We had the BEST stay! Fourteen family members, three generations attending the LLWS in Williamsport. The property has wonderful quiet, large outdoor spaces. The pond was a favorite with the grandchildren swimming, playing on the beach and especially the paddle boat. The house is very spacious and very well-equipped including beach towels! Valerie, the host, was so accommodating; we cannot wait to return!

Amazing!

The view was extremely beautiful! We come from a big city and rarely get to spend time in an area where traffic is not heard from the living room. This property is huge and great for a morning or evening walk. We hope to enjoy the beach/pond another time, when it is warmer out.

Just wgat we are looking for

We stayed on short notice to check out this farm for a large family gathering. It is goi g to work perfectly, and we cand wait to get back. They had everything we will need, and the property is beautiful and peacful. The host is prompt with communication, and a very accommodating person.

Perfect getaway for our group

I stayed at this property for 2 nights with a group of friends (and their families). 14 people total. We absolutely loved the country setting with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including the pavilion and the pond. The kids loved swimming and paddling the boat! We also appreciated all the indoor space (multiple living rooms) with plenty of activities, like fusbol and board games. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Valerie, our host, was helpful and answered all our questions. We would definitely return!

Great place for a large group

We had a wonderful stay at 3 Ponds Farm. The accommodations are terrific with everything well stocked for a large group (towels, laundry, silverware, pots and pans, board games, grill). The kitchen and appliances were very usable and well configured. Several different small groups enjoyed walking the grounds and observing the plants and wildlife. Our host Valerie was friendly and very responsive whenever we reached out with questions or needs. We will definitely return when our need for a large space comes up again.

Wonderful place in the country

Three Ponds Farm had something of everyone in our family. The kids loved swimming, riding in the paddle boat and all of the open space to play soccer. The mini pool table kept the kids occupied when it was raining and they couldn't be outside. The adults enjoyed swimming, cooking over the campfire, bird watching and of course fishing. The large pond was perfect for fly fishing and we caught many bass and pan fish. Most of the bass were around ten inches and the largest was fifteen inches.

Three Ponds Farm was tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. Valerie and Tony (and even their manager, Brenda) were prompt in responding when I reached out to them. It was reassuring that they have a house phone at the farm-----our family's phone service (ATT) was essentially non-existent. Thankfully no emergencies. The swim pond was a huge hit, and family members were enjoying it several times a day!

Cousins Camp

My wife and I had our kids and grandkids stay for 4 days. (total of 17) This location had a great swiming area for kids with sand and slide into the water, lots of outside space to play and a beautiful setting. We went to Williamsport for a baseball game (30 minutes) and a frisebee golf course 5 minutes away. It was a little tight in the house and there wasn't a place we could all eat together but we knew this going into the week.

Absolutely amazing!

The property is phenomenal! Acres and acres of God's blessings! I've never been so relaxed on vacation as I was. And we all felt the same!!! Even the younger 20 somethings enjoyed the calm!! 6 bedrooms plus another room with po couch. And the hostess was amazing to boot! Had a welcome basket ready for us when we got there. She was on top of any questions we had. If you're looking for a place to re-boot yourself... this is the place! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! We will be back!!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Three Ponds Farm at 415 Beech Valley Road. This charming farmhouse had more than enough room for our whole family—about 20 of us in total. It was cozy, full of character, and perfect for a big group getaway.The farm is aptly named, thanks to its three ponds, which became the center of a lot of our fun. The kids had a blast fishing, swimming, and even enjoying a water slide into one of the ponds. We also had a classic hot dog roast near the pavilion, and the kids loved cooking marshmallows over the fire.One of the great perks was that it was only about half an hour away from the Little League World Series in Williamsport, which made it easy for us to catch some games. We also took a trip to Rose Valley Lake for a bit more fishing, sightseeing, and snail/shell hunting. In all, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect chance for some rest and relaxation with family. We’d definitely recommend Three Ponds Farm to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly getaway. (AI assisted)Seriously, wonderful, wonderful place. Hosts were great to work with. Very nice property and owners

We stayed 5 nights at the farm with four families of parents and kids. The kids loved swimming in the pond and we found the property clean and well appointed. We loved sitting under the pavillion while our kids played for hours on the little sandy beach. The outside space is a real highlight and the house has some rustic charm too. We had one or two minor issues along the way such as a plumbing problem, but the owners responded quickly and politely. They even helped us retrieve some items we left behind after our stay. There were one or two things that could have been better, such as extra fridge space, a working ice maker, decks and docks that weren't so likely to cause splinters, and a working water slide, but these were minor issues in the overall picture. We had a wonderful time there with our large group and overall I would recommend this property and these owners highly. I would absolutely consider a future stay, especially if these minor issues were improved. Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you so much for your kind words… We are so pleased that you found so much to fall in love with at Three Ponds Farm! We would be honored to host you again. We appreciate your good-natured accommodation of our serviceman under unexpected conditions, and are pleased that all was taken care of to your satisfaction. Regarding your highlighted opportunities for improvements and recommendations… I agree about the icemaker!! It’s a matter of drilling the wall/floor to run a new water line through to the ice maker and it will be set to go. Finding time between guests is the challenge. For now we have the ice trays, however a bag of ice in the ice bin will provide you with automatic dispensing. The weathered wood of the decks and docks (including the waterslide dock) remains forefront in our efforts with continued sanding and maintenance, and is slated for capital improvements once our calendar opens to allow enough time between guests to bring in a crew. As for the waterslide/dock, we want more than ever to open it back up again, but we take guest safety seriously, and until time allows for repair, we withhold its use until secured. We refrain from running electricity down to the water slide to pump water up, and are seeking the best options. (For years we did it the “old fashioned way” of forming a chain and handing a small cup or pale of water to the kid at the top!). We truly appreciate your insights, and take every recommendation to heart so we can enjoy hosting your family in the future! 😊

We had a great time as an extended family of 13! The pond was great for fishing, swimming, fishing, and “boating”. The kids had a blast!! We loved sitting around the fire pit at night and it was great for s’mores. The 8 kids, ages 9-13, played all kinds of outside games and hide-n-seek at night. There was plenty of space indoors with rooms that flowed into others making for a great atmosphere; no one felt like they were on top of each other. There are lots of spaces to play board games, which is a family favorite for us. We had a couple late night movie nights and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather in the family room. My favorite was the front-porch-sitting’…the rocking chairs were the best!! Our stay was absolutely wonderful & we hope to return!!!!

Family vacation

What a wonderful property! So much to do for our entire family and completely private, so no worries about kids making too much noise. We were entertained all day with swimming, boating, fishing and jungle gym. We prepared our meals and took them to the pavillion every day. So peaceful. Fires at night, and the stars! Spectacular! There's a fairly steep hill between the house and the ponds/pavillion area. We personally enjoyed it but may be difficult for some. We had perfect weather during our 8 days so not a moment of boredom. Only issue was we could've used another bathroom for our group of 17 but we made it work. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

The property was just what we expected and everyone loved the different Reception areas. The sunroom /dining room worked out wonderfully with plenty of seating and the living room was comfortable and everyone gravitated to it. The pavilion and the fire pit was a wonderful addition. We enjoyed watching and listening to the cows and the deer that visited most every day.

An amazing getaway!

The farm is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and it has something for everyone no matter the age. We had family from the ages of 1 to 66 and we all had a blast. The kids spent most of the time in the pond which has a slide and a floating dock to jump off. We stayed there last year as well and the owners have already made quite a few improvements just since last summer. I highly recommended picking this for your family vacation spot!

Wonderful farmhouse home

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we are hoping to return again next year. Valerie is always gracious and accommodating, the house is in great shape, and the grounds are perfect for a relaxing holiday get-together. There are lots of great trails for hiking nearby, but we could just spend all day at the farmhouse, swimming, grilling, and hanging out.

Great Experience!

Plenty of room to spread out. Clean and organized place. Very homey feeling. Great for our family time together.

Peaceful Retreat

The property was just as advertised - a peaceful retreat on the farm. Beautiful grounds.

The story of Three Ponds Farm started at an auction in the summer of 2006. It was love at first sight, and we committed ourselves to being faithful stewards of our piece of land. We have used the farm as a family retreat, with years of memories, love and laughter with all who join us! Nothing has made our hearts happier than to watch than to watch a parent teach their child learn how to bait a hook or catch their first fish! Or listening to the bullfrogs while toasting smores at night. We are committed to keeping the land, waters and soils as pristine as possible, and participate with our local farmer in beef-farming operations. The peace, restoration and recreation it brings to your being is immeasurable, and it is our heart's desire to share it with all who come near! We enjoy making friends, and hope to have you join us as we continue to write the story of Three Ponds Farm!

THE PERFECT GETAWAY WITH SOMETHING TO DO FOR ALL AGES AND GROUPS!! Welcome your mornings sipping on your favorite beverage with amazing country views from our fully-windowed sun porch, take in the outdoors from the back deck, or from one of the lazy rocking chairs on the front wrap around porch. Let the kids run free or watch them wade and swim with the family on our private sandy beach! Grab a pole and teach your kids how to bait a hook, and watch them light up with the first fish they catch! Stroll the pond on the paddle boat or row boat and get up close and personal to the lily pads and cattails.* Engage your surroundings with a stroll around the ponds, or explore our mountain stream and its ecosystems. Walk or bicycle the back country roads, and picnic at your private pavilion. Close the day snuggled around a campfire, toasting smores and hotdogs, listening to the chorus of bullfrogs and crickets. To make your experience special, we provide fishing poles and life preservers for our young guests. You'll also find extra blankets to keep cozy around a chilly evening's campfire. Introduce your children to what life was like when you were a kid; create memories and traditions that will last a lifetime!

When in season, you will find our blueberry groves, blackberry bushes, grapevines and pear trees bursting with fresh fruit to pick. You will also find wild raspberries, and fallen chestnuts from trees that you can harvest and roast just like in the old days!

We take strides to deliver authentic, tastefully appointed and family-friendly "Norman Rockwell" styling and rustic nostalgia. To make your experience even more special, for an extra fee, we can host hayrides and four-wheeler tours of the property! For that extra special attentiveness, we have prepared and served full bed-and-breakfast farm-style breakfasts for our guests, and have catered special events from the kitchen and grill. Additionally, we can even offer a variety of crafting classes on premise including "wine and design" classes, children's crafting, and more! Simply let us know what you're thinking and we will work with you to bring your creativity and special occasion to life!
