Excellent location!!! Beach is directly in from of you with the most beautiful view. Property is clean and large. Easy access. Great communication with manager. We had an issue with the wifi and ac unit and they got someone over right away to check out both. We are already planning on going back next year.

Beautiful!!!

This is our second year in a row renting this exact unit and we absolutely love it! Our last few days were unfortunately much less peaceful due to the inconsiderate family that checked into the other three units, But the place is amazing :)

Beautiful house and location

We have stayed at this beautiful location for three years in a row. It fits five of us with ease, and can fit more. It also allows us to bring our dog, and the views area absolutely breathtaking! We love how the entire sliding glass door opens up completely so we can see the view and hear the ocean from the kitchen, or anywhere in the main living area. It is located close to the pier and to the many restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Great beach house with views

This home was perfect for our family. The sliders opened all the way and the views were amazing, not just the ocean and sunset but also the people watching in the strand! So much to look at. The house sits about 8-10 feet above the ground so you feel above all the activity on the strand. The kitchen had great pots and pans and utensils for cooking along with a great huge dinner table. We also bbq’d and sat by the gas fire place on the patio. So clean! Easy from start to finish.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we LOVED our stay in at this property. Our favorite part of the day was opening windows and enjoying the sunset right from the living room! only snag was upon arrival, the trash was not taken out of property and we had a clogged sink, but we called management and they sent someone right over and took care of it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Oceanside.

Can't get any closer or more comfortable right next to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as the pictures indicate, right next to beach separated by a narrow one lane and one way road. Very modern, clean, functional, and comfortable property, we were in corner unit which came with wide ocean views. Parking was very convenient with 2 spots in basement a direct access to apartment unit. The unit is on less crowded side of Oceanside beach but still short walk from Pier. One improvement we would have liked were better toiletries.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our family getaway in this beautiful unit. Great beachfront location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot my family has come back to a few times. The condo is spacious for our family of 5 with a couple extended family members as well. We enjoy the views from the wrap around balcony and your literally steps from the sand. The water is amazing and the tide moves out in the afternoon providing even more sand space to play in. If you’re somewhat local I recommend bringing key kitchen items to cook/bake with. The kitchen is stocked with basics, but not everything. For the most part the place is clean. We will absolutely be coming back again.

The location and condition of the property is excellent. However, the elevator was not working from time to time during our stay, which made it very difficult for the handicapped in our group to get up and down the stairs. One of the beds is a bunk bed, which is accessible only by climbing up the outer frame of the bed to the top bunk, making it virtually inaccessible to the people in our age group. Also, we were assured our location was all on one level, but in fact, there were two steps up to one of the rooms into more steps up to another room. But two of the rooms had no steps for their access accessibility. The management company was also on moving in there early check-in policy. I have never had a VRBO property that didn’t allow check in a couple hours early without charge if the property was ready. Consequently, we had to sit in our car in the garage until the appointed hour. The management company was very prompt and response to all our inquiries, however, and we can only give them five stars for their communication.

Amazing condo, amazing company to rent from!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year having a "staycation" with beach front only vacation rentals. We loved our rental last year and absolutely adored this condo as well. Incredible view, 2 guaranteed parking spaces, lots of space and room for overnight guests, all the kitchen supplies we needed. . . the panoramic doors and gas fire pit were definitely my favorite features of this condo! The rental process is so smooth and easy, the units are easy to access, clean, lots of supplies included. . . I initially found beach front only when I had trouble finding an air BNB or VBRO that would suit our needs-- we wanted to have a family gathering and neither of those rental agencies would allow for such a thing. Beach front has multiple beautiful properties, great rates, and is the best at accommodating family daytime events. I have had no issues at all and will continue to rent from them for years to come. You cannot go wrong with this company, their services, their prices, and what they provide.

Great location but not clean or maintained.

The location is phenomenal. The place may have been wiped down, but was still very dirty found underwear under one of the beds, a whole tray of fake eyelashes in one of the cabinets. Two out of the three toilets were not cleaned properly, found long hair on my bed pillow and in the center shower. Carpet was heavily stained – rolled it up and left it in the corner. Outside furniture. Cushions were torn and stained —many other small items. Overall the place was just not cleaned properly. Also, many items need to be repaired or serviced as they have not been maintained they had a coffee maker, but not even one pot of coffee available, we left a couple for the next guest. My wife and mother-in-law spent a couple of hours scrubbing everything down. The property management company offered to send somebody back, but the big concern was whoever they would send would not clean it properly. I did send them an email with photos and I did get a call back with the person saying they were sorry but not even an explanation or follow up. We have vacation rentals, and this place has the potential for being great and a five star if it was fixed up and cleaned properly. Hope the owners see this so they can have at least a handyman go in and do some maintenance. Thank you Ps. Seating for 2 in front of the tv area. I get that you don’t go to the beach to watch tv but when weather is bad need that as an option. They can change layout easily and add some seating.
