Excellent Stay

Todd is so helpful and quickly responds. His home has all the necessities and more than other VRBO properties in the area. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, beach, and watch the gorgeous sunsets! The labia was under construction but Todd shared this in advance and even though it was noisy during the day we didn’t have any issues. I hope we can return and stay at Todd’s place soon.

Two nights at end of long trip

Great location with very convenient parking and view of ocean and Friday fireworks. Close to elevators. Go to Pau Hana for Hawaiian music and Hula if they have it. Really a nice condo. Had everything you could want.

This is a very nice condo, great location and great view over the ocean. Manager, Thomas, is very easy to reach and very accommodating.

Great View

The view from this condo was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous views from the window and the sliding glass door. The location was nice too because you could walk to nearby restaurants, head over to the Hilton Hawaii Village, or go to the beach; all within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable too.

Million dollar view

The place is clean, beautiful and the view is unbeatable! Location is also convenient. Beach, grocery store and shopping are all within walking distance. Thomas is very accommodating on our requests, easy to talk to and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Overall, wonderful stay for family

We as a family of four stayed very comfortable here but my kids are both under 10, it might be little tight for family with older kiddos as there aren’t much free space left once sofa bed is set. Unit has everything you would need on a family trip, nice kitchen, washer/dryer and parking was nice. Only negative comment is for building itself, very thin walls so we could hear neighbors talking on the other side of wall over the head of bed very loudly, also everything people above us were doing,, such as pulling chairs and walking

The lanai was under construction and had been since 5/13; we checked in 6/10. There was ample time to contact us to let us know that this very important part of the condo could not be used. That was not communicated to us. Todd did respond immediately about this saying he thought they were done with this unit; the warning posted in condo shows that all the work on the stack of lanais must be completed before any could be used (see attached photo). We had workers jack hammering outside the glass doors. Even when they weren’t working directly on this unit, the noise reverberated through the entire building. When all the construction is done this will be a very nice rental but we would have made other arrangements if we had been told of this on going construction.

Great location, Parking a Plus, Easy access to the Elevator and unit

My wife and I loved the unit. The photos are exactly what is described and views are incredible. Enjoyed the fireworks on Friday. There are probably 10 restaurants within walking distance. But I need to mention the Chart House, Pizza restaurant and Red Lobster on the ground floor in the building. Good food at all 3. But check out the pizza restaurant. We had one problem with the shower curtain. Called in the morning and by noontime it was fixed. 5 stars all around. We will return.

Great condo, but needs work

The condo and location were great. We were very unhappy with the AC in the unit. There is a definite problem. If you don’t mind sleeping without any covers and still sweating, then it’s fine. It would only cool temporarily and then we would wake to the thermostat at 85! Property owner came out the first day but didn’t really seem to think there was an issue. The AC is our only complaint, otherwise this would have been a perf

Condo matched ad pictures down to the telescope. Ad did not mention the sliding divider between bedroom and living room. The divider is a great idea! No directions for anything..where to dump garbage...how to leave condo at end of stay (strip bed? start a load of towels..what to do with left-overs such as unopened pop, juice, etc.) Unclear about maid service...reservations mentioned maid service schedules could not be changed, but never had any service during stay. t-paper ran low & had to buy our own. Had a lot of jokes about the bidet..none of the ladies had ever tried or even seen one! The above are not gripes or complaints, just some things to think about just to improve on an excellent condo. Overall it is a great condo!!! Mahalo!

Not what we expected. Definately not Oceanfront.

The unit was just ok. It is an older unit that has just a few upgrades. What we liked: * The View * The kitchen was well stocked *The pushpad entry lock *No extra charge for parking *The Friday Fireworks show next door *Big Shower (just don't use both shower heads at the same time) *In-Unit Washer & Dryer (however the dryer takes 2 hours to dry a single load) *The Bed was comfortable. What we didn't like: *There is NO pool and the access to a beach is quite a walk with all the "stuff" *The ad says "Oceanfront" but it is not, it is just above the Boat Dock, and as just mentioned it is quite a ways to the Ocean *The bathroom counter is VERY small *You can't watch the TV from the Bed *The 2 elevators are extremely slow *The AC is either on or off, there is NO thermostat *The Balcony is VERY small, just barley room for the 2 chairs. The Owner was responsive and easy to contact when needed and was informative to us as well. We were just expecting more than this unit gave, especially since the pic's make it look like it is fully upgraded but it definately shows its age in some areas. If you don't care about accessing the Beach/Ocean and are looking for more of a Studio Apartment than a Resort Condo, this may be ok.

Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beautiful view and convenient location! The building itself is quiet and very safe.Modern kitchen and accessible bathroom. It was so nice having a water dispenser & ice maker in the fridge!King bed was very comfortable, pull-out bed was a typical pull-out -- teenager didn't complain. We appreciated that it was already made up into a bed when we arrived. On-site parking garage is spacious and convenient -- much appreciated in Honolulu where parking can be very difficult. Owner reimbursed the parking fees and quickly responded to questions.We really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Firt the owners had great communication. We were frustrated that the balcony was closed due to renovations and the window was quite dirty obstructing the view. There was also very loud construction going on in the unit above. Nothing our owners could control but something we would have liked to know about before hand. We would not have stayed knowing this, but the owners did what they could to make it up to us and even offered to let us leave with a partial refund. Otherwise the location is great and just minutes from being in the water or lagoon. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed and enough space for our family of 4. We recommend you bring your own snorkel mask and shoes to walk on the rocks in the water at waikiki at low tide. Overall had we had access to the balcony to see the fireworks a little better and a chance to enjoy the scenery a little clearer we would have given 5 stars.

We had an amazing stay at this place in Honolulu! The apartment was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach with a stunning ocean view right from the unit. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!
