The cottage is very clean, well appointed, stylish with a very efficient use of space. Mindi & Rick are excellent hosts and are very kind and helpful. 5 stars in all categories. I highly recommend a stay.

North Florida Jacksonville Crepe Myrtle Cottage
My wife, son and I stayed in the bungalow for a quick weekend in town for a sporting event. We usually stay in a hotel for this weekend event but I waited a little too long and somehow I lucked out and found this place. This is a gem of a place. There are all the things you need and more to make you feel right at home. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with fire pit. Hopefully this place is still open for our next trip to Jacksonville.

This place was great! So cute and quiet. It’s so close to the beach and highways so anywhere you want to go is just a quick drive. Mindi was very accommodating and helpful when I arrived, she thoroughly explained everything as well as gave us tips on where to go in the area. It was spotless and comfortable!

Our properties are extremely clean! We use an OZONE air purifier between each reservation. We provide brand new dish sponges, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap personal bottles! Whether you rent the Cottage or Bungalow, you have your space to yourself!

ACCESS:
Your rental will have a unique digital access code which we will activate upon your check-in. We will be onsite for new guests to make sure you are comfortable with the digital lock system and to show you around.

SECURITY:
The neighborhood is extremely quiet, just a mile from UNF and FSCJ college and filled with mostly small blue collar families and retirees. We live on the street and are close by for any questions or needs. If you need a special appliance, dish, or utensil, feel free to ask us, and we probably have it for you. We have an ADT video surveillance system on the outside of the property and your house has an ADT alarm system which you are welcome to use if you like, during your stay.

PARKING:
You will have the entire left side of the drive-way reserved for you to park, as well as, a guest parking pad on the street (whichever you prefer to use).

WIFI:
We will be providing you the WIFI Network and WIFI Password upon check in.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Your house is equipped with 3 smart TV's which have 250+ cable channels, web channels, as well as, access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime, YouTube TV, etc.

LAUNDRY:
There is a communal laundry room on-site with a new LG H/E washer and dryer, as well as, an iron and ironing board. (You also have an iron and ironing board in your house.)

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Your house has a whole-house water softener and dechlorination system. It has been completely NEWLY renovated and has a new AC/heat pump. There is a lovely backyard shaded by a giant Queen Palm, 100 year old Live Oak, and yard lined Crepe Myrtle trees. There is a fire pit, string lights, and Adirondack chairs!
