A lovely stay in a true Mexican Family Resort

The studio apartment had everything you would need to prepare meals, including a full fridge. If you prefer the all inclusive fee is very reasonable and the food was good It was super clean with a lovely bathroom and the ocean front deck was lovely to watch sunrises or sunsets. As the sun only shines on it first thing in the morning it is possible to sit there anytime of day. Laura helped us with everything we needed and the resort staff are very accommodating.

Cancun

This property seemed lovely and special. However, due to a medical emergency shortly after our arrival, we were unable to enjoy and explore the unit, resort, or surrounding area.

Beautiful relaxing vacation

Property we everything we needed. Beach was fantastic, very close to ferry to Isla Mujeres and great restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. Property manager was very helpful and replied very quickly.

Loved our stay

The apartment was everything promised and more! Perfect for 2 people. It was right on the beach, had full kitchen and wonderful staff. The only drawback was no elevator, so you get a workout. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Thank you Carl, Natalie and Laura

Fantastic views, and a nice little spot for exploring

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. Everything was well laid out, well organized, and I could tell they deeply cared about making sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay. Which we did! We definitely recommend taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres for a day. Our three-year-old loved that! As did we. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is perfect for even 4 people! We had a great time there, it’s equipped with everything you could need to make your stay comfy. Both Laura and Carl are always easy to reach and super kind. Definitely would come back! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful Apartment

My mom and I spent 6 nights in this apartment and we had such a great time. It was clean, well decorated, had everything we could possibly need.

“Adulting” Cancun vacation

Great property, located away from the hotel zone and next to several fresh fish restaurants. Easy to get to Isla Mujeres, Wal Mart, snorkeling or fishing excursions. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed so we could “set up house” and make our own meals. We will come back here for sure! Nice facilities without being ostentatious. All-inclusive and water park are available for families but we stayed in the “residential side” in which people probably use for longer stays.

We stayed for 1 night and it was more than we needed. The time share style apartment within the hotel had personal touches and everything you could need. Great view of the whole area. Thank you!

Great rental

This apt. Was fully equipped and other than food, we lacked nothing. All the workers were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has a rustic charm. Our room overlooked the ocean. There is no elevator tho and managing the steps with luggage was tiring.

Cancun Vaca

My son and I had a wonderful time. Lara and Lulu were the best. Provided us with anything we needed and an activity director/planner. Lots of fun 🤩! Beautiful view from the apartment, right off the beach. We’ll be back!!

A great spot for the adventurous

This place turned out to be in a great location, add a car rental and u got a awesome vacation. Between the morning sunrise and the open beach, we liked being here. There was a island expedition down the street from us that takes you to islas mujeres... and seafood restaurants with fresh catch on the same block. Lots to add but we would say...just come here and be adventurous for yourself.. we are sure you will like staying here .we definitely come back to this place again.

Relaxing Affordable Ocean Front

We enjoyed our stay! This apartment is in the All Ritmo resort in Juarez Cancun which is a quieter area with nothing around really except the ferry. It is about a 15 minute walk from two ferry services that will take you directly to Isla de Mujeres. We took a few day trips there. I recommend the more luxurious ultra mar ferry which is a little past the first ferry when walking from the resort. The apartment was super comfortable, but could use a deep clean. We came from a super clean place and are really clean people so we might be extra picky. If you want an all inclusive resort you have to pay $42 dollars or more per day. Also, It is about $20 dollars to get to the better known more touristy hotel zone if you bargain. The whole taxi vs Uber jurisdiction battle affects Cancun. You might get a more economic price via Uber but the chances you’ll catch one are slim because they must hide from the taxi drivers. Who have deals with certain areas in front of the hotels and tourist areas and will get upset if they feel they are getting stolen from. Anyway, Laura was helpful! The air conditioning did stop working due to the power in the resort being down one morning… this only lasted a couple hours and our host was extremely responsive. It is a chill vibe! If you want a fancy experience this is not for you. We had fun and were satisfied with the price (we opted out of paying for the all inclusive part) and were good with location because the ferry was accessible.

Great stay

The place was exactly as advertised. A little further from town then I would have preferred but if you don't mind traveling like a local you can jump on the bus for ten pesos. The property manager has to meet you at the property to check you in at the resort front desk. A little weird but worked fine. The manager was very reachable and helpful via What's Ap. The unit was furnished with everything we needed.

A must do! The view is spectacular!

This is just what we needed! The resort is lovely! You cant beat the all inclusive and the food was good, well season with a variety offered. The condo is beautiful, clean with comfortable beds and has everything you need. The owner and property mgr, Laura, respond quickly and are very helpful. Laura gave great recommendations for restaurants closeby. If you have kids, they will love the waterpark, basketball court, soccer area, grill and bar all located across the street from the main resort area. The main resort area has a restaurant, grill, bar with a swim up section, pool, large deck area, convenience store, beach chairs and the beach is cleaned DAILY.. This is a great location. I look forward to my next visit!

Amazing!

The condo is great and has a wonderful view of the beach. It is very clean. The communication with both the owner and the property manager was great. Laura, the property manager is awesome. She even gave us a ride to the grocery store. She also gave us tips about restaurants, places to visit, and how to bargain with taxi drivers. We had a blast!

Local... excellent... lots of fun!!

Cando was clean, tidy with great views. We loved how "local" it felt but just a short walk to the ferry. Great locations to eat all around even local markets and street food. We enjoyed runs, workouts on the beach, ferry ride to the island and would spend the day on the sand. WHAT A GREAT VALUE!!!! property manager help us coordinate EVERYTHING. Was there to answer questions or give suggestions. Couldn't have asked for a better girls low key get a way!!! Hosts were so sweet. Reached out multiple times and followed up on our stay. Cant say enough about these great people. I WILL defiantly go back. We LOVED that we could get local produce and cook right in our room. Enjoy our coffee on the patio in the am. I MISS THOSE SUNRISES!!!

Relaxing and beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay. The studio was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony while enjoying the sunrise (early risers!) and the sea. The property manager, Laura, was a wonderful, attentive host. Can't wait to return!

Best Vacation EVER

We just got back from staying at this beautiful property. The owners were so responsive and the description of the property was exact. The location is right on the beach and the views are amazing!! We arrived later in the evening and were surprised to be met by the property manager Laura! She even arranged for our pickup from the airport. Laura was a wonderful resource and gave us the best contacts for trips and adventures. If you are going to Cancun and desire a quiet, beachfront location, this is the property for you! Laura connected us with the most amazing dive adventure in Cozumel with Charles Hame, Dive National Cozumel and the most amazing Mayan Tour with Cancun Tours Paradise. Both were exceptional and reliable experiences. Warning...it will be difficult to leave your room when you are enjoying coffee on your very private balcony. We already want to go back. We would 100% book this property again!! Thank you Carl and Natalie for everything. You made Todd's 50th Birthday one that he will never forget.

Great value , Great Location.

This studio was perfect for my wife and I. Fantastic location , with an awesome ocean front balcony. We were able to cook breakfast and a few dinners during our two week stay. Shopping nearby and a short drive to our favorite beach (Puerto Morelos) The studio was clean and amenities were as advertised, communication with owner and property manager was excellent overall a great vacation.

We are a retired couple from Vancouver Island, British Columbia , Canada. We have rented this condo at Hacienda Del Mar ( which is within Al Ritmo Resort and Water Park) for the last five years. We fell in love with the condo, the area, hotel staff and decided to purchase the condo..

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The Resort is 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown Cancun, 15 minutes from hotel zone. One will find fresh seafood restaurants, fishing on the piers, chartered fishing, and is close to the archaeological site El Meco and Isla Mujeres. The Ferry is 1.5 km from the Resort and public transportation and a taxi makes it easy to explore Cancun.
