BILLEDER KOMMER HURT! Hvad kan være bedre end at gå ud af bagdøren direkte på de sukkerhvide sandstrande i Navarre Beach? Det er en af de mange grunde til, at Pelican Jack's, et luksuriøst 5 soveværelse / 5. 5 badeværelser ved stranden, er den perfekte feriedestination. Balkoner på hver etage er det perfekte sted, hvor du kan nyde din morgenkaffe eller din favorit-cocktail.

Det 4200 kvadratmeter store hus sover 16. Hovedsoveværelset på øverste etage har 1 konge med et komplet privat bad, der inkluderer walk-in bruser og boblebad. Lige nede i gangen har det første gæst soveværelse 1 dronning med et komplet privat bad. Et par skridt væk er det andet gæst soveværelse med 1 dronning med privat bad. Det tredje gæst soveværelse har 1 dobbelt køjeseng, (øverste og nederste), med 1 dobbelt trille og 1 separat dobbeltseng og privat bad. Bare en etage nede er det største opholdsstue, hvor du finder det fjerde soveværelse med 1 dronning og fuldt privat bad. I stuen er der en stor, behagelig sovesofa med et gæstebad på 1/2 plads lige ved trappen. På det nederste niveau af hjemmet er en anden opholdsstue med 1 dronning sovesofa, privat bad, stort fladskærms-tv, vinkøler og minikøleskab.

I slutningen af en solopblødt dag på stranden er der underholdning for alle med fladskærms-tv i hele hjemmet. De fleste soveværelser har endda USB-stikkontakter til opladning af din elektronik uden at tage stikkontakter eller ure! Gourmetkøkkenet har en stor ø, bordplader af granit og apparater i rustfrit stål. Perfekt til madlavning af lækre måltider til hele familien! Spred kortene eller brætspil til en aften med familie sjov ved det store køkkenbord, eller tag en drink i den våde bar og gå udefra for at fyre op gasgrillen til eftermiddags- og aftenkager. Køkken, stue og spiseplads har alle uhindret udsigt over bugten gennem lofter til loft til gulv.

The property was beautiful. The view and access to the beach was perfect. The home was well stocked and clean. Very nice. The only downside was the roaches. There were several in the kitchen and living area. We notified the host and a maintenance man with spray came shortly afterwards. After that we saw less and less live ones and more and more dead ones. If they get the roaches eradicated this property will be a fabulous one indeed.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Created so many wonderful memories at Pelican Jacks. The house is beautiful and roomy. It has easy access to the beach which is also beautiful. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and location was wonderful! Pets allowed is a deal maker. Only complaint we had were the mattress. They need to be replaced ASAP. But, overall a 4!

Paradise on Navarre Beach

The 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms were great with our group of 11. The 2 balconies facing the ocean gave you places to read or nap with a lovely breeze. Lots of shells, gorgeous white sand & aqua waters to enjoy. Location is excellent! I liked having our own personal boardwalk to the beach. Good times!

There was everything and anything you could want for time with friends and family- well fitted kitchen for seafood feasts, games and puzzles for the rare rainy day, and an elevator when sightseeing had taken a toll. Management came to the rescue with batteries quickly. Johnny Houston’s served up a burger feast for the going away dinner. Looking forward to next year!

Relaxing break

We booked last minute hoping for some relaxing and healing time by the beach. We invited friends to join us for part of the time. We relaxed, spent much time on the porch mesmerized by the changing moods of the ocean. 3 en-suites allowed for privacy. Communication was easy and helpful. The house was immaculate and better than the pictures showed. Location could not have been better. We have already booked for next year!

PERFECT GETAWAY FOR LARGE FAMILY

Perfect location! Spent 5 nights at Thanksgiving with large family including 8 adults and grandchildren ages 1-9...tons of room, living area/dining/kitchen combo perfect size for our group. Private walkway to beach a plus!!! Love that there were 2 sets of washers/dryers, ice machine downstairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Only negative was that we thought $500+ cleaning fee was over the top! Also, elevator did not work although property manager sent somewhat out immediately..he couldn't fix it.

However there were a couple of maintenance issues . The no hot water in one shower was fixed promptly. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and not usable for our we had to wash dishes on vacation. No ideal.

Perfect fit for our family of 10

This house has pretty much everything you need for a week long stay. Appliances, utensils, cookware, flatware, etc were plentiful. As were bath towels, wash cloths in every bathroom. Extra blankets for the few of us that needed them at night. We did have to buy some kitchen dish cloths, Everything was in good working order. There are many nail heads popping up on all of the decking, tore off the tip of my grandsons toe & sliced a toe on another child. A couple steps have wood coming apart so we made sure to use only one side of the stairs outside...we are locals & understand how quickly wood rots from the salt water/air.. Mgmt was great & even let us check in early. Wish we could have stayed another week ;)

The wind whipped the water into whitecaps, all watchable from the dining table. On the good days, we watched dolphins party. The large house was great for all our visitors-lots of places to be together and apart. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were several seafood feasts served family style.This was our second year at Pelican Jack’s. We love the location. The house is perfectly situated to hear and see the ocean. The management company communicated well and reacted quickly. And yes, we booked again for next year!

Great Beach Front Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean and appeared as stated in the VRBO listing. Slight problem with the doors to the main deck sticking and not wanting to close.House is between two new builds both of which have splash pools on their decks. This can be awkward do to the proximity of all three decks.While this was not a problem for us, I would suggest you get the elevator key if you have mobility issues, this house is the house of stairs, so many stairs. Property management nicely took trash can to the curb on trash day and put it back by the garage.Do not depend on the grill. It was a disaster, had not been cleaned, possibly ever. Definitely would return, the beach was wide and not crowded. We also enjoyed tracking all the air traffic from the base.
