Dette store enfamiliehus beliggende i Holmes Beach på Anna Maria Island er det perfekte sted at tilbringe din næste strandferie. Med 2 konge soveværelser og et stort 3. soveværelse med en queensize seng og en enkelt køjeseng er der masser af plads til alle. Dette hjem er netop blevet fuldstændigt malet og opdateret med nye møbler, belysning og indretning. Der er noget for enhver smag. V's i hvert soveværelse, en stor pool og spa, der får hele dagen sol, indvendig og skærm i veranda spisestue områder, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, bordtennisbord, cykler og strandudstyr alt hvad du skal gøre er at ankomme og lave magiske minder. Med næsten 2200 kvadratmeter boareal giver den åbne koncept første sal alle mulighed for at være sammen uden at føle sig overfyldt.
Dette nøglefri indgangshjem giver nem adgang og behøver ikke at bekymre dig om sene ankomster eller tidlige afganger, da der ikke er behov for at stoppe ved et kontor og hente eller aflevere nøglerne. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kickback Cabana, but there were several maintenance issues that were disappointing given the nightly rate.The primary bedroom closet has what appears to be water damage with visible mold. In the upstairs bunk room, the breaker repeatedly tripped, making it difficult to use the room consistently. The dryer had a damaged lint trap that was catching clothing and putting holes in our clothes. Rather than go without a dryer, we purchased a replacement lint trap ourselves so we could continue using it during our stay.The freezer handle came off the first time we opened it. Fortunately, we found an Allen wrench in the house and were able to tighten and repair it ourselves. The toilet in the downstairs half bath also would not flush properly because the chain inside the tank was too long, so we adjusted that as well.None of these issues individually ruined our vacation, and we did enjoy our trip overall. However, for the price of this property, I expected it to be better maintained and not require guests to make multiple repairs during their stay.

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four to enjoy and spread out. The pool was perfect and provided a good mix of sun and shade. Our kids loved the ping pong table and we enjoyed the short .2 mile walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas made it so that we could set up at the beach right away without additional trips to a surf shop. The weights were a nice surprise and allowed us to fit in our workouts. The communication was thorough and we had zero issues that required the host’s help. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen needs. Highly recommend.

Great location that served our needs!

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The home was clean, had cold a/c for the summer (100’s) heat, and nice living area!

We loved the house and pool area. We spent lots of time lounging by the pool and walking to beach!!

Awesome House!!

Great for family with teens. Super easy and accommodating. Excellent place to stay.... Well stocked with everything you need. Will only stay here in future AMI trips..!!Only thing that needs updating is the beach wagon has a flat.

Perfect for a family of all ages

The house was very open and large, plenty of space. We lived in the pool and on the beach, all week. I was super excited to see they had weights available so incould continue working out on my vacation. We had a great time and mybtoddlers begged not to leave.

Kickback Cabana did not disappoint!

First time visitors to AMI. House is in perfect location to the beach, city pier, and shopping. We spent each day at the beach and used the pool every night. House was clean, nicely furnished and appointed. Would stay again! Thank you.

House was great and just far enough away from the street and beach. All the extras that came along with the home were great. We donated 2 tubes for the beach for other people that stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay at Kickback Cabana!

This was our first long term rental, and we were very happy with this property and the management company, Beach Retreats. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of by management. The pool and spa were wonderful and it is just a short walk to the beach. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs in the house. Ground level is garage and entertainment area with a ping pong table. Main level is on second floor and all bedrooms are on third floor. Everything is decorated nicely and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this property.

Great home on Anna Maria Island

Beautifully decorated 3 level home with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the bikes in the garage & the walking distance to beach & bay. We also liked it’s location on the island. It wasn’t in the noisier, more congested part of the island. Hosts & Beach Retreats are very quick to get back to you to answer any questions & remedy any issues. We would highly recommend this rental & Anna Maria Island in general. It is a gorgeous area with great restaurants, shops, beaches & a cool island vibe.

Great for a family!

We loved this property. Plenty of room for our family. Large living room, kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms. It was exactly as photographed. The ping pong table and beach chairs/cooler/toys were an added bonus. The property management company was great to work with. They left us a little welcome gift. We had an issue with the pool heater and they tried to get it fixed for us on Christmas Eve! They provided a small discount for the trouble. We were very happy with our experience. We’d rent from this rental company again. This property was perfect for our group.

Comfortable Space

This house was a great find on AMI. It had everything we needed for a week away from home. The house was very clean, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and linens, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space was amazing! The covered porch was very comfortable and we ate all our meals there. The backyard felt like a tropical oasis, you can’t see the other houses at all. The pool was a great size for swimming and playing for our three kids (ages 14-6). The hot tub takes about 20 minutes to get up to temp. The only recommendation I have is to pack your beach chairs and sand toys. The pictures show some in the garage, but they were welled loved and not very usable. The beach is about 4 minute walk from the house and was never to busy where we couldn’t find a spot for the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here year after year.

Spa gave us a bit of a headache but otherwise very nice.

It is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. The house is essentially new. Very well equipped, short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, very nice outdoor areas. Only problem we had was with the spa. It is supposed to be a "hot tub", but it was the same temperature as the pool. When we tried to turn up the temp, it emptied the hot tub into the pool and refilled with cold water which them warmed, but not to hot tub temps. The manager was very nice, called for service, but the serviceman seemed to think the tub had a leak. That wasn't the problem. I think it is just complicated valving that required more information than was supplied.

this was one of my most unpleasant stays. the day of our arrival, i had to basically harass the booking company, for the entry code. luckily, we had a 7 hour drive there so waiting to get the code wasn’t that big of a deal but it should’ve been provided to me beforehand. i shouldn’t have had to ask them, especially on the day of our arrival. from the time i booked, i was the only one who initiated any and all forms of communication with Beach Retreats. anyway, the house is nice. it speaks for itself really. the problem is, the maintenance and upkeep is almost none existent. my boyfriend and i did a 7 night stay. after our 7hr car ride, we arrived at a dirty house. the whole house needs to be pressure washed. we were greeted by the lovely dead & alive bugs that line the perimeter of the garage and front door. there were greasy, red finger prints and residue on the wall. the fridge shelves were dirty. the couch was visibly dirty and had hair on it. the master bed and second bed in the second bedroom had hair on it. the chair in the master bedroom had literal dirt on it. the chairs outside had tiny pebbles all over them. the sunroom had a string bugs lining the whole space. the grill & grill utensils were FILTHY! upon entering the property, we immediately saw that there were cameras inside and outside the property & that should be blatantly told to guest but it was not. there was a SUV in the garage which we thought was weird. the kitchen is nice but the microwave and stove need to be updated. it takes a good 2-3 minutes for the microwave to fully heat your food. the dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine & dryer are updated and nice. the sunroom needs WORK. the screen needs to be replaced, there are holes in multiple spots. since there are holes in the screen, bugs EASILY fly in and out. there’s dirt, cobwebs, and debris in the corners (top and bottom) of the sunroom. there are bugs (dead and alive) that line the outside perimeter of the sunroom. when i asked for a new grill cleaner, it was dropped off with no prior notice. i was not notified until afterwards. i received a text saying that it was just dropped off at the grill. they just walked right onto the property, opened the gate and dropped the grill cleaner off. it was very invasive to me. to make matters worse, the person who dropped it off left the gate open. I WAS INSIDE THE HOUSE BY MYSELF, anyone could’ve walked onto the property and tried to get in since the gate was open.

Hi Brea I am sorry the property was not what you expected. At Beach Retreats we are proud of our communication with guests and can see in our system that you received and viewed the check-in email 3 days before your arrival which provided your personal access code as well as address and other pertinent information. We can also see the 5 other times that we communicated with you before your stay and when you opened those communications. I would like to say that there are no cameras at the property. want to make that incredibly clear, this property doesn't even have a ring doorbell and there is nothing in the house that even resembles a camera. It is true that we do live in Florida and with this property having such a large and lush outdoor area, bugs do tend to be around and sometimes the odd spider does make its way inside. The cleaning of the house we take seriously which is why when you were not pleased we wanted to come back and correct any issues right away. As you would not allow the cleaners back into the property we were not able to remedy the few issues that you reported which were much different than what you mentioned in your review. We were only able to see how the house was left upon your departure, which was with multiple stained and ruined towels and sheets left on the floor of the room, dirty dishes in the sink, and litter around the house.

We loved our stay at the Kickback Cabana. The house was clean & the air conditioner worked very well to keep the house cool on hot summer days. The beds were comfortable & the owners had extra’s like coffee filters, spices, shampoo & soap, beach chairs, & floats, if you don’t have your own or to make a super easy & relaxing get away (we always travel with ours). The backyard pool &spa area is like a tropical oasis & a great space to relax in the evenings after a long day at the beach. There is also a pool room & several beautiful patio’s for hanging out for meals & making memories with family & friends. The beach is a short 4 minute walk. There is also a small parking lot at the beach area to park a golf cart/car or your bikes if you prefer not to walk. The beach spot is perfect! Blue water, soft white sand & not too crowded, but enough entertainment if your kids want to make friends. The sunsets were spectacular every single night. Thanks for sharing this special space with us. We would definitely recommend this property to other visiting AMI.

Kickback Cabana Stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Kickback Cabana! It was perfect for us and our guests! The home was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked - with lots of "extras". The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. The pool was nice and warm...and the hot tub was awesome! Will definitely come back when we can...we were disappointed that it is already booked for next year! Thanks for a great home away from home!!

Lovely T’giving stay

Overall a wonderful stay with grandkids. Kitchen was well stocked - appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys! Would recommend a baby gate due to many stairs. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and fire pit! Overall a relaxing week at Kickback cottage!

We cannot say enough great things about this home, we would absolutely stay at the Caribbean surf again, we had a great time in the community, even the neighbors around the neighborhood were fantastic and very friendly, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, thank you all for all of your help too, you will see us again I hope sooner than later!🥳
