Beds are very comfortable. Towels are soft and fluffy. Kitchen is well stocked but we did not cook anything other than toast and microwaved food. Very pleasant stay and the views are very nice. It is upstairs. So if you have heavy bags or bad knees, think about a ground floor unit. The second bedroom glass shower partition on the tub moves if you touch it. It is best not to touch it or rely on it for support getting into or out of the tub. Great place for 2 couples.

Modern condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again! Place was spotless, modern and well stocked. Lots of space for our family of 4. Beds were comfy. A/C worked really well. Washer/dryer were pretty much brand new! Management was very professional and informative. The only negative is there is no shade/blind on the front door so you can see inside. Otherwise fantastic stay!

Wonderful place! We loved our stay here. It was clean, spacious, and very close to beaches (a few walking distance, and several driving within 15 minutes) Home was stocked well, very comfortable beds/bedding, and included a washer/dryer. Easy communication with host. Would stay here again and recommend to all!

Beyond expectations!

This is the nicest and most comfortable hawaiian vacation rental I've stayed at. My family of 4 were very comfortable during our week long stay. I can confidently say that we'd love to stay again if we make it back to kauai! Extra beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards were a major plus!

Princeville Paradise at Emmalani Court

Well-appointed condo in great Princeville location...close to grocery, shopping, beaches. The layout was open and functional, loved the double beds in the second room for 2 teens. Kitchen had everything you needed, nice showers in both bathrooms, and, most important, the AC was great to have. Would definitely rent here again!

PERFECTION

Not only was the location wonderful, but the apartment was absolutely immaculate. We went for a family reunion (6 families all staying in different apartments in the vicinity). Some had slightly better views of the water, but none were as updated or comfortable as ours. This is a perfect stay for a family. A walking distance from the water, right on a golf course, and very close to a beautiful park. Every day looked like a post card!!
