"Himmel er her" i denne smukke designerindretning af denne bemærkelsesværdige oceanfront condo ved Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort - Beachside One. Du vil blive mødt af store åbne udsigt over den spektakulære Mexicanske Golf, som du træder indenfor. En rummelig indgang foyer, der åbner ind i det store opholdsstue med smuk kystindretning, der netop lyser rummet! For ikke at nævne de 40 "fladskærms-tv. Lejligheden er dækket af smukke 18 "fliser overalt.  Balkonen byder på masser af plads til afslapning.

Disse samme synspunkter kan ses fra det rummelige, hvide køkken og det rummelige spisestue med spisebord med plads til 6 plus 3 barstole ved køkkenbordet og har en vidunderlig vinduesplads, der vender ud over vandet.

Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og en mur af vinduer, der afspejler udsigt over kløften og en separat privat balkon, der direkte vender ud mod kløften foran. Skibsføreren bad har et badekar med en Golf front vindue og separat bruser. Det andet soveværelse har også en kingsize-seng og golf foran visninger sammen med et tv og dvd-afspiller i en armoire. Den tredje soveværelse er meget større og har 2 queen size senge plus et tv og dvd-afspiller. Den queen-size sovekabine-sofa i opholdsrummet giver ekstra sovepladser. En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler leveres for ekstra bekvemmelighed.

Beachside One sidder direkte på stranden kun få skridt væk langs strand boardwalk. Bygningen tilbyder gratis WiFi, en sæsonopvarmet pool og et motionsrum for alle gæster at nyde. Hvis du vælger at vove sig ud over hele feriestedet, er der gratis shuttle!

På de nætter, som du ønsker at nyde en aften ud, Village på Baytowne Wharf tilbyder en vifte af restauranter fra fine dining til pizza, sushi og meget mere. Eller se de seneste film på Grand Boulevard på den nye ti-screen biograf. Den Baytowne Marina er en fantastisk måde at tilbringe en eftermiddag og nyde frokost eller fange en solnedgang. Outdated and Not Safe

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Destin area and condos on the beach, but this condo was very disappointing to us, especially with safety concerns. The door to our condo was not safely secured. The deadbolt was not working because the wood was old/worn and would not properly lock and the deadbolt/latch was missing. We had to call maintenance to fix this issue and was unable to leave the condo (on our first day) with our belongings with this safety concern. The maintenance did his best "to make it work" throughout our stay. The condo is very outdated especially in the bathrooms. There is NO privacy in the master bathroom and there is NO dresser in the master bedroom. They only offered some hangers for your clothes and a 3 drawer plastic container for clothes. The kitchen is the only updated area in the condo. The dining/living area was missing curtains (to block from neighboring condo and turtle nesting season.) Most of the window coverings were thin bamboo curtains, which didn't block sunlight. We will be back to Destin, but not at Beachside 1 residence in Sandestin.

Fall Break Vacation 2024

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed this property. The location can't be beat! The pool and beach were amazing. There is one security guard that is very laid back, but then at the end of the week there was one that is very strict about having your bands on to go to the beach. Keep that in mind for your stay here. There are some things that need improvement. The internet service was horrible. They came during our stay to upgrade to a "fiber optic" internet. We thought it was going to be much better, but the back bedroom still had a slow connection. Hopefully this will improve. The master bathroom has 3 broken hooks and no towel holder at one sink. These would be easy fixes if the owner or the company would pay attention to details. There is not enough lighting in the master bedroom, and it does get hot in the afternoon from the sun in the master. Keep this in mind when you set the thermostat!They need to check the status of items. For example, there were about 30 plates, but only 4 coffee mugs. Also only 13 hangers in the entire unit that is supposed to hold 10 people. There isn't a broom, and this would be very helpful to clean out sand.The floors were very dirty and need to be deep cleaned. The ice maker was not working and initially they were communicating very well. They came 2 times and it did not get fixed, but they never communicated again to let us know the problem or when it might be resolved. Luckily we were able to get ice from the big ice maker on the first floor- but had to haul it upstairs several times.With some attention to these details, this property could be 5 stars across the board. The end unit is really nice and you get 2 balconies. They did move 2 chairs from the larger balcony to the smaller one... would be much better if they had a table with at least 4 chairs on the larger balcony. I hope these comments will be addressed as with these changes it would be the best unit in the building!

The mattresses were not comfortable but we had everything we needed. We had trouble with the TV's in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't a big deal as we really didn't need to use.

Reviewer Comments: If very outdated was the only issue, I would not be writingthis review. The worst was ROACHES, we saw 6, one was in the bed.We did not call beacause we didnt want them to spray while we were there The washing machine was broken, this was the only thing we called to have fixed because we had 7 women 60 years old, so we had to have a washer, which they did fix. Mold on windows and patio. Cracked counter tops and tile flooring. dishwasher leaks. sink stops up. It did not ruin our trip but I would not want others to rent when you pay good money and walk in to what we was really bad.

Beautiful view

Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

For some reason, we have never had a can opener in this unity. I purchased one at Publix so I hope it is still there when we return. Also, a little mold in the keurig.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. 4096 beachside I tower

Awful experience Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.

I would provide the next group to expect a clean and well furnished home, however there are updates needed. The bathroom is small and no dressing room, the beds are worn and work but not the most comfortable stay. Overall it met our needs but was surprised that the space needed maintenance.
