Great place to stay for families and has kitchen. One block away from beach in quiet end of Waikiki. The upgraded pool & spa is so good! Loved mostly everything about this place except the beds were quite hard for us :( the pull out couch was too hard also for my son he ended up just sleeping on the couch or ground, and the shower / bath is quite hard to get into other than that a great place to stay!

Aside from the fact that the pool is currently closed at this the facility until the summer of 2025, this was an absolutely amazing stay! We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I’ve never stayed in a condo this nice. The view was incredible. The accommodations were very up-to-date. We eat really love the Toto bidet! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Banyan VRBO. The location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We were happy that the unit came with parking as this was important to us. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the partial ocean view. Only downside was the bathtub/shower. It was very high to get into/out of and the grab bars were on the wrong side of the shower to use (next to the toilet). The towel bar next to the tub was broken/missing but this was actually probably good since it would have been in the way of getting into the shower.

The place was very clean, one of the rollaway doors to the bedroom wasn't on its track. We were overall happy with the place. Umbrella, lawn chairs, and beach towels were available for our use. The walk to the beach was short. We had a decent view of the surrounding area. My son was happy with his queen size sofa bed. The host got in contact with us before we got there. We enjoyed our vacation.

After previously staying at the Waikiki Banyan building before, I already knew that the location of this building couldn’t be more convenient. It is within a short walking distance of all of the best that Waikīkī has to offer (including the beach of course.) If you plan to explore Oʻahu and have a vehicle, free parking is a massive privilege included with this rental. The parking garage is large, easy to find a space, and you can take the elevator directly to your floor from the parking garage. This unit had everything my family needed for a wonderful stay. It was very clean and well stocked, and having a laundry area on the same floor is very convenient. The cafe in the lobby of the building makes a wonderful macadamia nut (or ube, if it’s in season) iced latte. The rental process was very easy— I even needed to extend my initial booking by an extra day, thankfully the unit was available, and it was an stress-free experience thanks to the host. I highly recommend this rental to anybody who is looking for a perfect, comfortable place to stay in the heart of Waikīkī!

Great location, each check in, great manager, great communication, had a blast! You mostly stay at the hotel to sleep. So many things to do there. Highly recommend it

A good choice.

Condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Really nice view. Lots of things to do and places to eat within an easy walk. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean and easy to use.Although it's a minor thing, some of the towels provided were dirty and unusable.

Nice place, would stay again

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Great location near (10 min walk) the beach in a quieter area but easy walking distance to all the fun things Waikiki has to offer. The beach chairs and kitchen made our stay more pleasant. Nice expansive view over the pool deck and ocean. Host staff helpful on check-in and checkout.

Wonderful Rental

Perfect all-around rental for the purpose of our stay. Beach and any essential area within walking distance. Landlord very accommodating, kind, and easy to reach. You will not regret staying here.

Graduation Stay

My stay was great, property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had, location was just at the end of Waikiki and was easily accessible. Only downside but not the fault of the property management, the elevators were super slow and we spent a good amount of time waiting to go up or down. Overall amazing stay.

Family friendly

Great location, responsive staff. Clean room with comfortable sheets and bed! would definitely recommend especially if staying with younger kids (we had a 2 and 3 y/o). Also helpful was the same floor washer/dryer unit. Thanks for a great stay!

Hawaii 2024

The condo was amazing with the views and how close it was to the beach. Also the one spot parking was key and helped us explore the island without having to worry about finding a place to park. Beyon the property manager was great and so responsive.

Nice Room all works

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I meet the attendant in person and he gave us a tour around the room that was nice.
