Casa De Gracia - I hjertet af Santa Fe

Find hvile og privatliv i vores smagfuldt indrettede historiske adobe hjem. Fra vores rolige kvarter vil du være en nem 20 minutters gang fra det historiske Plaza gennem nogle af de mest interessante dele af gamle Santa Fe. Vi er 3 korte gader fra den spændende Railyard, det nye samlingssted for Santa Fe borgere og besøgende; udforsk museer og gallerier, glæde af vores fantastiske restauranter, opdag det berømte landmændsmarked året rundt og nyd cykelstier. For sneentusiaster er vi kun 17 miles (1/2 time) fra Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Dette 4 værelses hus er vores familiehjem, når vi er i byen. De to første soveværelser har hver en queensize-seng og deler et badeværelse med badekar og bruser. De to soveværelser i den bageste fløj af huset (det ene med en dronning og det andet med to enkeltsenge) deler et badeværelse med bruser. Husets bageste og forreste vinger er adskilt af de fælles opholds- og spisestueområder, hvilket giver noget privatliv. Takvinduer, nicher, buegange og højt til loftet bidrager til den unikke, lyse karakter af hjemmet.

Vores hjem er dit hjem i Santa Fe, og inkluderer et smukt, fuldt udstyret køkken, gårdhave og spisestue og opholdsstue med pejs brændeovn. Casa de Gracia er familievenlig, herunder vaskeri adgang, bredbånd wifi, kabel-tv, filtreret drikkevand og mange andre faciliteter.

Kom ind på Rail Runner fra Albuquerque lufthavn og gå her… eller kør ind og brug vores parkering udenfor gaden. For at komme til Plaza, til andre steder i downtown-området eller til Museum Hill, kan du tage den gratis pendulkørsel; afmærkede stop for Santa Fe afhentning er beliggende et par blokke øst for huset. Bare søg "santa fe afhentning" for mere information; huset ligger på West Manhattan Ave. ca. 0,25 km vest for et markeret stop nær hjørnet af Market og Alcaldesa (på rutekort).

Casa de Gracia was the perfect home for our group of five women. The home was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious. The outdoor space was great. The best thing about the house was the location. We did not bother to rent a car, and we really didn’t need one. The home is in easy walking distance to the Railyard District with its shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle there that takes you to different spots and attractions in town, and we used that to get around very easily. The owners and the local hostess were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this home.

My 3 sisters and I spent a lovely 5 days at Casa De Gracia. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was a perfect jumping off point for day trips to Taos, the Turquoise Trail, Bandelier Nat’l Monument and old downtown Santa Fe. The host’s advice regarding using caution entering and exiting the property was appreciated. We had no great difficulty maneuvering with a mid-size SUV, but I was glad we were not in a larger vehicle. The outdoor space was lovely - with a nice patio to sit and relax after a full day of sight seeing. I would highly recommend this property.

This charming, clean, and comfortable historic home made our stay in Santa Fe very enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and even our pup enjoyed her stay. The kitchen was also well supplied and made our meals in easy and convenient.Having two off-street covered parking spots was a real treat - particularly since we got several good thunderstorms during our visit. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Friends Get-away

Perfect in every way!! Every convenience was found in this warm, cozy adobe residence. The set up of the house allowed for easy conversation , games, and puzzle making.They also provided many magazines and articles providing interesting tourist attractions and dining. Vianna and the owners were also quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely consider this as a welcome spot for your vacation to Santa Fe!

Wonderful home away from home!

My 3 sisters and I stayed at Casa de Gracia. What a find! It is centrally located near restaurants, shops and the plaza. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is so well equipped I wish it were mine! The neighborhood is quiet and people we met were welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic stay in Santa Fe and hope to return again.

Authentic Charm in the Heart of Santa Fe

Our group of college girlfriends can recommend Casa de Gracia without a single reservation. The decor, the floorplan, the location: all perfection! Here you aren't staying in a cookie-cutter rental; you are living in a historic adobe house that exudes Southwest style and the comforts of home. The layout separates two sleeping spaces, each with two bedrooms and a bath, making it ideal for multi-generational families and groups of friends. The kitchen was well supplied, featuring just about anything you'd need to cook a nice meal. The coffee beans in the freezer were a thoughtful touch, as we arrived too late for a grocery run. The location was convenient for outings and just a short stroll from the Saturday Farmers Market, a must-go at the Santa Fe Railroad. A Trader's Joe is only about 5 minutes away. You can tell this property has been lovingly cared for by its owners, and we thank them for opening up their home for an unforgettable reunion. We loved it!

Mostly good

The house and patio are very nice. The back two bedrooms did not have AC units strong enough to handle August heat so sleeping was difficult. We were there in hottest part of the summer. Those who had back rooms felt short changed . The fresh coffee left was very appreciated.

Perfect location for family reunion

The home was perfect for a family reunion: enough bedrooms, enough beds, right space for sharing meals and convesation, walking to the Railyard or downtown. We’ll rember this for another time! (Some of the family live in town.)

Lovely home with a central location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Gracia and would stay again if we come back to Santa Fe sometime. The house was clean and was just as pictured in the photos, and the floorplan was perfect for a large group with no awkward or cramped spaces. The outdoor areas were lovely and the neighborhood was quiet, yet we were close to several main thruways and in walking distance of the railyard park and farmer's market. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and having a dishwasher was convenient. The water pressure was good for showers, beds were comfortable with a mix of fluffy and firm pillows. It was a bit of a heat wave while we were there, but the air conditioning units worked well, and we were able to figure out a system with the swamp coolers after a little trial and error. The hosts were communicative before our trip, and the house manager was quick to respond to any requests during our stay. Check in was super simple as all the doors have keypad locks, which was also great when our group split up to do different things and we didn't have to worry about keys. Overall an absolutely excellent stay!

Great girls trip

Four friends and I were very comfortable and very impressed with the property. Our only suggestion was it needs a better wine opener😁. We loved the location as well convenient to great restaurants and fabulous art galleries

Great location in Santa Fe

The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessities. We walked to the Santa Fe farmers market. Both my wife and I loved the whole coffee beans in the fridge. Carly was was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. We highly recommend Casa De Garcia.

Awesome house for girlfriend or family retreat

The house is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. It's an about a 20 minute walk to the plaza which we didn't mind at all and the new Rail yard is just down the street with good restaurants and weekend markets. Our hosts left us coffee and orange juice which was hugely appreciated. It was the perfect place for 4 friends who have known each other for 50 years to enjoy Santa Fe. Our hosts were just a text away but we did not have any issues and truly enjoyed the house and our stay.

Sante Fe Get-away

There could be a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew. Rugs were dirty and there were dust bunnies under end tables and cabinets. TV options are limited (SlingTV only) and a little cumbersome. On a positive note, location was great. We could easily walk to the Farmers Market, Railyard district and the downtown area of Sante Fe. Home was bigger than expected with lots of room. Easy drive to Bandelier and Pecos NP's.

I am Lisa Lee, and live much of the year in Castro Valley, in the east side of the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from Hawaii, I am a semi-retired early childhood consultant. My husband and I love cooking great food, art, music, West African and Middle Eastern drumming and great new (and old) ideas of all kinds.

We truly enjoy meeting all kinds of people, as an appreciation for human diversity is central to what we do in our professional lives.
