A fabulous family vacation in Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Titus Point in Cambria. This house about as far out on the cliffs overlooking the water as you can go. It provides a 180% (or more) view of the ocean. We absolutely love staying there and are already making plans to return next summer.

Beautiful Private Ocean Front Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideal ocean views in this roomy single-story home. We have enjoyed this rental for many years! Our favorite getaway! So relaxing and peaceful. Love the ocean views while sitting on the deck or inside from huge windows. So glad the TV in living room was upgraded to a larger size! Hubby can watch sports while I love to sit on sofa facing ocean and read my book, gaze at ocean and even nap! However much to my dismay the recliner sofa was replaced with a Very Uncomfortable love seat and 2 uncomfortable chairs as well! I was so looking forward to my relaxing time...but alas it was not to be! Please bring back the 3 seater leather sofa with 2 recliners! It is a necessity!

Gorgeous location

We had a wonderful stay in Cambria. The house is in an amazing location with fabulous views. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great Oceanside Retreat

Amazing walkability and views. Place is pretty dated but has all you need to have a quality family time

Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

Titus Point gem

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

It is a Gift

The location is so special. Our girls group of 3 childhood friends made the most of the stellar views, making our meals at home. Walkable and peaceful. I can’t wait to return.

vintage wonder

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

The house itself is just as described , Old. The only real thing going for it is the tremendous view. We will always return to Cambria but maybe a different house next time

Wish the fireplace worked. We got the patio chair cushions the day we checked out.

We loved the view and openness of the home. It was a little chilly because the heat wasn’t great. Great location to walk every day!!

The view is spectacular!

The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!
