The property was beautiful, spacious, and private. We were a close drive to lots of small towns, grocery stores, beach towns, and we were in close proximity for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Cinque Terre. The home was lovely, kitchen well stocked, communication with the team and owner was great. The management company helped us to research a few camps for our eldest daughter and also find a great babysitter for a few nights as well. The team for the house was also wonderful. A landscaper/everthing outside guy and a cleaning service everyday, which was a definite bonus. We would recommend this home.

Our stay was amazing. The villa was beautiful, incredibly spacious and stunningly decorated. Functionally it had everything we needed. We could spend all day in the spacious and beautiful garden but alas we did need to explore Tuscany as well ( so close to Florence, Lucca and Pisa.) A big thanks to Marco, Jack , Monica, Fiorella and Elena for making our anniversary so special including the 25 roses upon our arrival. Until next time

Tuscan Family Getaway

Our family of 6 stayed at Relais Lalla in June of 2023. It is a beautiful, well maintained property with caretaker and housekeeper that visit daily. The grounds and gardens are lush, creating a relaxing outdoor atmosphere. The decor of the villa is luxurious, but comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and came stocked with necessities for breakfast and snacks. There are room air conditioners in the 3 large bedrooms, but none in the small, single bedroom. This was a bit uncomfortable (we ended up buying a small fan). The basement has a fitness center, pool table and nice bathroom with a shower. There is a slight mildew smell, but our 20-somethings loved hanging out down there. Our host's brother met us for check-in, as the host was on vacation, along with the housekeeper and gardener. Only our host spoke English, but we managed to communicate well. The house is safe - there is an alarm system (which we had some confusion with as the gardener has access as well. It was hard to tell if it was on or off). The pool is fantastic! We swam everyday and relaxed on the patio. There are great restaurants close-by and a nice grocery store in town. We did day trips to Lucca, Florence and Cinque Terre. We had dinner in Pietrasanta the last night. It's a very cool, artsy town with great food, shopping and beach clubs. We would like to explore this more when we come back. Our in-home cooking class was a high-light. I highly recommend this villa and this area.

Een oase van klasse en rust

Geweldig huis ,veel ruimte,heerlijke airco in de slaapkamers en een top zwembad! De foto s doen niet eens recht aan deze villa het is nog groter en mooier! De aankleding is prachtig,veel kunst en letterlijk van alle gemakken voorzien incl alle basis benodigdheden in de keuken en een geweldig welkomstpakket! Echt een 10!

Perfection

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfectly appointed and we had a housekeeper there every day. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, our favorite thing about the property was the outdoor pizza oven!

Dream Come True - Perfection

Such a beautiful home. Craftsmanship is amazing, furnishings are a work of art. We could not have been more pleased with the home and staff. The only difficult thing was leaving. We hope to return some day and for a much longer stay.
