Breck Trip 2020

Property was absolutely fantastic. Location is perfect for access to the mountain. House amenities and attention to detail are spot on.

Beautiful home

Home is beautiful and fully stocked kitchen. Great location and very easy walk to town! I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom too! Fonda the property manager kept me informed and was very quick to respond to my texts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Communication was excellent Check in easy Well stocked kitchen and baths A few house keeping items I noted to the manager Sofa bed very broken down Back door handle broken

Family fun time!

The best location for whatever you love to do in Breck!! Great family condo! Love the space, great jacuzzi!! You can walk to town my adult kids loved it!! It’s a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive!

BreckConnect

Perfect location and setting for a ski week in Breckenridge. Nestled amongst beautiful trees and other beautiful condos it’s a short walk to Gondola and access to peak 7/8. Shock hill is a stunning community. House was clean and comfortable with fabulous kitchen for family breakfasts before hitting trails. Hot tub for apres. Would come back!

Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean. Eight adults stayed. Loved that each of us had bath connected to bedroom. Be aware that one of the lower level bedrooms is a full bed, not a queen as in description. JT was Very responsive to any issues that came up. Jacuzzi was added plus!

PERFECT ski vaca house

Having not been at Breckenridge before it was hard to know just how perfect the location of this house was but it is PERFECT! It's a very short walk (yes, in ski boots!) to the Shock Hill Gondola station and a very short ride to Peak 7, 8, or in town. The house was very clean, the hot tub was hot!, and the hosts were extremely attentive to all our questions. Our family ski trip could not have been better and this house was a key ingredient of what made our time so wonderful. BOOK THIS HOUSE!

Very nice home, but …

Very nice home and perfect size for our family of 7. However … there was food & a cell phone under and around the sofas, floor was dirty, 1 set of sheets were stained or not washed well, pillows were not comfortable, limited kitchen supplies, walk to the gondola was farther than advertised .. If these things were fixed, we would consider renting here again.

Hi Letia. The guest before you did leave the phone and it was missed during the inspection process. We sincerely apologize if you found that part of the floor was not fully clean upon your arrival. We assure you that is not normal. This is a beautiful home in the heart of Shock Hill and we continually receive reviews about how clean, crisp, and put together all of the homes we manage are including this one. We will do a full kitchen inventory and restock immediately and check all of the pillows. We are available for any and all issues during your stay and wish we would have learned about these things so that we could have addressed them.

Amazing house!

The house is very nice! We rented the house for our ski season and we really enjoy being with the family, so this house was perfect for it and for us to be together, having breakfast and cooking together. The size of the house is great, fits 6 people and has all the necessary equipment. it’s extremely close to the gondola that goes to Peak 8, you only need to walk about 5 minutes. Fonda was an excellent hostess, providing all necessary information. Some things that could have been better: - we cook every day, I missed more Tupperware - the internet in general is a little weak, especially in the lower part of the house. - we missed a tablecloth for meals and some cups were broken. - Some blinds are broken, which made light enter the rooms. The rest was perfect! Thank you for this amazing experience ♥️

Beautiful house. Great location.

We stayed at the house over Christmas 2017. The house is in excellent shape and is a beautiful home. It is located about 200 yards to a Gondola stop. You can take the gondola up to Peak 7 or 8 to begin skiing, or down into town (however the Gondola only runs to about 5 pm.) The house also has a garage with an exterior keypad for entry. The house has one large master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and baths, plus a sleeper sofa on the ground floor. The master bath is very large and has a whirlpool bathtub. The kitchen and living room are also on the same floor as the master bedroom. The house has high ceilings throughout. It is a very nice house. The kitchen/living room is open. Everything is in new condition and works. The living room TV is approx 70"; It is almost too big. There is a very nice deck out back with a hot tub, gas grill and gas fire pit. The house also has two gas fireplaces inside, and heated floors which were very nice during winter. The property managers are easy to work with and very responsive to any questions about the house.

Wonderfull location

Great property and location. I did not give the full 5 stars for two reasons. 1) The beds were uncomfortable in all rooms, too soft and wallowed out. 2) Internet was not strong enough to use Roku TV's in the bedrooms. I will definitely book again if mattresses are upgraded in the next year.

Wonderful ski vacation house with family and friends!

A beautiful house, perfect for our family and friends group of 8 including our 11 month old grandson. The house is beautiful and well furnished. Well stocked with tons of towels and blankets and paper products which is always a plus. The hot tub and grill worked perfectly. Very convenient access to the Gondola which is perfect for getting to the base of peak 7 and 8 and to town. Super nice that even non-skiers in our group could take the Gondola to meet for fun apre-skiing at peak 7 and 8. Would definitely recommend this house and Shock Hill location!!

Very pretty well maintained property

Beds comfortable, rooms good size, kitchen lovely and had a 85 inch tv in family room... what more could you ask for on Super Bowl Sunday! 2 block walk to gondala. Quiet cul da sac Perfect vacation spot for my family of adult children and myself

Great house, great location

This is a great house and is well appointed. The short walk to the gondala (maybe 200-250 steps) made skiing easy and was great for getting into town for dinner. (5:35pm approx is last gondala into town) The parking was easy and heated garage was a great extra feature. It snowed 6-7 inches the night before we departed but I was able to get my big truck into the garage which made our departure so much easier. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were great also. Great house for the price.

Family week in Breck

We had a great week in Breck. The property was great. This was our first time being so close to the gondola which was a nice perk. We'd love to stay again sometime!

Family ski trip

This property was just perfect for our family of 6. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!! Walk to the Gondola was not bad at all and the hot tub felt great each afternoon after skiing.

Much needed family vacation

Our experience was great. Location couldn’t be better for ease of getting on the mountain and the house was awesome. Having the private hot tub was great after a day of skiing and the grill was a huge bonus for us since we “ate in” for all meals not on the mountain. With four kids ranging in ages from 2-11 the accommodations were ideal.
