We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and the great ocean view.Two of the amenities listed (and major reasons why we chose this property): heated saltwater pool and a whirlpool spa. When we asked the front desk where they were located, we were shocked to find out that they do not exist. The listing is incorrect. We were very disappointed to find this out after we had already arrived.Also, as others have stated, we were not permitted to check in early even after contacting the host directly. Our flight got us into NSB extremely early in the morning and I reached out to see of there was any way we could check in even an hour earlier. She stated she would have to check with the cleaners, even though we were told that our host does the cleaning herself. We didn't hear from her again until a few minutes before 4pm, which is the regular check in time. I understand there are rules, but helping us out in this situation would have been so appreciated. All of the staff we interacted with on the property or at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The condo is beautiful and the ocean front view is to die for! Tricia is so helpful and nice. The whole experience was wonderful! A plus is it’s right by everything you want or need. The best!

Great location and view from the balcony! Super nice appliances and shower stall. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner wirh the supplies provided in the condo which we greatly appreciate. Only issue is that the TVs were not smart TVs like the listing claims and we could not cast anything to them. But that wasn't a big deal.

Amazing view for some rest and relaxation

I had the best time at this condo. Tricia was a good host. Communication was great. Everything was as described, but the view is better in person. The host left some snacks on the table and some k-cups for morning coffee on the deck at sunrise. You are directly above the pool. You can wake up and look out the bedroom window at the sunrise or sit out on the deck. Check in was at 4:00. The process was easy. Be sure to get your parking pass and pool bracelet. You can walk down the road or stroll down the beach and find several places to eat. I saw 12 dolphins from the balcony. Mary McLeod Bethune park is a great place to see the manatees, but you have to pay to park now. The condo was furnished with everything you need. The building was clean and felt safe. I look forward to returning.

The condo was great; from cleanliness and location to the view and the amenities of the building. Enjoyed the oceanfront deck, a full kitchen, and a cozy bed. Access to the beach is just steps away and having a pool to relax in was nice after a long beach day. Flagler Ave is just a few blocks away with plenty of food options and shops. Perfect accommodations with an easy check-in process.

Great stay in NSB, FL

We live the apartment. Decorated perfectly for the beach. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I love the the dishware is a matched set and not random left over pieces we have found at other rents. And the flatware, pots & pans are quality products, not cheap thin items that are a pain to use. This is our 3rd stay in trisha's properties and they are all top quality. We have 2 more planned and cant wait for the next vacation.

Cute NSB Condo

My sister and I had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Flagler Avenue and the beach. The ocean view from the balcony is truly top-notch and was one of the highlights of our trip.We did encounter a small issue when we accidentally locked the key inside the condo. Unfortunately, the front desk didn't have a spare, and the keypad on the door wasn’t functioning. However, our host was extremely responsive and arrived within 30 minutes to let us back in, which we really appreciated.Since I wasn’t traveling with my spouse, I opted to sleep on the couch while my sister used the bedroom. I didn't use the pull-out bed, as there were crumbs under the cushions, suggesting the bedding hadn’t been refreshed. That said, the couch itself was comfortable enough for sleeping, and pulling out the bed would have taken up most of the living room space anyway.There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as needing to replace the batteries in the thermostat and a decorative panel over the fuse box coming loose. Also, we found the mattress in the bedroom a bit uncomfortable.Despite these small setbacks, I would recommend this condo for its location, view, and responsive host. A few updates and some added attention to cleanliness would make this an even better stay.

Great location, picture perfect views

We loved our stay and I’m already missing the sound of the ocean. Nice updated condo in a classic New Smyrna Beach location. Lovely pools, walkable to Flagler, great shops and lots of activity but my favorite part was enjoying the views on the nice, wide, oceanfront balcony. All the amenities we needed in fully-equipped kitchen. Thank you!

Nice Olace

This was a nice condo with everything you need for a weeks stay. Location is great as it is walking distance to Flagler Avenue and many shops and restaurants. Plenty of chairs at both pools To accommodate everyone.

FANTASTIC

I had a fantastic stay at Tricia’s property. I had booked months in advances and Hurricane Milton ended up hitting the day I was supposed to arrive. Tricia communicated with me the whole time and kept me updated on the property. We ended up coming a day later due to power outages, but had a great stay! The unit is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The elevator was down for our entire stay (likely due to power outages from hurricane). It was inconvienent, but we understood. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Summer Vacation

This is the 4th year we have rented from Tricia at this location. In the past we have stayed in her 6th floor unit but this year we decided on this unit because it was available. Both are nicely appointed and clean. The beds are amazing! Needless to say, we will be back next year! Never disappointing!

We are somewhat local so this was a very quick 2 day trip for our 25th anniversary. Very good location. Being an hour away, I would have felt more comfortable with check in instructions 1 hour out since it was a big occasion but ultimately, it worked out great.
