did not need beach gear, but there were chairs, towels, etc. The grounds make you feel like you are on a tropical island. The landscape is beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful! There is so much to do within walking distance, as well!We even contacted the owners of this fantastic unit with a question, and they were so kind! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo

Great set up for family traveling with kids. Clean, well equipped, spacious. Kids loved the pool, hot tub & feeding the fish in the pond.

Beautiful Place

Was a beautiful place to stay near the beach. The host was very easy to work with. We needed a high chair and they delivered one to us. My only complaint would be it’s a little noisy because of a train that passes near by.

Beautiful property

The condo was very nice and clean and close to the parking garage, a great trade off for being so close to the railroad tracks and street. The noise was noticeable but not bothersome. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

The room was clean and had a great layout. Loved having the washer and dryer, especially since we were there for a month. The noise level was more than expected, as the unit was right by the street, and the train runs by often. So we couldn't keep any windows cracked at night because of that. But overall great stay and love the condo area with the pool and workout area. And so close to the beach!

Well appointed condo

The owners provided us a well appointed property, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware , new appliances, and washer dryer. The mattresses and sofa were very comfortable. Plenty of linens, beach chairs, etc. Impressed with rental agent-initial problem with cable & internet addressed quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this tropical resort!

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is nice to be close to our vehicle and have everything we needed to go to the beach and have a relaxing time when we got home as well. The home was well stocked for cooking and cleaning up after ourselves. The remodel was great to see both inside and soon the outside. We look forward to coming back in the future. I only took one start off as the master shower and window blinds could use an update as well.

Third stay, first time in G7

Condo was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Great location at the back of the complex, so very easy in and out. The complex can be kind of a maze, but this location was easy to find and good for quick in and out. Nice little “backyard area” so didn’t bother us not to have an ocean view. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. It was well equipped overall.

Very Good

We stayed in this lovely condo for over months. It felt like home. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and small appliances to make meals. Plenty of hot water and close to the beach, the harbor and many restaurants. Especially nice was the washer/dryer in the unit which made life much easier. The sound from the train tracks nearby is evident, however, did not really distract from our appreciation of this condo.

Great Location / Would stay again

The location was wonderful. The only downside is the train. It didn't bother anyone else except me so if you are a light sleeper you might want a unit farther away. Unit had everything you needed. It could use a few kitchen upgrades as far as pots and pans go but we made it work. The management was very responsive to our needs and the kids loved the property. My only big wish would be to have a bbq but that wouldn't make or break it for me. Would definitely visit again!

Well stocked condo

Everything was great but I believe the coffee pot (not the maker) needs replaced. Every time you pour it leaks but makes great coffee. Also, there were no hot pads to remove hot things from the oven. Overall the unit was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly.

Enjoyed the Complex

The condo complex was great - lots of things to do, the pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. The unit itself was fairly far back on the property, so of all the units it was the longest walk to beach access etc. It was also VERY close to the road and train tracks which were fairly noisy at night. The back yard in the pictures is nice, but it's open/accessible to the other units in that block, so it's not quite as private as we would have liked. The unit was well stocked. We used the kitchen for most meals and had all the utensils etc. that we needed. The in-unit laundry was extremely nice to have as we were constantly cleaning wet clothes after coming back from the pool or beach. Overall a good place to stay with kids. There were restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance, so really no reason to get back in the car.
