Yes, you are right on the Ocean and steps to the beach. Literal steps to the Beach. Watch Dolphins, whales ,turtles and more from your condo sitting right on the ocean.
Relax in the pool and enjoy coffee, beverages, lunch and dinner right on site.

This 2nd condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months! Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a GORGEOUS remodeled walk in shower for you!

In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV on the New Sofa! There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for up to 4 people maximum people looking to be direct beach front. Pullout Sofa in the Living Room!

Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!
Laundry use is available in the complex, which is a shared common area.

The place did not have AC and we were there between hurricane Lala and Moke so it was really humid. We definitely needed to use the fans that were available and we left the balcony slider open. The ocean waves were perfect to listen to.

The host, the amenities, the view, the sounds, the ocean and beach at your doorstep, the cute coffee shack, the tranquility, the quietness we were able to embrace and love about this place. We love this little place, this little town and can’t wait to come back. Mahalo!

The main selling point of this property was its location. A second floor room overlooking a small grass area with the ocean shore within steps of our room. No vehicle traffic, stores, crowds or noise to obstruct our view of the ocean. A nice pool, small snack shack and restaurant nearby and a small beach just steps away.

Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing all day and night long. It was so peaceful. We also experienced seeing whales in the distance from the room

Sunsets, Turtles, Snorkeling & National Parks

The rhythm of the ocean breaking against the seawall directly connects you to nature. From the bedroom area, the views are breathtaking and proximity to the ocean, invigorating. The condo is modest but well situated in a vibrant neighborhood. This location worked well for us as active traveling seniors exploring this side of the island.

Enjoy the Waves!!!

You can’t get any closer to the water than this property! Open the sliding doors and soak in the sounds and views of the ocean.Property has everything a party of two would need and is nicely located on the island. You also get 10% off at Magics when you mention where you are staying.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! The location was excellent and easy to find and the room opened up right on the water. Be ready to go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean all night long. The condo was clean and well-kept, and the fans helped keep it cool during the day. Loved this place!

the perfect place!

I love this apartment and the location the view is insane the only detail is the bed is very bad quality the mattress is very soft and my boyfriend have problems in his back so we have to leave to another place! :(
