Loved everything. Travelers make sure you’re aware theirs no AC in the room which makes it difficult if you go during high temperatures

A great rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, well stocked with essentials including snorkeling gear and beach towels. The view of the Pacific was great and only a couple of hundred yards from the unit. Knutson provided all the info needed. The unit was also fairly close to many of the activities we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Nice condo with a great view and in a good location. Property management company was extremely engaging and double checked to make sure our stay was going as we expected. Condo kitchen is a little dated but everything worked just fine, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would for sure stay again.

We love this property! This is our 3rd time staying at Kona Isle. It’s very well maintained and quiet. The location is ideal and right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful stay in Kailua Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, the photos on this listing from the balcony are absolutely accurate. Kona Isle is a beautiful apartment complex in a great location right on the ocean. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. There is a small pool here too. A numbered parking space is available throughout your stay here.The accomodation itself is located on the middle of three floors and no lift is available requiring users to make their way up a flight of stairs.The apartment is of a good size with all facilities that you may require including laundry facilities, a full size cooker and hob. Air conditioning is limited to one unit in the lounge area - not in the bedroom which has both a ceiling fan and a large standing fan - so this was not an issue during our stay with outside temperatures around 32C. I am from the UK, so this was very warm for us and we didnt feel too hot during our stay.The apartment does show some signs of age though. However, everything worked fine and this is only a very small niggle.We loved our time here and would absolutely use this unit again without hesitation.

Love Kona

This was a great place to stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Great location for going out and exploring the island. We will be back hopefully soon.

The space was clean, welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed the friendly community of the building and the staff were helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and there was hardly anyone in the pool so we pretty much had it to ourselves. The coastline on the property was the perfect spot to listen to the waves while watching the sunset at the end of the day.

Amazing location

Common areas were beautiful and view from the balcony was great. bonus beach chairs and towels were appreciated. pull out bed super comfy. Fixtures and such were a bit dated but we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time exploring all the close beaches

Great stay in Kona

After flying for 24 hours, checkin could not have been easier. Condo was as advertised and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in which we love . Small beach chairs we super handy for beach excursions as well as beach towels and snorkeling equipment… small cooler and cold bag worked great for the beach as well

Nice spacious condo with tasteful island decor. Full kitchen with washer and dryer (very handy). Clean, no island critters were seen inside. Comfortable bed and linens. Great shower and drainage. Breakfast on the lanai watching the waves break on the shore was great. Better ocean view than what is depicted in the pictures. Free designated parking space included with condo rental. Public saltwater pool next to the building. Quiet area. Short drive to Kona or take the tram that stops nearby. Conveniently located between each end of the island.

Amazing!

My husband and I loved this little condo! The location is fantastic, the view was amazing, loved the salt water pool, sitting in the sand watching the waves crashing on the rocks, the sunsets. The furniture and the bed were all very comfortable. It was handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. We will stay here again!

Enjoyed every Moment

We really enjoyed our stay very much. The Place was bigger than expected and the kitchen very well equipped. The lanai offers great Ocean views. The Pool is awesome and very clean. Also the barbecue area Next to it is a wonderful place to hang out during Sunset. The views are breathtaking. All in all, this is a great place in a great, calm neighborhood on one of the Most beautiful islands in the world.

Kona paradise

We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the location and grounds. We enjoyed the beach area next to the ocean with the lounge chairs and bbq. It was a great area to watch the sunset. The other people staying in the complex were super friendly and we had great conversations one afternoon by the pool. The check-in process went flawlessly and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit itself had everything that we needed and the lanai had a great view of the pool and ocean.
