This place is nicely located to the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants too. Pet friendly. Little bit older property. For the most part was clean except the carpet and furniture. Host posted check information promptly and responded when left.

Great location in a cute neighborhood, especially if you want to take your dog to the beach. Parking is tricky but not impossible. The house was clean and very well stocked with linens, etc. I would definitely come back!

Had a great stay. We were there for the DayTrip festival. Place was immaculate. Area was safe and quiet. Parking sux, but, that isn't the hosts fault. It's just a dumb Long Beach thing. Lol I recommend them. Place is literally a block from the ocean and dog park. Thanks again!

Very cozy house and bigger than the pictures show. Full equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals, very well located, just a short walk to the beach or the second street where you can find all kind of restaurants and coffee shops. There was plenty of towels and fresh linen in the apartment. Everything was super clean and neat. Do yourself a favor and stay here in your next vacation. The area is very quiet, and the people is very friendly. All and all a great laid-back vacation by the ocean.

This was a great location, perfect for a vacation with our children and dog. This is a block from the beach which gets you to both dog and non dog beach access. It is also close to many great places to eat, everything easy walking distance. I was nervous about the parking due to the holiday weekend but honestly was not an issue, we were able to come and go and needed, just required some longer walks at times, but all within reason. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the cooking items and serving items for making as our meals as needed. Not usually something I care about but the TV was great for the world cup games! We had a issue right as we arrived but as others mentioned, the neighbors next door are super friendly and helpful, resolved issue quickly so we were fine the rest of our stay.

I have rented many times through this platform but we had issues from the time we checked in, that were significant enough that we had to reach out to customer care to try and handle the situation. For the four days we were there, neither customer care, nor I, were able to get in touch with the host to resolve the problem. She was completely unresponsive. We were unable to switch to a different property because we were in town for a popular local event and everything was sold out. We had issues with the air conditioner which blew the circuit breaker causing us to lose power. It was very hot in the area at this time, and one of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised having air-conditioning. What we were not informed of until we checked in, was that there was a known problem with the air conditioner, and the host warned us that we could not run both portable air conditioners without blowing a circuit breaker and losing power. But one air conditioner was not adequate enough to keep the unit cool. It just made the stay very uncomfortable. Furthermore the pictures of the unit are deceiving as it is a lot more run-down than it appears in pictures. The unit definitely needs an upgrade. The smoke alarm went off twice in the middle of the night on two separate nights while we were sleeping for unknown reasons, and the tenants above us would make loud noises that traveled through the ceiling. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay.

Short walk to everything including eating, shopping and the Dog Beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Tracey checked in to make sure we have everything we needed. Parking is tough, but not horrible meaning we were within a block or two of the property. Thanks!

You can’t beat the location, which really is the reason to stay here. The living room furniture is a bit outdated and the bedroom is a little tight, but honestly…you’ll be there so little of the time, this place is just fine. Communication to check in was perfect, but I never heard from the host again…even after asking a couple of questions and sending a message about departure. I guess that didn’t really matter as we didn’t have any real critical issue. Hoping they are ok. A few blocks to the beach…a few blocks to 2nd street. (Restaurants, bars) Love staying in Belmont Shore!!
