Can’t beat it

Beachfront property… on the beach in seconds... at Target in minutes. Can’t beat the location or the views. Great for families.

Perfect Beach House!

This house is perfect in every way that matters for a vacation; clean, bright, comfortable, and located right on the beach! The owners are super great hosts, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The only downside is that you will never want to leave…10/10, HIGHLY recommend!

Great family getaway

It was a great home for our family vacation. Location was perfect - steps from the beach, short drive to activities, and grocery store super close. Kitchen had everything promised and then some. Lots of board games for kids, and some kids books. Owners were nice and super responsive to any questions we had.

Easy like Sunday Mornin !

Living on the beach at this house was a vacation like no other ! The views from the top deck of the house having my coffee in the morning and a cocktail late afternoon were just perfect ! we loved the easy access to the beach, the jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable ! We loved keeping the door open to the master bedroom at night so we can hear the ocean as we fell asleep. Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend renting this house if you can !

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the absolute best time. The house was perfect, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was in our backyard and we enjoyed every moment of it every day. I hope you don’t mind but we added some beach fun to the beach storage room…just some beach blankets, noodles and skim boards:) Thank you for opening your home and I can not wait to come back!!

Great place right location

My wife and I stayed here for my 50th birthday. It was the perfect location right on the beach. We saw surfers and dolphins every morning. We were able to get to nag's Head and Kitty hawk quickly and without any problems. The property was clean, well kept and updated, and the communication with the owners. Kevin and Barbara were great. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great relaxing outer Banks, beach vacation

Amazing beachfront stay

What a wonderful property in an amazing location! We spent mornings sipping coffee on the deck while watching a pod of dolphins go by. Kids played so many board games they had at the house and even finished a puzzle. We took numerous beach walks and spent days hanging in the sand watching the kids skim board at the waters edge. It was great to be able to pop back up to the house for lunch and evening cocktails on the deck as kids soaked in the hot tub below. One night we walked the beach down to a restaurant for dinner, it was so nice to have everything so close. Owner was very responsive to my inquiries before the trip and the house was ready to go when we arrived so we didn’t need to reach out further. My husband was excited to find the TV had access to the playoff Celtics game. A perfect trip and we can’t wait to come back again.

Highly recommend

Everything in the listing is very accurate. Great location on the beach as well as in the outer banks. The owner was great about answering questions before as well as during the vacation. The only thing I’d change was having linens and supplies available. We had a bad experience with the linen rental place. It would’ve been great to get here and have everything set up - even if they charged more.

Fine but not Clean

The place and location was fine but we did not feel it was clean or picked up well after the people before us. We found many things in the house from previous renters that made us think it was not cleaned and decided to leave early as we had a child with us.

Great Location and Wonderful house!

We had never been to OBX before. We picked the right location and the right property. Centrally located and right on the beach. Go south and see the amazing dunes and beaches- go north and enjoy the boardwalk and quaint shops in duck or stay locally and be sure to visit the Wright Brothers Museum . When not busy , enjoy the reason why you came… the beach! Watching the dolphins at sunrise and through the day was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, super comfortable and clean but make sure to bring everything you need as the host states. Upper deck and living area could not have been more perfect. My only thought is that the OBX would be really BUSY in the summer and it might be hard to get around, but the beach here is so wonderful, why would you ever go anywhere else?!Thanks Kevin-we will be back! 😎

Great oceanfront home!

Comfortable home with amazing oceanfront views and access!! Lower level bedrooms and beds were comfortable, views from top level living area were incredible, and beach access was perfect and easy. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need. Multiple outside areas, hot tub, and beach chairs/equipment provided. The additional bathroom on lower level is small and accessible from second bedroom and kids room via not very private door. Also, you need to bring your own sheets and linens, which is not mentioned in the listing, so be aware of that. You can hear every step that people take on the upper level in the lower level sleeping area, something to be conscious of with younger kiddos. But overall great location and the beach access is right there! Inviting home with lots of amenities. Thanks for a great stay! Aloha Beaches!!! Our family is still saying this and will for years to come! 😂❤️

Fantastic location and awesome view of ocean from deck. Hot tub between house and ocean relaxing, great jets, easy to access and had sand wash right next to it. Spacious living space and kitchen on top floor with big dining table. Standard fridge and additional smaller fridge which was great for beverages. Owner may check-in easy. Photos and description accurately portray the place.

Perfect Location

The house was in a perfect location in OBX! Kevin was so responsive to any questions I had. The hot tub was well maintained and checked on while we were there. Easy access to the beach which made it great for evening walks. The Avalon Pier was in walking distance and a fun place to hang out.

Fantastic Outer Banks Vacation Spot

This house is in an amazing location with direct access to the beach, very comfortable, very clean. Communication with the owner was fantastic. No surprises, everything was as described. Our family loved the instant access to the beach, the hot tub right out the back door. Shopping was within walking distance. We will be coming back

Amazing hosts and a fantastic home!

We had a wonderful stay at Aloha Beaches! The house was perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were fantastic and responded promptly to all our messages, making the experience seamless from start to finish.We especially loved the hot tub, it was such a fun and relaxing bonus! The kids (and adults!) also enjoyed the great selection of board games and books. Another huge plus was the location as it’s right next to Target and just across the street from Wawa, which made everything super convenient.The house was also stocked with beach toys and other fun extras that were a big hit with the whole family. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and family friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

We purchased this home in 2019. Prior VRBO listing for this home is 584738 with years of great reviews! We take great pride in our home and think you will love it as much as we do. We have many repeat renters year after year.

We are oceanfront with direct ocean view from the home. You have your own private walkway to the beach. The property has great ocean views and is more spacious than many 3 bedrooms offered for rent. We are within a very short walking distance to Target/Starbucks.

Top floor has open floor plan concept with no partition walls except for the half bathroom. Great ocean views from both levels. Sit in the hot tub and listen to the waves breaking. Short walk to Jolly Roger, Awful Arthur's, Movie Theater, Supermarket, Subway, Little Caesars, as well as many others.
