We had an amazing experience staying at the condo, it is very clean, it has everything you need during your stay, it has stunning ocean view from the balcony. Also, kids loved the pool, and hot tub. Owners have great communication with us, and have made our staying very smooth. Beds are very comfortable, and clean. Kitchen has everything we needed. We had amazing time, definitely be coming back. We always like staying at these condos. They are at the quiet end of Galveston beach and have the same, if not better amenities than some of the more expensive condos in Galveston. Our host was very quick to respond to any need we had. The condo is clean and had plenty of fresh linens and towels. It is especially nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The facility has been working hard to upgrade the pools and grounds the past couple of years and it shows. We will definitely stay here again. It is our Galveston go to for lodging.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Sandra was a wonderful host. The condo was so clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There was also plenty of storage for a smaller unit. We stayed during construction on the building but it was no problem at all. The pools were all open and wonderful as well.

Property was nice. No creamer for the coffee, lack of ice in the ice maker (we assume it doesn’t work), as well as waking up to no water are the reasonings for the review being a little low.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value all guest reviews as they help us continue to improve the experience we offer. We would like to take a moment to respectfully address a few points raised in your review. Regarding creamer — this is not an amenity we include as part of our rental offering, however we do ensure that all guests have an ample supply of coffee provided for their stay. The water issue you experienced was unfortunately a resort-wide matter, and therefore outside of our direct control as property owners. We understand how inconvenient that can be, and we are sorry it affected your stay. With respect to the ice maker, we would have been more than happy to address this promptly had we been made aware during your visit. We always encourage guests to reach out to us directly so that we can resolve any concerns in a timely manner. It is also worth noting that ice is available for purchase at the resort’s ice machine, which is accessible to all guests. We hope that despite these challenges, there were aspects of your stay that you enjoyed. Should you choose to visit again, we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience. ~Sandra
