En lille skive af himlen! Dette smukke hjem sidder på et ekstra stort parti på Intracoastal Waterway med adgang til kanalen. Dette hjem har fire soveværelser og to badeværelser, alle på et niveau, 10 sovepladser komfortabelt. Dette hus er for nylig blevet renoveret og opdateret!

Faciliteter inkluderer en kanal side båd dock, central varme og luft, opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, mikroovn, loft fans overalt, tv i hvert soveværelse (med streaming evne), DVD-afspiller, kabel-tv med premium kanaler og Wi-Fi. De knudrede træ fyrvægge i opholdsstue giver dette hus et rustikt, hyggeligt udseende, mens vinduesmuren giver en uafbrudt udsigt over Intracoastal. Det har også en overdækket veranda, der fører ud til en stor udendørs veranda med hi-top adirondack stole for at beundre udsigten over vandvejen! Du fanger nogle fantastiske solnedgange, mens du ser alle både sejle forbi.

Can’t imagine a better place to be

For our family, this is the perfect place. The convenience of the boat dock and the view of the boats on the Waterway are great. And there is almost always a good breeze coming off of the water. Can’t wait to go back next year.

The BEST house

Picture perfect

The house is exactly as advertised and you can’t beat the views! It’s a longer walk to the beach if you’re lugging the kid stuff but easy to drop off and find parking closer if you don’t want to walk. We are already looking for additional dates to come back to this property. Great layout for families and kitchen is well equipped. Truly a perfect stay!

When you’re there, it’s another world

95 Fairmont is the perfect place to enjoy OIB. There’s always something of interest to see on the Waterway, even if it is a school of baitfish. Our family treasures the time floating in the canal. The interior of the house is perfect for the setting. We would highly recommend a vacation here (but don’t try to steal our week!!)

Beautiful Location

This house is in the best location ever!! Beautiful view from upper deck ❤️ House inside is just okay. Needs some updating, but overall not bad at all. A/C works great. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. No garbage disposal, which I definitely missed. Outdoor shower was nice and roomy. Would stay here again. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a fantastic time at Chris' wonderful property! The views are absolutely amazing, and the photos in the listing don't do the view from inside the house justice. Because it's a corner lot with a large yard, it felt like we had a little more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. With the exception of the shower curtain liner and mat in the tub, the house was spotless. We met a very nice neighbor who told us a little bit about the history of the property, and we loved the photo that showed the house when it was being built. We can't wait to go back!!

Great Location

The house is lovely and location even better. We had a large group ranging in ages from 65 to 4 and the house accommodated us all well. Great owners. I had to contact the owner twice on small issues unrelated to the home itself and he was very attentive. The bedrooms are a comfortable size although the two bathrooms are shared and quite small. Laundry is downstairs but that wasn’t an issue. Just took us a bit to find it. The outdoor shower was lovely! Large enough for multiple people to rinse off sands from the beach with plenty of places to hang towels and such. Among the many perks to this house was the ample parking and yard space. The upstairs deck is large and provides great views of the waterway. We watched dauphins swim by on multiple occasions. The dock is separate from the pier which was also a bonus. We enjoyed fishing off of the pier in the waterway and even hung a large flounder but they’re not in season yet :o/. The grill downstairs was nice and accommodated large meal prep as well as the fully stocked kitchen. Overall we had a great stay in this lovely home and would recommend.

Beautiful location

The property is in a great location and the fishing was wonderful. On our last night we got to see a pod of dolphins swim by. For future renters make sure you bring extra blankets and sheets, bath and beach towels. It was listed in the overview that this was not provided but written really small and towards the end. I’ve rented many VRBOs and have not come across this before. I also flew in from the west coast and didn’t have a lot of room for extra things. We spent a lot of extra money buying sheets and towels when we arrived. It’s also pretty chilly at night and there are no blankets at all. I enjoy curling up with a blanket outside or on the couch so I was defiantly missing that. We asked for a early check in and it was approved by the owner via email. I was to receive a email from the property management that early morning with the code for the door and check in instructions. When I arrived I did not receive the email and when I reached out to property management there was not response via phone or text for over an hour. This was disappointing since we had a long trip and needed to use the bathroom. Finally after waiting for an hour or more I received the code. Other than the check in process and the linen misunderstanding our stay was very nice. We had everything else we needed. It’s a beautiful home and the layout is perfect.

Perfect location!

Very clean home and very close to everything in Ocean Isle Beach. Only 15 minutes over to Calabash. Zero problems. We are repeat renters. Thanks for everything!

Beach stay 2022

The house was in a great location seemed it had not been throughly cleaned. Sand in the rugs and dust under all furniture. This house is listed as 3 bathrooms it only has two. Would have been a deal breaker for us if we had know before booking

3 Day Weekend

Very quaint house on an outstanding lot! Our family if 5 had plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. Kids had a great time fishing on the docks. Views of the waterway are fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Exceeds expectations!

Everything about this property is great. You can't ask for a better location. Everyone felt at home and relaxed there is outdoor seating everywhere and amazing views day and night. Everything you could need is an easy golf cart ride away. I have rented multiple properties at ocean Isle and Holden beach, this one beats them all. We will certainly book here again.

Beautiful property and great views of passing boats and sunsets....the walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected but totally fine. Dock for fishing that the kids loved. Bathroom towels are not provided.... so pack accordingly....Everything was awesome. Great trip!

Great place

House looked just like photos. If you like to fish there are 2 docks. My husband caught a couple things, even an eel. The neighborhood was very quiet. Good location. Nice resturants around.

The best house!

Location, location, location

This was our first trip anywhere since September two years ago, thanks to the Covid! It was my husband, myself, my nephew (5 months older than me) and his wife. We had buried my nephew, (a brother to the one that was with us), 2 weeks prior to our trip... My granddaughter had gone back to college the day before our trip, having recovered from Covid. Yes she had been fully vaccinated, but the Delta Variant broke through. I never got to see her during her illness... We all were ready for some relaxation. We were very pleased with the house and it's location. The only problem we had was the outdoor seating, we couldn't find anything comfortable for us. I honestly believe it was because of our age though and no fault of the chairs. The view was absolutely astonishing. We all caught some fish, my husband more than the rest of us. He caught a Ribbon Fish in the canal, the first one of that species he had ever caught. He enjoyed catching minnows in his net to use for bait. The best part of the trip for me, was "the guys" sat on the pier the second night and talked for two hours. My nephew needed that. We hated to leave, but hopefully we can come again. My husband would live there. He said it was the cleanest house he has ever stayed in and we have been vacationing at OIB for 12 years, staying at various houses.
