SOMMER RABATT - POPULÆRE ON-OCEAN COMPLEX !!!

Kona Isle er kendt for den smukke grunde og stenstrand. Det forvaltes meget godt, og den bedste del er langs stranden, med Bbqs, picnicborde, loungestole, stole og havet sprøjter lige foran dig! Solnedgange er helt smukke og høre bølgerne tilføjer den vidunderlige oplevelse.

Lejligheden selv er ikke blevet lejet ud, men det er tid til at lade andre nyde oplevelsen. Det har alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet og bliver opgraderet som tid og økonomi tillader. Det er en fantastisk beliggenhed og er kun en 20-25 minutters gang til byen og normalt en 3-5 minutters kørsel.

Kailua-Kona har mange restauranter, butikker, fiskeri, sejlads og Ocean aktiviteter at nyde.

Det er en ferie, der bliver mindeværdigt!

Kona isle paradise

Kona isle is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Love the pool. Was able to have friends and family over for an Oceanside BBQ. Wonderful location.

Loved our little stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We had a lovely time. Great views of the ocean! Condo was tidy and had extras for us to use during our stay.

Great Condo and location

My husband, me and our 15 month old infant had a great time staying here. It's only few minutes away from lots of attractions that Kona can offer. We loved our morning time hanging out on the rocky beach of the property and taking our toddler to the tide pools only steps away from where we stayed. I hope we get to visit Kona again, we now know where to stay!

Well located complex on the water. Well equipped condo with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and loads of snorkeling gear. But, the place is fairly old with noisy A/C and fridge and it's the unit furthest from the Ocean and closest to the road in the back corner of the complex with people walking by the louvered bedroom window.

Great location, quaint residency!

Michael was a fantastic host - very communicative, cordial and was able to accommodate me and my friends with an additional stay. He gave out clear instructions/boundaries on housing do’s/dont’s, which is always appreciated as a guest. The location was 20-30 min from the airport and a 10-15 min drive from many beaches via drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Nice and easy

Super nice condo and easy check in and out. Michael is good to work with. Great beach area to relax at, catch the sunrise or sunset! If you like coffee, the coffee maker isn’t the best. I have a portable 20oz French press I’ll bring next time.

Small slice of paradise

The apartment, grounds, piool, and location were great. Had all the necessities and beach toys. Coffee by the ocean every morning.

Great Property, Location, and Value

This was a great spot to stay in the Kona area. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and a great home base to explore the island. The condo had everything you would need provided from towels, kitchen suppliers, and tons of beach gear (coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs). The grounds were great right on the ocean with a swimming pool. Access to beach front to explore the lava rock tide pools and access to the saltwater pool. We will be back when we return to Kona.

Michael Smith ,Manager of the property kept in touch and gave us great information about the propert

Great place to stay, very Quiet and close to town. I will definetly stay here again. I Highly recommend this place, Manager was Awesome.

Kona Getaway

This is a very clean, well stocked condo, perfect for a couple. It's well located close to Kona and right on the coast with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The neighbor was also very kind.

Cute & cozy

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo and would recommend to any couple or small family of four. All amenities listed were provided. We did have a little trouble with checking in but Michael was readily available to assist by text and phone. Plus side is this was the perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunset.

A very nice stay, the condo was very clean, enjoyed myself very much. My only comment is it’s a bottom floor unit on a corner so there was a lot of foot traffic and talking people going by the condo bedroom at all hours. I could hear the people walk around in the condo above. I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

This unit is next to the parking lot. The buildings are next to the ocean with nice area to sit and watch waves. Michael was great to work with.

I loved it. Kona Isle is a nice complex.

I really enjoyed going out to the water's edge to see the sunset each night with several other guests. I saw a pod of dolphins one day out there! Very relaxing. Pretty much everything that was needed was there and then some. Very comfortable. Michael was a good communicator and very accessible. 😎

Great location and very clean!

The location was great as it is an ocean front and distance is centralized. The unit was updated, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies was very complete and impressive. The only thing is the noise level from upstairs and from the bedroom windows which happens to be a hallway/ walkway to and from the parking lot and the ocean front area. Would have been perfect if not for the noise.

I enjoy visiting Hawaii and have several Vacation Condo properties, along the Ocean, in Kailua-Kona. Kona Isle is the newest that I will be Managing for a long-time friend. Real Estate has been my life and having people enjoy the whole Hawaii experience is what I like to hear about and see.

Kona Isle is unique because it is one of the few properties that have their amenities (Pool, Shower, Bbq's, Lounge chairs, Picnic tables, Sand, Bathroom facility, etc.) right at the Ocean.
