Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful waterfront location, and we sincerely apologize that the condition of the property did not meet your expectations. We’re especially sorry about the pool condition upon arrival and the disruption this caused during your stay. We understand how disappointing that must have been, particularly since the pool was an important part of your decision to book the property. We also regret that the musty odor and maintenance issues affected your overall experience. We appreciate you recognizing our efforts to respond and address the issues during your stay. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are taking these concerns seriously as we work to improve the property and ensure it is properly maintained and ready for future guests.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you liked the house and found the location to be great, but we’re truly sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. A green pool and the difficulties you had with check-in are certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the pool condition and the access issues with the entry code and key box. This feedback is taken very seriously, and we are addressing these items to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience going forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your stay and the opportunity to improve.
