Upgraded new mattresses, Master has a motion adjustable “Purple” Mattress. Views and balcony access from every room!

The penthouse condo is so beautifully decorated, well laid out and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed with any pot, pan, utensil or gadget you could need for cooking meals. There were even quite a few spices! The location could not have been more perfect as it is literally right across a 2 lane road from the gorgeous beach, and there's even a bridge over the road to cross! You can see the beach from almost every window in the condo, too! Our group consists of 2 families that have traveled to the Emerald Coast/30A for 12 years and this condo is on the top of the list! We all hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location with a view of both the beach and bay! Pictures are exactly what it looks like, and all bedrooms had adequate storage and space. Would 100% stay again if we get the opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a panoramic view. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had six people in our group. Our stay was very comfortable. One of my granddaughters wanted to stay another night, but I think someone else was coming in after us, because when we opened the door to start moving our things out, the maids were waiting to clean the condo.

Girls trip with long time friends

The location was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The balcony was great for watching the sun rise and enjoying a cup of coffee. When I encountered a hiccup at checkin Ginger, the host, was fast to respond and send instructions. The building is showing a little age but the unit was well maintained. The downside we encountered was the property was packed for the upcoming holiday weekend and one of the elevators was not operating properly for a few days. The building maintenance had it repaired and the next day the other elevator had an issue and had to be taken down. This made for some longer queue times for going up or down. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Nice property with lots of amenities

I almost felt guilty for picking 3 bedrooms for 2 people but it was worth it! Plenty of patio space, great kitchen and beach area was great.

Spring Break Paradise

We had an amazing time. We spent time at the hot tub and the beach. We drove to Emerald Coastal Zoo and loved it!The condo was comfortable and perfect for our group!

Fantastic condo!

Myself and two friends stayed in this beautiful three bedroom condo the week of October 19-26. It has a large balcony with a wide-range view toward the East. Most of our time at the condo was spent enjoying this view. In addition to the view of the Gulf, there’s a view of the bay behind. Truly a special condo that we have agreed to return to many times! In addition to the view the condo has much to offer. All three beds were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Very important to me. The kitchen is very well stocked if one wants to cook a full meal. We drank coffee every morning but chose to eat out for our meals. Most mornings we went to The Donut Hole for breakfast and different places for dinner. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good the one dinner we ate there. Many good restaurants within a short drive. The condo is in a great location for anything you desire, shopping and dining. Overall I recommend this condo to anyone who would like a comfortable home away from home while vacationing in the area. We can’t wait til our next trip!!

Very nice condo. Loved the king beds and king/ bunk bed. Worked well for our family. Only problem we had were all the steps to beach.

Amazing condo!

The condo was fabulous! It was very nicely decorated and the view was unbelievable! I would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back. Virginia did everything to make our stay amazing!

Great Condo with a terrific view.

Condo was as described. It had a wonderful view, we utilized the balcony so much. We were traveling with two elderly people and the condo was easy for them to navigate.

Amazing Condo For Family Trip

Staying here was an absolute pleasure for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The appliances, the decor, the bedrooms were well appointed and there was ample storage for all our belongings. The pictures of this beautiful condo are entirely accurate. The Balcony provided a panoramic view of the beach and the bay. It was shaded in the afternoon and a wonderful place to sit and watch the day go by. Equally important, the air conditioning worked wonderfully as the temperatures outside were 90°+ every day. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a meal. A bonus was having full-sized front-loading washer and dryer. The location is equally fantastic and that it is 100 foot walk to the beach. Chair service was an added benefit. Get out early if you want to stake a front row spot! Ginger is an incredible host who was easy to reach and quick to respond. I can't think of a better spot to rent if you're considering a visit to Miramar Beach or Destin.
