River Rock Rest and Relaxation

The riverfront deck with the tranquil river sounds made me so happy--perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, contemplating and soaking it all up, and perfect spot for evening cocktails :-)

In places, if a car going the opposite direction was there, someone would have to back up. A bit challenging at times, but I would highly recommend the property. Lots of deer!!

This was one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. They have thought of almost everything. This is a nice, well-appointed cabin with beautiful surroundings. Everything was great! I will stay here again!

Place was amazing beautiful home comfy bed wonderful view of river

The home had all you needed, cozy fireplace,nice and clean,owners pretty much thought of everything,hot tub was nice too

Weekend getaway

The cabin was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the creek was beautiful, this was a very relaxing setting! We will be back for more enjoyment in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After navigating the trail to the property, we were pleasantly surprised to see the property. The property is very well maintained and provided all the necessities to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, take in the flowing river and be greeted one morning by several deer coming by to get their morning drink of the cool clear waters.We ventured out to visit the orchards and city surroundings. The quiet and orderly movement throughout the city was a pleasant way to spend several hours. We also visited Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza to enjoy unique a pizza and drink while in the city.We were one of three couples that traveled to Sliding Rock with the express purpose of enjoying the quiet atmosphere while allowing us to get together daily to have breakfast and play cards together. An enjoyable time, look forward to being able to do this again.

Relaxing getaway

The view of the river and soundscape is exquisite. The rushing water is calming and there are multiple places to sit and enjoy the view. The cabin itself serves it's purpose.

Beautiful setting!

The river view is amazing! So relaxing! The cabin was just as pictured in the listing. Great view and sound of the river from the porch or decks. It was so warm and inviting and was cleaned to perfection!

Quiet Getaway

Great property on a wonderful lazy creek bed. Loved the view. Very clean and well kept and perfect instructions on how to reach the property. It was a windy, hilly gravel road but accessible. We had a wonderful weekend.

Charming cabin

This was a very charming cabin, with every amenity we wanted. The location was great and we really enjoyed the river. However, due to our ages (69 & 81) we could travel the road leading to the cabin. The upside is, we had a very relaxing 4 days, and we spent quality time with our rescue dog, Zoey.

Exactly as advertised. The river sounds and view are phenomenal. Lovely drive in to the cabin. Very close to an amazing off-road trail. So very peaceful . Thanks for your hospitality.
