Amazing Getaway with Incredible Host

My group and I could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property was the perfect size for us and the central location could not be beat. The host went above and beyond to communicate in a timely and hellful way.

Ladies weekend

Exemplary location, close to everything you need and the downtown shopping and restaurants are very close walking distance. The large wooded balcony and living room couch accommodated the whole group for hours of entertainment with the provided board games. Sleeping arrangements were bountiful and plenty of room for our group of ladies.

Great property and location

This was the perfect property for our group of 2 small families. Just enough space for 4 adults and 3 little kids. Location was excellent and Keith was super helpful with our questions and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Breckenridge Condo

Perfect location, close to everything; accommodations were absolutely beautiful, updated, and comfortable. The beds were amazing and owners thought of every little detail. Thank you for a great Christmas weekend.

Rustic and comfortable. Walk to everything!

Stayed here with our big kids (ages 17-25) and had such a nice trip. We explored Breck during the day, hung out in the condo and played games in the afternoon, then walked over to Main Street for dinner. Hot tubs were a short walk and super relaxing. Beds were all really comfortable and the condonhad everything we could possibly need!

Great Condo

Keith was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. The condo was plenty big for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids total). Five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and 8 minute walk to downtown (we didn't have to use our cars even 1 time during our stay). And we got to watch the Eagles utterly dominate the Chiefs in the Super Bowl!

Really GREAT location and GREAT heated pool and hot tub!!!

This 2 BR is perfect for 2 families or our family of 4 plus Grandma. Walk to downtown and the slopes in a few minutes. The hot tub and pool are a short walk around the corner and REALLY great! Super hot pool and hot tubs. The kids had a blast and it was relaxing. The owner is very reapinsive and helpful. Will rent again for sure. Amazing stay, wish this was my house! ❤️

Super convenient

This place was great. Much more space than the photos suggest, kitchen was well stocked, and we loved walking everywhere! Its such a pain to find a parking spot on Main street. Honestly you spend less time walking almost anywhere down main street than you would spend finding a parking spot. Definitely made it on our list of places we would stay at again (its a small list, so that says a lot about this place) Thanks again!

Summer Stay in Breckenridge

We had an amazing time. This condo was perfect for our family….clean and well stocked with all the basic needs. The owner was really great with communication and clear/easy check in/out instructions. My only constructive criticism would be to make it more obvious that the 3rd bedroom does not have a closing door…but rather a curtain. While the two bedrooms were enough for our crew, I might have been frustrated with more people if unable to utilize the 3rd room without noise.

Beautiful place, great location!

Keith was easy to work with and very responsive. We LOVED the layout of unit 105... everyone had their own private space. It's basically a 3 bedroom unit. 1 bedroom was a little small but private. We loved the location! We went for a hike and found ourselves at the ski lift within minutes... we will definitely stay here during ski season. It's a peaceful/quite area but so close to all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Mountainwood 105!!!

This place is amazing!

Do not miss this place! TWO Kings beds! A queen, 3 twins and a couch! It is impossible to find a nice place that has so many large beds! If that’s not enough you are sooooo close to everything! Literally a 5 min walk to main st and to peak nine. To get on the sleigh rides it was 10 minutes walk. Absolutely perfect location! Check in was also a breeze, and the place is beautiful and updated! Lots of games provided, a massive patio, a fire pit, even humidifiers! (Especially great for us Florida people!)Keith is the host and he was so good with communication. Plus he provided a very detailed binder of things to do and restaurants nearby! I absolutely recommend this place!

Fantastic Property Close to Downtown

We stayed at this condo over the Memorial weekend and had a blast. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 (though there is enough beds for plenty more!) and it was very clean and easy to access. The pool and hot tubs had just opened for the summer as well so that was an added bonus. There were pool towels in the unit for us to use and the kitchen was well stocked for the few times we ate in. The complex is just a short walk to the south end of mainstreet in Breck so it was super easy to get around. Only complaint I had was that there were two check-in emails and both of them had different access codes to the complex and pool, so we had a challenge at first figuring out which one was accurate. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks Keith and Kira!

Perfect location for a summer trip to Breck!

Condo was perfectly located for our family of four, with all the amenities we needed. The pool and hot tubs were close by and clean. The view from the very large patio was peaceful and shady. And right down the hill was Main Street Station, perfect for food and shopping! Our kids loved the large space and bunk beds, and they weren’t on top of one another the whole trip, which made us all happier! We were able to cook a few meals and play some of the fun games the hosts provided, which was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring the town. The hosts were communicative and quick to handle any issues that arose. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay here, beautifully upgraded. The only complaint I had was the garage code, building code and pool code didn't work. Our room code was fine. I would for sure stay at this condo again.

Perfect for a skiing family!!!

Great place for a multi family skiing Spring Break!!! Plenty of hooks everywhere to hang all your things. Benches for putting on/off ski boots! Short downhill walk to Maggie’s Pond and access to Quicksilver. Under bed drawers in the guest room were a nice touch. Lots of couch space for an a pre ski snooze. We Loves it.

Fantastic & Super close to the lift!

Worked great for us, and we had room for twice as many people as we came with, maybe next year! Great layout, great location, great hosts... we had a great time. All I really care about on a ski trip is being close to lift. This place was within 5 minutes and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable after a long day. Well appointed and clean. Good stuff. Breck is great!

Great place for family ski trip

The property was perfect for my family of 4 grandparents and we had extra beds even after that. The kitchen was well stocked with k-cups. Hot tub and pool area was nice, and just a short walk down a path to get to it. There are heated locker rooms at the pool so you can change for your walk back. Ski locker was great and perfect for getting all the ski stuff secured and out of the way. Peak 9 (which is the peak you can walk to from this place) is great for learning areas for the kids and really fun green slopes for beginner riders. There is a decent hill you have to climb to get back up to the condo from the slopes, so keep that in mind if planning to trek up with kids and all their gear. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We would love to come back to this condo again.

Everything I Thought It Would Be

Excellent property and a great place for a ski getaway. Very practical kitchen and living room setup. Kitchen was well stocked. There was just a short walk to lodge. You are also a couple of minutes from town and really no need to drive anywhere.

Great property and wonderful location

This was a ski race weekend for my daughter and her friend at Breckenridge. It was a great location and great amenities. It is a great property for three adults and three children. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a bunch of extras (e.g., spices, syrup, vinegar etc.). The ski locker is very helpful. The underground parking *barely* fit our Expedition but we made it in. The pool is only open from 12pm-8pm. The open bedroom was very hot but the other two bedrooms were very cold. The outdoor deck/patio looks like a wonderful outdoor space for summer months.

Hi, Keith and Kira here. We purchased this gem to enjoy with our 2 boys Karson (7) and Kameron (5). We have stayed here on many occasions with friends and their kids and what we enjoy most is that when we get here, we walk everywhere. Not using the car makes it feel like a vacation to us.
We sincerely enjoy all the mtn activities Breckenridge has to offer. We live roughly 60 minutes away in Golden, CO and are thankful and honored you have or are considering to stay within our vacation home.

What's really unique about this condo is that is has 3 separate sleeping areas but due to HOA rules, I am not able to market it as a 3 bedroom. What else is unique is the extra large patio space and its stylish character.
