Sand og absolut oceanfront condo med en Lanai (balkon), der næsten hænger over havet. Enhver tættere og du ville svømme. Se tidevandsbasserne nedenfor, hvor skildpadder og ål kan lide at komme til at spise. Lad havets lyde hvile dig i søvn efter din dag med sightseeing eller afslapning; både soveværelse og stue står over for havet. Mango træ køkken og sub zero køleskab er blot nogle af de vidunderlige ting om køkkenet. Gå i brusebad og flisegulve igennem. Masser af vidunderlige små ting at gøre dit ophold afslappende, herunder et skrivebord, wifi, kabel og gratis parkering. På stedet ledelse på kontoret lige ved elevatoren for at hjælpe dig med eventuelle spørgsmål eller behov.

Hale Kona Kai tilbyder en opvarmet saltvandspool, elevator og grillplads. In-condo wifi, kabel-tv, central luft, langdistanceopkald til amerikansk fastland og Canada inkluderet. Alle condos har central luft.

Hale Kona Kai er et lille kompleks af 3 dusin absolut oceanfront condos i byen, men væk fra den slagne vej! Beliggende på en stille sidegade (75-5870 Kahakai Road) og kun en kort blok gåtur til landsbyen Kailua-Kona også kendt som Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai er kun 1/4 blok gåtur til Honl's hvide sandstrand og en 2 blok gåtur til Kona Farmers Market.

Dette condo er forvaltet af et on-site licenseret kontor af Kona Now Hawaii Rentals. Vi har et gæstfrihedskontor lige ved elevatoren klar til at hjælpe dig og gøre din drømmeferie i paradis særlig.

Five stars for the view from the condo, location and responsiveness of the host. We very much enjoyed having breakfast with a wonderful ocean view, watching sunset every evening and sleeping with the sound of waves. It is a short distance from downtown Kona but still very quiet and peaceful. A few hiccups regarding the broken microwave & leaky water reservoir of the toilet but it got taken care of in a timely manner. The place could use a little upgrade but we will definitely stay there again for the view & location.

So relaxing!

We loved the space and the location! It was wonderful to have coffee in the morning while watching the ocean and listening to the surf. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location.

Condo had everything we needed and a great view to boot. Quiet, close to town without being on a busy road, and right on the water. We stayed 2 weeks and had a great time.

Kailua vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Had everything we needed for a week on the big island. Eating meals outside overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves was great! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit this area. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

Great stay in Kailua-Kona

The property was as described on the VRBO web page, there were no surprises. This had a great view, watched sunsets from the lanai about every day. A very short walk to restaurants and shops in Kona. Having AC in the bedroom and living room was a big plus for our July stay.
