Vi er meget stolte af vores hjem i Montauk. Det klassiske stil helvedesild blev bygget for seks år siden med kærlighed og opmærksomhed for detaljer. Der er tre soveværelser, tre badeværelser og et hul på første niveau. Stuen, køkkenet, spisestuen, halvt bad og dæk er ovenpå med udsigt over treetop baldakin og havet. Huset ligger på en charmerende og rolig gade kaldet Fisher Place syd for Montauk-motorvejen, vest for Shadmoore State Park, mellem landsbyen og Ditch Plains. We had a lovely 4 day stay in Sept. The house was clean, comfortable . The bedrooms are all on the 1st floor, and the upstairs is open and airy. The grounds are well kept, love the 2 decks. We were in Montauk for a wedding and the church was 1/2 mile away, the venue Montauk Yacht Club. All just beautiful. Would definitely return. Thank you again Naomi!

Selfishly I'd like to keep this place to myself but that wouldn't be fair. We had a magical 10 days in this house and I can't say enough about it: waking up to deer on the street every morning, walking to shadmoor to see the sunrise, long days at the beach, cooking meals with unrivaled produce from the farm stands, staying here was heaven. It's such an oasis, tucked away but still a convenient walk to town or the beach. Naomi was solicitous, professional and communicative. I hope they will let us come back, because this is a very special house in a place we love.

The place was great and gorgeous! Accurate to pictures, close to town (about a 15 min walk). Can't articulate how gorgeous the light in the main living space is in the morning. Porches (plural) are also fantastic and you can hear the ocean from the front one. Great stay.

Amazing stay

Had a girls weekend and this rental was amazing! Amazing views and the home is even nicer in-person! Very close to town, the park, and the beach. Numi was very responsive and nice, and help ensure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Montauk Wedding

Stayed in this rental for a weekend wedding in Montauk. The home was spacious and comfortable for our group. Plenty of outdoor deck space and an open floor plan which was great for entertaining. I would love to rent this home every summer. It is much nicer than the photos show! 5 Stars all around.

Picture perfect weekend

You should have zero hesitation to book this incredible home. The location to town and the beach was so convenient for my family, but I think the views from the house were my favorite part. The open layout of upstairs and the various porches that wrap around the house make catching every ounce of sunshine a reality. Comfortable beds, kitchen full of all amenities, and an attentive host. No more to ask for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful beach home vibes

Beautiful home and great location with walking access to park on the bluffs and to town. Such good vibe and energy of the home. Great architecture and views. Flexible host with good communication to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, despite some hiccups on route with heating, which they fixed in a jiffy before we arrived thus avoiding any interruption. Good communication from the host. A+ experience I would repeat again.

Perfect weekend

First off Numi was so cooperative, helpful and easily contacted through the whole process. The house was neat and well kept, stocked with necessities and had the perfect amount of space for our family. It was in a great location. We walked to town every day and took the quick drive to the beach- because we had a lot to take with us. We especially loved all the upper decking on the house-perfect spot to unwind at end of day or have your morning cup of coffee. My one suggestion is more coffee cups. Might have missed it, but we only found one :) Thank you so much for everything! We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay in Montauk. The house is in a great location! Secluded yet walking distance to the beach, shadmoor, and town. The house was clean and as pictured in the photos. Naomi is responsive and accommodating..

Wonderful weekend getaway

Beautiful, well-appointed home for a family weekend with adult children. Open plan living quarters are upstairs in a light-filled lofted space with views all around including a deck for outdoor relaxing. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs afford plenty of room for privacy. Great location - easy walk to beach or town.

Great Location and Layout!

We had a great time in Montauk! The house in terms of location and layout was great and the owner was very easy to reach and accommodate any questions or concerns we had. There was enough room for my small family and in-laws. Bright and Sunny on the second floor and enough bedrooms and bathrooms on the first. We enjoyed having the state park right there to hike up the bluffs and walk along the trails. If I could, I would rate overall more like 4.5-4.8 because the house itself needs a bit of love due to general wear and tear. However, there was nothing that greatly impacted our stay and the owner was very willing to fix any issues we had while we were there (which we declined given they weren't a big deal to us). Overall we had a great time!

House with potential

We arrived to a freezing cold house. We spent the first 2 hours in our coats. It was not a warm welcome. The house could have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Dishes stuck to the open shelving in the kitchen. The furnishings, linens and curtains were all stained and very used looking. The curtains in the bedrooms do not even cover the windows. There is one panel where two are needed. A hanging chair in the den was on the floor and not usable. The coffee maker was ancient and leaked. The dishwasher is not anchored and falls forward when opened, dangerous. The toilet paper holder in one bathroom was hanging off the wall.There was dog poop on the lawn that had not been picked up. For $700 a night we expected more. The cleaning fee should be baked into the cost of the house and the cleaning service should be responsible for removing the trash. It was a bummer ending the visit having to go to the dump and pay additional fees on top of the $700 a night, $175 cleaning fee and $20 dump fee. This house could be great if the owners put a little love into it. New coffee maker, linens, curtains that fit the windows and a cleaning service that cares!

I am really shocked to read this review. We have been renting for years and have never received anything but 5 stars. You called me as soon as you got to the home and told me that the heat was not on. I answered immediately and was ready to send the plumber thinking that the heat was broken only to find out the thermostat needed to be turned up. I did apologize and you seemed to be ok. Other than that, I really don’t know what you are referring too. Montauk does not have trash service. Everyone goes to the dump to bring their trash. It’s a montauk thing. If you were unhappy when you arrived and wanted to leave we would have fully refunded you. Very disappointed to be reading this when we heard nothing from you beyond the initial communication of the cold house. We love that house and actually use it every chance we can.

AMAZING STAY

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and perfect for 3 couples. We were able to have fabulous dinners and enjoy the fire every night. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the trails is super convenient and the wrap around deck is beautiful. we are definitely interested in renting it again! Thank you so much! Most amazing Montauk house ive ever stayed in. Thank you!!!

Spacious yet cozy!

Great house, spacious and clean without clutter in a quiet setting with pretty elevated views and peekaboo ocean views from the top floor living spaces. Lots of windows and decks with eastern exposure for pretty sunrises plus an indoor fireplace. Comfortable couches in 2 adjacent seating areas and a large dining table fits 8 with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked as far as pot, pans, utensils and dishware. Bring extra paper goods (TP and paper towels) if you don’t want to shop. Plenty of extra bedding and cozy blankets. Really appreciated that each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom with a separate 1/2 bath upstairs in the common spaces. Plenty of room for 6 adults to be together or find some private space. Walking distance to town, the ocean and great hikes in Shadmoor. We had a minor heating issue that Naomi took care of immediately, she was always a phone call away.

Perfect.

Perfection!

Stayed as 2 families of 3 in February - my fav time in Montauk - been coming here for 25 years and this was our first house rental. The house is really just perfect - spacious and perfectly decorated! The fireplace, the privacy, the view, the comfort of the rooms - all perfection! Numi was so responsive to any questions we had. Wish I could stay there every weekend! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Great property and location

Stayed at Naomi’s beachhouse in mid September and had an amazing time. The seclusion of the property is special - the lack of artificial light allowed us to see every star in the sky at night - and the proximity to the beach and Shadmoor was perfect. Would stay again!
