Thank you for your detailed review. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We understand that the building entrance process can be a bit confusing at first, especially for guests who are not familiar with New York apartment buildings. We will review our check-in instructions to make them even clearer for future guests. We're pleased that you found the apartment clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable during your stay. It's also great to know that our responsiveness helped make your experience smoother. Thank you as well for mentioning the hallway odor. While this is outside of our apartment and not something we can directly control, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We truly appreciate your stay and would be happy to host you again on a future visit to New York.
