Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. The apt was very clean and had everything you needed. I really appreciated how quickly the host was in communication with me. Other bonuses were the onsight parking and the super convenient bus stop right outside the building to travel into the city.

The place was great for what we needed. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to maybe get a full size mirror and put it somewhere. Maybe on the back of a door or something. The walls are thin so you can hear the person above the room pretty good. Obviously that can’t be helped but thought I should mention. The host was great and very helpful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're happy to hear that the apartment was a great fit for your needs and that you found our communication and assistance helpful throughout your stay. We appreciate your suggestions regarding adding a full-size mirror, and we'll definitely take that into consideration as we continue improving the space. We also appreciate your note about the noise between floors. While this is related to the building structure and not something we can fully control, we understand how important a quiet and comfortable stay is for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to the New York City area!

Perfect stay

Apartment was clean and very centric, close to supermarkets and bus stops. It was perfect for our family of 3 and only 20-30 mins by bus to the city. Claudia was great with the directions and instructions to check in and out. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to NY.

Perfect Space for a Trip

My husband and I were visiting New York just for the weekend. We had a tight budget and the hotel prices were insane! We booked this Vrbo and it was perfect for our needs. It can sleep four, but it would be a tight fit.

Claudia appartment

Traduire du texte avec votre appareil photo Claudia's accommodation is as advertised. We loved staying there. The bus stop for New York is below the accommodation and runs regularly, which is an important advantage. A nearby supermarket was helpful, being open until 10:30 p.m.

Just what we needed four our Broadway trip

This was just what my teen son and I needed for our trip to see a Broadway show. The apartment was clean, super cozy, and just steps from a bus stop for bus 125 that goes over to the Port Authority bus depot every hour.

I was taken about by the building outside, lack of secure front door but found the interior of the building clean, and the apartment pleasant. The building is a bit noisy. Nice views west.

Beautiful small apartment

This is a great property. A small one bedroom apartment that fit all of our needs for our weekend in New York. Clean and comfortable with GREAT A/C! I wish the New Jersey transit system was more efficient and I would suggest anyone staying here does your research so you are more prepared than we were. Once we figured that out, this apartment has easy access to several bus stops.

Great Stay

My 24 year and i had a great stay for the weekend! If youre looking for an affordable quaint property to spend the day in the city with no back and forth to the property, its fantastic! We were able to easily commute to NYC via Lyft for about $100 round trip, leaving around 10 and, returning around 10pm and about a 40 min ride each way. If you're looking for a location to go back and forth between the city and the property conveniently , this is probably not the place. Claudia was very helpful and responsive and overall, this is a great stay for a quick weekend visit! If youre looking for a Lyft each dkrectio. F

We would not come back here again. First of all, we had problems getting the water to be hot in the shower and in the zink. The building was quite noisy, and we woke up several times during the night because of the neighbours. Lastly, the host had informed us that we could use the bus to get into NYC as well as Uber/taxi for around 6-8 dollars. However, in reality the busses were completely unpredictable and with few departures after 10pm, and the price for an Uber or taxi was between 40-60 dollars for one way. Therefore, spending the extra money to actually live on Manhattan is probably worth it when transportation is so expensive and unpredictable. On a positive note, the apartment was clean, the kitchen was functional and the check-out/check-in worked smoothly.

Hello Elin, thank you for telling us about hot water, I want to mention that the entire building where your apartment was had hot water, you only had to let the water run for a certain time so that hot water could come out. But in the same way we are going to corroborate the status of this issue that you mention. In terms of public transportation there are 2 bus system. 125 runs by schedule and the second line 51 runs every 5 to 10 minutes. If you use public transportation late night (after 10pm) expect less frequency, this also happens in Manhattan on the train or bus system. This is not only in NJ also is the same in NYC. Claudia
