Loved the location, so convenient to walk to everything and not worry about parking. The outdoor table on the patio was a nice spot for morning coffee, which we got from a neighborhood coffee shop. We were there only two nights so didn't bother with cooking at all. We had a few things that didn't go quite to plan, but Mary Ann was easy to reach and problems quickly dealt with. We did find ourselves with no hot water on the last morning due to an exhaust blockage on the tankless unit so no one had a shower prior to departure.I will say that I found the evaporative cooler quite noisy but my husband liked the sound...to each his own. I particularly enjoyed the skylights in the kitchen and bathroom that brought in so much natural light. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to sleep well.

Thanks to your quick call that morning we were able to repair the unit by 2:30pm! Great location to enjoy Santa Fe

Enjoyed the art galleries on Canyon Rd, the plaza and attending a concert at the Santa Fe Opera house.

These Casa's were built in the 50's I believe so don't expect a hotel like room. What you can expect is a quiet place with freedom to move about, a great location within walking distance to most everything you are looking to do in Santa Fe. 4 Adults stayed comfortably in the Casa and the outdoor space is a nice plus for visiting and enjoying the Santa Fe weather in September. Would certainly book this stay again.

Great location, cozy & comfortable

We spent 2 weeks in Casita H. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be better. Off street parking, could walk to the Plaza, shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, etc. But also only a couple of blocks from the main road to get to cultural, historical and outdoor activities outside of Santa Fe. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this VRBO. Close to downtown. Very comfortable Casita! Private parking. Many great restaurants within minutes of Casita. Will definately book on our next getaway to Santa Fe! Do not hesitate for your stay….

Authentic Santa Fe

This casita was perfect for our large family and the location was conveniently downtown. They had everything we needed in the home, which helped make our stay more relaxing. As our plans for travel evolved Mary Ann was extremely accommodating and always available for assistance.

Adorable and a great location!

We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for our family of 4. The only complaint is the condition of the pans to cook with. Scratched up teflon is not the best, but other than that, it's a win if you're looking for something that feels like Santa Fe and is close to shops and restaurants!

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Casita H with another couple. Maryann contacted me beforehand to be sure I knew how to check in and was next door when I got there. The place was perfect for two couples. Anticipated all our needs and was a fantastic location close to the plaza. Cute and comfy!

Casas de Guadalupe

Fantastic stay in Casita H! Definitely home away from home and we wanted to stay longer. Everything we needed was provided and the space was perfect for a small 3 generation family vacation. Parking right in front of the unit was very convenient and the location was walkable to everything in the downtown area; short drive to museum hill. Spring break home

What a find. Great location. Accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. Our casita for the week had all the amenities you would have in your own home. Easy access to shopping, dinnng, down town and ski resort. Our Spring Break casita was perfect. We hope to rent it again in the future.

The Casita was very cute. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels and linens. The beds are comfortable, although the sleeper sofa is somewhat less so. The Casita is small. There were 3 of us and it would be a bit tight to have a larger group. It was great to have two bathrooms. Note that the second bathroom is very small, with a very small shower. It's a short walk to the plaza, and the area is quiet. Overall, a good place to stay.

Convenience plus

This small but efficient unit is walking distance to so many "must see" places in Santa Fe, lots of great restaurants close by too. The unit could use a little updating, but still a good place to stay.

Girls trip to Santa Fe

This is a great area to rent. Standalone casita with patio for a little privacy. Nicely equipped kitchen. You can walk to Plaza, it is just under half a mile but there are several nice casual places to eat around the corner so if you did not want to trek downtown for a meal you did not have to

Fantastic location, comfortable and cozy casita.

Everything was pretty much as described and expected. The walk to the plaza is a little longer than 2 blocks, but easily walkable. All communications with the owner were quick and easy. The casita is cute and comfortable and neighborhood was nice and felt safe. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the casita again. Loved Santa Fe and hope to get back soon -- maybe when it is a bit cooler!

It was a pleasure to work with you and your family and you are always welcome back! We try to give a pretty accurate description of our properties with photos, square footage and diagrams to help people make their decisions. We are located just off the plaza making it easy to get around. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay and Santa Fe and hoe to see you again soon!

Girls Weekend

Awesome location! The Plaza is just down the street. Parking awesome. Casita was great for 4 adults. Might be a bit crowded if the other 2 girls would have come. Other than the refrigerator not having ice or water everything was great. Would definitely stay again or at any of Mary Ann's properties. She is awesome to work with!! Great trip!!!

Cindy thank you so much for staying with us at Casas de Guadalupe! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the casita. It has an excellent location. I have a total o f 12 casitas, two are a little larger than H. Maybe next time you can try that one! I will have the repair man out to take a look at the refrigerator. Cozy, well located taste of Santa Fe

We loved this casita. Very comfortable with two nice size bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Perfect for a girls weekend. Mary Ann ensured our arrival and comfort expectations were met. Easy walk to the Railyard and Thomasita’s for wonderful food and margaritas . Then the next night very easy walk to the Plaza to see the Christmas lights.. We hope this casita is available for our next sojourn in Santa Fe. We will return.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita H is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Enjoy the kiva fireplace on those cool evening. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, each with their own bathroom. Extended stay guests can enjoy their own washer/dryer. Private outdoor patio perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
