Lovely villa in a great location

Had a brilliant week - great weather in a beautiful place. The villa had just about everything you need and the outside space with pool and view is amazing.

Really relaxing holiday

Had a lovely time at this Villa paid the extra for air com and pool heating, Heaven 😄 money well spent ,like getting into a hot bath in the evenings , would like to thank Lynn we enjoyed a totally relaxing holiday ,but would recommend a hire car

Thank you for your review Susan, we are very happy you enjoyed the villa and especially the pool heating so much. If used as directed it really is a like a big bath tub! As stated in our ad, we do always recommend car rental since the airport transfer plus a couple of taxi rides tend in the end to work out more expensive. This is the case for all villas in the resorts. We are always on hand to recommend sites for car rentals if requested. Hope to receive you again in the future!

The best stay we've had

For us, as a family of four, it was our first stay un Portugal. And on recommendation we booked via Vrbo homes and stayed at a lovely Villa. Our host was brilliant. Lynn was always contactable, giving us into of the surrounding areas and recommendations for markets and restaurants to visit.. The stay was so good we are now planning our next trip to stay at the same villa.

Fabulous!!!

We had the most magical week at Lynn’s fantastic property and we will definitely go back! The villa is perfectly located, for everything you could need in the area. Lynn the host is just brilliant, so helpful and responsive. The villa was spotless and has absolutely everything you could need. Thank you Lynn for such a fabulous week!

An immaculate home from home villa!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and were impressed with the outdoor space especially. It was the perfect Villa for our family, with all the mod cons and more. Light and airy and very comfortable. We felt instantly at home in the very peaceful but incredibly well located area. The owners were helpful and also gave us some invaluable advice about the area and all the local amenities. Would definitely recommend and would without a doubt look to rent this property again.

Escaping UK winter

The full all on wall to wall sunshine in the Algarve at this time of year was the reason for our travel. The Dunas design villa was very comfortable and our host Lynn was very attentive and helpful. Did not want the pool heated though. Not that warm and electricity expensive!

Great family stay with excellent pool

Good spot to explore the Dunas Douradas surroundings. The villa itself is very complete and great for families. Lynn, the owner, is very welcoming and proved helpful before and after arrival. The recently added pool is a great boon, with view of the nature reserve & sun all day, in particular we liked the shallow kids section of the pool for our 2 year old. The resort is very nice- we enjoyed a few lunches at the club with its excellent communal pool or at the nearby beach. Well-supplied supermarkets are 5 mins drive away but the mini market at the club provides fresh morning bread. Our kids loved the open air cinema picnic - thanks for the suggestion Lynn!. From here we also explored a bit further afield, like the forum Algarve mall in Faro and even a day trip to Seville. All in all a great stay.

Auto nötig.goldenes Dreieck sehr saubersehr ruhig schicke Villen . die Gastgeberin Lynn ist super. Gute Tipps zum Einkaufen . Apollonia. Pool beheizt. Sehr gut im October. Toller Strand in 3 min mit dem Auto.einfach toll.Blick auf die Natur. Haussuper ausgestattet. Passt alles gerne jederzeit wieder. Gut für sightseeing

Perfect getaway

This was our first time taking a long term rental to work remotely. We found the property, facilities and location ideal. The villa is ideal for mixed indoor outdoor living even in the autumn, / winter with its large patio and heated pool. Our host was excellent - Lynn was attentive and spent time not just ensuring we got the most out of the property but also the location. Perfect for a family of four or as in our case a couple on a long term stay with a 2nd “guest” room for occasional visitors.

Family time in the Algarve

Lynn was on point from start to finish, through with everything and always with quick good suggestions. Very accommodating for our visit with the pool. Beach is a solid walk along with food places with kiddos but kept us active. Def recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for a nice holiday!

2 Week stay in our happy place

We have stayed in this area many times over recent years and know it well. Booking all sorted smoothly with Lynn beforehand who was actually there at the villa to greet us and make sure everything was ok when we arrived. Both the Villa and the location were perfect. Villa is furnished lovely and the pool and sun terrace are superb. It’s a 10 - 15 minute stroll down the road to the beach Julia’s, Izzy’s and Maria’s restaurants. Would have no hesitation in recommending for one or two couples or a family of 4. Already thinking about booking again for next year.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Die Sonnenterrasse und der Pool sind ein Traum - man ist völlig ungestört und blickt in die Natur. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet von der Ausstattung alles was man benötigt! Zudem ist alles rundum gepflegt und absolut sauber. Lynn ist eine äußerst sympathische Vermieterin und mit der Kommunikation & Organisation war alles perfekt! Wir sagen DANKE und kommen gerne wieder!

Great villa for a family of 4 holiday

Our whole experience renting this villa has been great throughout. Lynn was a fantastic host, she was there to meet us on arrival at the villa. I’ve never seen a better villa information booklet. When there were local forest fires Lynn was inconstant contact with us to check on our safety and to update us. Thankfully this was just one day and all was well. The location of the villa was perfect, 15 mins walk to the local beach and a great selection of local restaurants. The local clubhouse and pool was handy, especially the local mini market there. We were a family of 4 with 2 older teenage girls and it was perfect for us. A great pool at the villa and handy shaded area when it became too hot.

Super Pool - tolle Lage

Hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Haus ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist auch für eine Familie mit Kleinkind toll.

A lovely home away from home.

I have been going to DD for 30+ years and this was probably the nicest house I’d stayed in. The owner had thought of almost everything. Would have liked a few more platters and salad bowls but that’s only because we ate in a lot as my grandchildren are tiny and my son is an extravagant cook!! The pool area was beautiful and the children’s area was well thought out. Wonderful too to sit out overlooking beautiful pine trees. Also if you want a change of pools, the. Club House is very inviting plus Xenia is a good restaurant and they now have a mini market for everyday items. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone but if you’re there under a fortnight make sure you order housekeeping. All in all a great experience and holiday. Thank you x

Excellent accomadation

This Dunas Douradas villa is excellent, the out area with pool and barbecue area are ideal. inside is very well equipped with every thing you will need and the customer service from our rep Lynn was exceptional. short walk to the beach but a car required for shopping etc.

Great location in Dunas Douradas

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The weather was perfect from start to end and Lynn made sure everything was perfect on arrival. The property was clean and tidy and I would recommend this property to anyone. When there was the odd problem Lynn got it sorted immediately and was always on hand to help, giving excellent customer care. The beach and plenty of restaurants are all within walking distance (we would particularly recommend Xenia). We had a really love holiday.
