Denne lejlighed har alt hvad du har brug for! 3 bærbare vekselstrømsaggregater installeret i august 2019, en i opholdsrummet og hvert soveværelse. Fantastisk layout med soveværelserne i separate ender af lejligheden som en 2 master. Vi har lige købt denne enhed i 2015 og afsluttet et komplet renovering af køkken og badeværelse i 2016! Keurig og almindelige kaffemaskiner. Nyt strøelse, briller, crock pot osv. Vi leverede en elektrisk grill (gas er ikke tilladt). Der er en fladskærm i både soveværelser og stue med DVD- og BlueRay-afspillere. Komplet strandudstyr, boogiebræt, masker, finner, stole, isbryst, håndklæder. Babyudstyr inkluderer pac n play, klapvogn af typen "paraply", blokke, legetøj og babysikkerhed. Spil, DVD'er og bøger for at holde dig optaget. TA048-345-7024-01

Amazing stay!

This property blew us away. The views were incredible. The pool was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, and had amazing amenities. We were lucky to find such a perfect spot.

great view

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time at the condo. it was incredibly well stocked with appliances. lots of recreational gear as well. Great info on where to park as the signage in the resort is not too clear. we were a bit concerned with a bottom unit but there was little walking traffic in front of us. we loved the place!

Heavenly Princeville Retreat

Perfect little getaway !

We would do anything to be back there right now! My family of five had a perfect stay! The morning greeting from the Nene was so special. We enjoyed walking around the property and taking in all the views. If we make it back to Kauai we would love to stay at this property again.

Wow, this rental is amazing!!!

We had a 14 day stay and loved every minute of the trip!! The rental was super clean and had everything we needed, plus the a/c worked perfectly to keep us cool when the trade winds died down. No issues all, we are looking to book again!! Thank you!!

Great location in a very quiet complex! Beautiful views, and a very well equipped kitchen!

Had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. Views are spectacular along with the tradewinds that come through daily. Only note that I would say is that you are in a bottom unit and you hear everything if someone is up above in the unit above you. to be expected and never was a problem while sleeping.

So Impressed with this hidden gem!

This place was the perfect getaway for our family of 4 while we stayed for a week exploring the island! There was everything we needed from beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen all the way to shampoo and conditioner in the showers! The sunset views from the yard were spectacular, it was a nightly routine for us to go watch the sunset! I really appreciated the great communication with the property manager, she was so easy to reach if needed which made the stay even better knowing she was only a phone call/text away! We will definitely spread the word on this hidden gem and our family will 100% book again when we return!

Near Perfect!

Fantastic location. Clean, comfortable, beautiful decor. We will definitely be back. The only thing that was missing was a lock on the sliding glass door SCREEN in the bedroom. Check the coffee pot innard parts to make sure they are clean before use. I would highly recommend this wonderful unit. It is first class and we loved it!

We loved the property. Beautiful views and great location. We would definitely stay again. The breezes were fantastic in the afternoon. No need to even use an air condition, though she has them available if you need. I just got home and went to book for next year. Unfortunately the time I needed is booked - was very saddened. But will stay again for sure. Thank you Minka and Kristine

Very comfortable and well-furnished property in an ideal location.

The condo is at the ocean end of a condo complex with wonderful views of the ocean and the golf course. The apartment is pleasant and comfortable as described. Unfortunately, we arrived on the night of one of the worst storms in years and so were not able to take advantage of the location and its walk down to hidden beach. We were only booked for 2 nights, both of which were during this terrible storm. Only wish the weather had been different so we could have enjoyed the condo and its setting. Many thanks to the owner for her courtesy in dealing with us during this very unusual situation.

Perfect location, stocked with verything you need

We spent a week here Jan 5-12, 2019. Having never been to Princeville I did not know the area, was hoping I selected right. Minka's unit is perfectly situated in the development. Its a corner unit overlooking the ocean with beautiful views from the two patios and eat in area. Its a ground floor unit, which makes it easy to walk out for a closer look. We saw whales every morning. Unit is clean! The bedrooms and baths have everything you need. Also supplied are beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling items etc. Treat yourself and get up early to watch the sunrise. The stars are fantastic, they blanket the sky and you can see shooting stars. Kitchen is well equipped and we wanted for no gadget. Nice selection of DVDs though we really only watched a few times. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. As I walked around the complex, it was easy to see this unit is situated to avoid the blinding afternoon sun units on the St Regis side get. The walk to Hideaways beach is steep but paved, making it easy to get up and down vs mud and ropes at other beaches. The Hideaways Pizza Pub was good in a pinch. Nearby Princeville Center has a Foodland for staples and alcohol. The Tiki Iniki restaurant - take a pass. I am not over critical but worst lunch ever. Nearby Hanalei has lots of shops and we really enjoyed Kalypso restaurant and Hanalei Bread Co, and I liked The Sand People gift shop. Tahiti Nui was good for a quick drink. The kids used the kayaking place in Hanalei as well as the Princeville Ranch(4- wheeling, zip line, hiking) for activities and were very pleased. Nearby Annini Beach was great for snorkeling. Has restrooms, food trucks and the water near shore is calm as the reef out a way does break the waves, also lots of trees. Traffic is something to consider, we found getting out in the am was best for getting around. On the main road in Kapaa - Nom and Sam's are great restaurants. New fan of Shave Ice. We can't wait to come back again and to this unit. Very pleased. Minka and management company were easy to get a hold of.

I loved the ease of access to parking, being able to walk the exercise path, the condo's location (I particularly liked being on the corner), the quiet, and also being able to see the sunset, which was nearby. I did not take any photos. Not too big on pictures!

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.

Family getaway

Location is 10/10. Communication 10/10. Beautiful view from the unit. Close to beaches, golf, Hanalei Bay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to others.Wish I had known there would be construction in the unit above and re-roofing project on buildings across the lawn during our stay.

We live in San Diego with our children ages 10, 21 and 24. We love to travel and snorkel/scuba dive. Kauai is one of our favorite places and we spend at least a month here during the summer.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We bought this condo after renting one (thru VRBO) in Pali Ke Kua we fell in love with the views! This 2 bedroom set up is spacious and you cant help but relax the minute you get there. The on site restaurant and paved path for beach access is something you can't get anywhere else.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This unit takes full advantage of the wonderful trade winds, however for the times the winds are not blowing we installed AC units. We love all the green space that adds to the peacefull feeling. Great for kids to play too! The on site restaurant is a huge plus, Hideaways Pizza Pub has wonderful pizza and salads plus a bar. The complex has a private paved path down to Hideaways Beach. If you have ever stayed in Princeville before you know that to access the beach you normally have to hike down a dirt path which can get slippery and difficult for some.
