Enjoyed our stay. We were able to leave our bags a little before check in which was nice. Only complaint was the towels need to be replaced, was like drying off with cardboard.Walking distance to train station, but there are 2 large bridges you have to carry luggage up and down. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Gian was an incredibly kind and accommodating host, which made the experience even better. The home was comfortable and well located, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to everything we needed. One of the best amenities was having a washer and dryer, which was so convenient during our stay. I also loved that the area felt more residential than touristy. It gave us a more authentic and relaxed experience.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. We arrived on the Alilaguna and it was a short walk to the apartment and when we left thru Piazzale Roma, it was also a short walk. There were nearby restaurants and most attractions were less than 20 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Gian Maria gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and a gondola ride and was always very quick to respond. We really liked have a door code to enter instead of keys so everyone could come and go as they pleased. I would stay here again!
