En vidunderlig villa på sandstranden Dilisso kun 10 minutter væk fra byen Stira med dejlige taverner, barer, cafeterier og havnen. Dilisso er kun 1 time og 30 minutter fra Athen Lufthavn.
Villa Athena tog navn fra Athena inspirationsgudinden, kunst og håndværk; det er derfor, det har forskellige kunstneriske træk.
Villaen på 5 forskellige niveauer har 6 soveværelser 3 med eget badeværelse (et med pejs), 2 ekstra badeværelser, 2 fuldt udstyrede køkkener, 2 stue / spisestue, 2 flere ildsteder og en grill.
Det er lige på stranden perfekt til familier og børn.

Fabulous place!

The house is fabulous - charming and quirky and very comfortable. Lots of different places to gather, both inside and out. Right on the ocean, perfect for beach walking and swimming. Host is extremely responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Idyllic - the best holiday ever

A stunning place to stay with dreamlike views from the villa and beach especially in the afternoon and evening. Far better than expected - and made more so by the generosity and kindness of Pepy as host. We will never forget our family holiday here with our 3 grownup daughters - such a precious time to be together.

Perfect house for a relaxing vacation

This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house in the future. It’s a rare find.

25 yeah wedding anniversary

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Greece with some friends and family and this house was perfect for us. The house is beautiful and very spacious, but the outdoor space is amazing: with beautiful gardens and breathing views of the sea . The city of Nea Styra is very close and nice and the people’s are very welcoming and friendly. Having access to the beach from the back of the house was a blast as we loved swimming in the amazing waters of the sea. I would love to come back and have even a longer stay as 10 days weren’t enough… time flies fast when you are in Paradise

Lovely stay in a great house and area

We stayed in Peppy Villa with ten people and just had the best time. The house had everything you need for a comfortable space, not only the equipment but also the surroundings of the Villa were perfect. There was plenty of room, the house was nicely furnished and decorated and the outside are with direct access to the beach was beautiful. Peppy was always reachable and answered promptly if we had any questions. The booking process was easy and Peppy provided us with all the details we needed. The beach was a lovely spot with sand and chairs and you could do nice walks nearby. There is a lovely village within 10min by car where you find restaurants and shops. We as a group can totally recommend the place and Peppys service. It was a beautiful stay and made our summer holidays unforgettable. Thank you so much, Peppy!

Beautiful place but hard to find and poor communication

The house is beautiful and great location directly on the beach. We were an extended family of all ages and found the different levels and many meeting spaces great for hanging out in small groups. The landlord was accommodating regarding our arrival but we had great difficulty in finding the house and weren’t given a correct pin. She gave us a great welcome and even a bottle of wine but we didn’t get any answer on our request about games which we had read in a previous review would be available, and we felt disrespected when the staff started to prepare for the next guest when we were halfway through our stay. For example one day we had just come down to the beach after lunch when some workers told us we had to leave as they were putting up a shade. We retracted to a sun deck in the garden only to be removed from there as well. Only after many hours we dared to go outside again but didn’t feel comfortable moving back the sun chairs we had used on the beach. Another example was that we had agreed to check out at 11am which was already an hour earlier than we wanted to leave but before 10.00 the cleaning staff told us we had to move out since they needed to start cleaning.

I am afraid that this is the pin that Google map has as it is a village and the streets are not as in the city. In regards to the games I really don’t understand what do you mean. As for the beach I asked the staff to put you an extra shade. And for the check out we agreed for you to stay the whole day at the beach as we had a check in and the cleaning lady only told you to keep a room and a bathroom so that she can clean the rear of the house. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused

Super großes Haus mit Direktem Zugang zu tollem Strand

Die letzten 4 Minuten der Anfahrt sind etwas spannend, aber die Lage ist einmalig, Das Haus + Garten sind riesig und selbst zu 12. mit Kindern gibts viele Ausweichmöglichkeiten und genug Bäder und auch 2 Kühlschränke. Anbindung nach Athen via Auto-Fähre aus der Nachbarortschaft bzw. Via Brücke sind etwa gleich schnell & preisgleich. Super Erfahrung - definitiv eine Empfehlung

very nice location and big house

we had a great family stay at the place. And despite challenging conditions for themselves during teh heavy rainfalls, the owner helped us out right away. The house itself is great with direct access to a beach pretty much for yourself. thanks a lot!

A charming house on the beach.

It was much easier than expected to reach the property. The whole place is charming, well mentained and has all the ammenities to feel comfortable. We highly appreciated having the option to call a handy-man (thank you Ahmed) whenever we needed. The beach is right in front of you, clean and quiet. A 10 minutes drive will get you to Nea Styra where you can do all your shoppings or enjoy a nice dinner in one of it’s tavernas. A big, warm thank you to our gentle and welcoming host, who made all these possible!

Amazing house right on the beach

This house is absolutely great! Very spacious and plenty of room. The yard is huge and the views are unbeatable! Peppy, our host was fantastic! Every question we had was answered very promptly. One remark I would make it would be the location, it is absolutely great and not so great at the same time. What I mean is that you’d definitely need a car to go anywhere as it’s pretty far from the town, but that also makes it very private and isolated which we really enjoyed. We were 10 adults and a 6 yeah old and we had plenty of space to gather together. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it for big families.

We were 3 families and had a terrific stay! The location is just amazing and the house is ideal for a large group. All kind of requests or problems were resolved immediately by Peppy. We will definitely come back! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Belle maison directement sur la plage

Nous avons passé 2semaines en août avec la famille ,12 personnes,dans cette belle maison où chacun a trouvé très facilement sa place. Magnifiques vues,très grand jardin directement sur une plage très peu fréquentée et idéale pour des enfants. Peppy nous à trouver une charmante cuisinière qui a beaucoup facilité notre séjour. V Tout le monde a été enchanté et nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Perfect Wedding Setting and Amazing Place to Stay

Villa Athena is a truly unique and special place where my husband and I got married! The villa itself has been designed by an artist and it shows in all of the beautiful details throughout. It is full of character and rustic charm and the photos don’t do justice to the enormity of the space inside. All of the rooms have individual themes and lots of the rooms have views out to the sea. The space within the villa is endless and can comfortably house large groups, with two kitchen areas and two lounge areas on separate floors which was ideal for us as we were accommodating two families for the wedding. Peppy has been fantastic. Of course planning a wedding abroad has it’s challenges and while organising from the UK Peppy offered great support throughout. On the day of the wedding and the lead up she went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect and we cannot thank her enough! The outside space is great and was perfect for our wedding setting. The garden area is huge and there are lots of different spaces to enjoy, from the BBQ and dining area in the garden, to the sunbathing space and an upstairs veranda with additional dining table. Although there is no pool the garden leads directly to the beach area which is great and very quiet and the sea is lovely to swim in. The location of the villa is also great, a ten minute drive from the town with lots of restaurants, shops etc. In summary the place is amazing and Peppy is a fantastic host, we will definitely be returning.

Amazing place to spend vacation with family and relax

First impression - house/property looks much, much better in person - than on VRBO posting pictures. Huge house, large property easily fits 16 people with all daily demands. Very well maintained and equipped, nicely decorated with attention to details. Beautiful views.Two kitchens worked great for full house. Large BBQ area fits 20 people. Two external showers to wash out send. Lot of parking space too. Yard is well maintained, with two covered decks located basically on the beach, and hammock between olive trees. House is pretty much ON the beach, and kids were circulating in and out all day long. We had beach for ourselves whole 2 weeks. Owners were kind and accommodating, accessible on the cell/text. Wifi was occasionally unreliable, but we didn't care much. As another guest pointed out - last 300m to the home are not easy drive but I'd pick bad access over busy beach any day. Nea Styra (10 min drive) offers good options for grocery shopping and eating out as well. If you want privacy and size to fit large family/group - this is the perfect place.

Great secluded beach and fantastic house

Overall house is amazing and very spacious...Host is extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay...only watch-out is that you will definitely need a rental car for this location as the nearest grocery store is ~10 mins away so make sure you get one and one with a bit of a ground clearance as the last ~100m of the road to the house is a bit rocky... overall a great and relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience

Great location for those who seek peaceful "on the beach" holiday. The villa is large with lots of privacy for everyone and uniquely designed. Together with the welcoming hospitality makes it all a perfect holiday.
