Place was great. Fun little maze of roads to get up in the neighborhood and saw a black bear wandering about. It was perfect.

Great little place close enough to town to be convenient but still has a feeling of seclusion. Clean and beautiful. Heed the instructions about bears!

We enjoyed the house. A major storm came through and knocked out the power, however the host did not respond to our texts. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

My family and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful and cozy cottage for 3 nights. The property was accurate and clean, and the views were breathtaking.

The cottage was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful tranquility and beautiful mountain view. The cottage was minutes from downtown Asheville but felt high and nestled in the woods. The host was great and was helpful with questions prior to our stay.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and an enjoyable place to call home for a few days! Once we figured out to take the second neighborhood entrance the drive/hills were easier to navigate.

Beautiful mountain getaway!

This property is nestled in the mountains overlooking Asheville and couldn't be more relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean, modern, and cozy cottage. We would have enjoyed staying in as much as venturing out to nearby Asheville and the surrounding Blue Ridge mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

Great AVL stay!

Great cabin like atmosphere close to downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Super clean and quiet neighborhood. We had a little trouble finding the property as we arrived late in the evening and there were no lights on the house address.

Best of both worlds

Perfect stay! We were high enough up the mountain to see wild bears and lots of smaller wildlife! Yet only a short drive to downtown Asheville. Very convenient and peaceful.

Peaceful and great views!

The property was immaculate! You drive up a windy road and so worth the drive! The view is beautiful. It was a perfect getaway.

Happy Renter

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to good hiking and the restaurants of downtown Asheville. Would rent it again.

Nice and Convenient

Quick access to downtown. Neat, well stocked and a very nice view. Great for a couple or small family with older kids. Loft wouldn't be perfect for very young kids.

Great base for exploring Asheville

Nice modern cottage close to Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville. Good for a couple or small family. Nice neighborhood right off Town Mountain Road. Can be out hiking in minutes or downtown in same amount of time. Love the area and this location

Nice getaway

This is a nice property. Close to downtown but doesn't feel like it's in Asheville. The size makes it cozy, and the views are great. My only criticism is that the neighborhood is very tight and it feels a little like you're right on top of the neighbors.

Stay Was As Advertised

We had a breif but pleasant stay at this property! Great location close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. The climb up the mountain was a bit more than my (admittedly weak) heart had planned, but otherwise, had all that we needed. :)

Sunrise Cottage

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Sunrise Cottage.The property was very clean with up to date furnishings and appliances. The location was quiet with a beautiful deck to sit and relax overlooking the mountains and valleys. There was easy access to downtown, shopping and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We enjoyed hiking as well as an entire day at the Biltmore Estate and Gardens including diner and wine tasting. We highly recommend a stay here.

Three Days in Asheville

Wonderful property! Very clean and functional house. Loved the location and the view. 10 mins to downtown Ashville. Close to Trader Joe's to pick up food items. We visited the Biltmore and Mount Mitchell. I would definitely rent this house again!
