Dette er en ny liste, og vi har ingen anmeldelser endnu. Vi købte vores drømme ejendom i maj og har været hårdt på arbejde, hvilket gør det perfekt for vores lejere. Vi har lige begyndt at tage forbehold den 4. juli og er glade for at dele vores skive af himlen med dig. Vågn op til opkaldet af loons off the expansive back dæk med udsigt over maleriske Parker Pond. Opdateret, fido venlige, klassiske Maine Cottage bare fødder fra vandkanten. Åben spisestue / stue med en mur af vinduer med udsigt over dækket og vandet. Sid ved ildstedet og steg marshmallows på varme sommernætter eller bliv hyggelige ved siden af den indendørs pejs på kølige nætter. Kajak til midterøen eller i Pleasant Lake eller lancere din båd til vandski eller sejle rundt om søen. Front lavvandede strandområde er perfekt til familier med små til at holde øje med.

Lake Side Retreat

Had a wonderful stay at the Fox Den with my family. The location on the water was great, and my kids couldn't get enough of jumping off the dock. The house is set up great for inside and outside enjoyment and the view from deck is great.

Great place to make memories!

We had a wonderful time at the "Fox Den"!! Only wish was for time to slow down. The house had everything you may want in a vacation home! Thanks for a great expierence!

Relaxing lake stay

This property is a little slice of heaven. We look forward to staying here each summer. The owners are responsive and the house is amazing.

Perfection on Parker

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fox Den on Parker Pond. We swam, kayaked , fished, and relaxed! A couple of local hikes, and we hit Kindred Farms a few times, which did not disappoint. Best whoopie pies we've ever had. A great place to unwind and de-stress.

Wonderful Second Stay

Came back to stay at this lovely property with family for a second time. Great spot for all ages - this time we had adults of various ages, 4yo, 8mo, and a dog. The sandy beach and convenient dock make outside time so easy and so enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lake cabin

Property was as described and pictured when we arrived. Very clean and comfy. Had all amenities in the kitchen that we needed. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake where we ate our meals at night and lunch. The lower sitting area was great next to the water so we could be close to the kids swimming. We had one fire in the fire pit, which was cozy. The dock for Fishing off of was Beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed kayaking, using all four kayaks, and we kayaked to the island and back.. The men were fishing most of the time. Even though Fishing not so great possibly due to the cold temperature of the water but still had fun. Love the master bedroom and bath, as well as the updated kitchen and small bath. Very happy with the accommodations. And would stay again. Only thing we did not know was water for showering and toilet were from the lake. But they did provide plenty of bottled water for cooking and drinking. We also loved the AC units keeping us cool on those humid nights. Eileen answered questions promptly.

Wonderful Parker Pond

We entertained family and friends on wonderful Parker Pond. We are so glad that the Labradors let us come on vacation with them. We were again thrilled and impressed with the attention to detail by the host. Everything to make our stay totally enjoyable was anticipated. What a wonderful time.

Great House

House was comfortable and well stocked. We had a great time relaxing on the porch, kayaking, and going on a few local hikes. Would absolutely stay here again! The acorns falling from the oak trees also make the best kerplunk sounds when they hit the water.

Perfect lake house getaway

My husband and our two small dogs loved the beautiful setting, peaceful neighborhood and very comfortable home. Everything we needed was there for us to enjoy and Eileen was super with the information she provided and her communication during our stay! Thank you!!

Love the Fox Den

This was our second stay at The Fox Den. Love this place. Fenced yard is a great plus with our two dogs. Had perfect weather for swimming and kayaking this year. Mayberry Hill and Jugtown forest are really close to hike with the dogs. Got breakfast and whoopie pies from Kindred Farms pretty much every day. The kitchen remodel made a great vacation spot even better. Can't wait to come back.

What a charming weekend!

We arrived to this lovely home late Friday and left early Monday for just a fun weekend getaway. It has all the bells and whistles and Eileen was very attentive to our needs and questions. Their home is absolutely lovely and right on the water which we enjoyed so so much! What a cute town too and we got to see the Christmas in July boat parade in Naples! Highly reccommend!

Perfect, Quiet Stay on the Pond

This is a true gem on a quiet pond in Casco. The home is updated and well furnished to give it a less rustic/campy feel and more of a comfortable home feel. The back yard is incredible with truly four or five different spots to hang out and entertain, all with great water views. The area has neighbors but it's definitely more on the quiet side. Decent area for parking and the central air were great perks. The owners have made it very easy to enjoy yourself and are quick to respond to any questions. I'll definitely be looking to rent again in the future!

Peaceful cottage in Casco

We had a relaxing time in this updated cottage. We really enjoyed the large deck overlooking the water and ate all of our meals outside. The kitchen is easy to work in with a new stove and fridge. We used the large fire pit to cook smores with the grandchildren which they loved. We really appreciated the a/c units which allowed for restful sleeping. There is very little boat traffic on Parker Pond, just a few fisherman in the early morning hours. The location is close to many lakes and sandy swimming options. We really enjoyed this rental.

Great New Years in Casco!

We had a phenomenal time at the Fox Den! We had more than enough space for two couples and dogs. The house is adorable and directly on the lake which was even fun in the winter when it was frozen! The house is close proximity to numerous little hikes, fields as well as restaurants and breweries. We had an awesome time and hope to come back! Eileen was wonderful, prompt in response and the listing is 100% accurate. Would recommend the Fox Den to anyone who wants to spend some time on the lake. Thank you for hosting us!

Fox Den 2.0

This was our third time staying at the Fox Den, I wouldn't have thought it could have been better than the last two times, but I was mistaken. The renovations they have done are amazing, the Kitchen and the bathroom have been completely made over and they added a beautiful master bedroom and master bath. Eileen is super helpful and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Cannot wait to get back to the Fox Den!

Perfect Stay!

The pictures just don't do it justice. Beautiful property and so, so peaceful. Loved the large deck. My dog loved being able to be free during our travels. We were in luck to see a full moon over the lake and ill never forget it. This city gal could get used to that life. So spacious and clean. Lovingly taken care of and I'm so grateful to have found it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! And if you're thinking about booking this space, you won't be disappointed.

Charming Lake cottage

Even after a disagreement with owner I can’t find much bad to say about this beautiful cottage on a beautiful lake. Very clean and well thought out. Pretty much all brand new. Only drawbacks I could find would be the road noise can be a little loud at night when it’s very quiet outside and maybe better living room furniture as well as outdoor furniture this all being said if I could I would give 4 1/2 stars if I had the option. Happy Getaway.

We were very please with this home. It was clean and sanitized. Loved the style of the home. View was so beautiful and felt so peaceful. We left feeling very relaxed. The only two suggestions we would have is: A more comfy couch. (the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable) More room in the pantry area. ( there was quite a bit of food and products in the pantry when we got there) So it did not leave a lot of room for the food we brought. Others then that we loved the place and will most likely be renting this house in the future. Dan & Chantle M

We were blown away and really can't wait to return!

Guys, there's a rope swing here. And practically a sandy-bottom beach, a swimable dock, a kayak to use, comfy beds, a fun loft for the Littles, a gorgeous deck, a new kitchen and bathrooms... This place was a gem for us and it met all our needs and then some. The baby got his own room to sleep in (we provided the pack and play), the 5yo got to sleep in the fun new loft twin bed, and the parents got the king bed and en suite. The reno is great and beautifully done. Congrats! Our 2 labs thoroughly enjoyed having a lake at their whim and the fact that the whole backyard is fenced gave us such peace. Having an enclosed space made the constant in/out/in/out from the dogs and kids a breeze. The view was beautiful, the lake was stunning and quiet, and proximity to enough stores, markets, and seafood shacks was perfect. Yeah, seriously, we'd love to make this rental a yearly thing!

Lake life holds many fond memories for our family. Mike grew up in Portland, ME and traveled to the lakes region with his grandparents as a child. Tooling around in his fishing troller and roasting marshmallows with the other kids at camp is a memory he wanted to pass on to our kids. Eileen grew up in Maryland and spent winter weekends skiing in Western Maryland and summers learning to waterski on Deep Creek Lake. After moving to Denver in 1996, we always dreamed of owning a lake house to pass on the traditions we held so dear in our hearts.

As soon as we stepped foot on the deck of The Fox Den we knew this was the property we had been searching for. The community feel of Parker Pond and proximity to all the Lakes Region has to offer made this the perfect spot to call our own. We knew this was where we wanted make memories as a family and to provide others with the opportunity to experience the magic of Parker Pond.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Watching the sun dance off the water and reflect on the ceiling of the living room in the morning is cathartic. Neighbors waving as they float by on kayaks and paddleboards enhances the community feel of the lake. Paddling over to the island and exploring the campsites and history of the Casco region will keep you coming back for more.
