Mountain-view condo

Wake up every morning with a perfect view of the ski slopes! Superb facility, very convenient to ski shuttle. Can't wait to go back!

Best place to stay ever!

First time in the area and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Extra clean, perfect view, and close to the slopes. Host was awesome , checking to make sure everything was as it should be and it was. Thank you for a great experience!

Great condo in Winter Park

Fantastic spot on the river. Close-up views of the ski hill. Very convenient and great host. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for families

4 adults and 3 children stayed for 4 nights in February. The condo had everything we needed and was so spacious. The view is amazing! We would definitely go back.

Great Host - Great Location

Jim is a great, very responsive host. He went out of his way to make our vacation wonderful. Property is very nice and only a few minutes to the slopes via car. Would definitely stay again. Check out the new restaurant by the A-Frames across the street for magical short ribs.

Family Ski Vacation

Fabulous location, great views, and nicely furnished. We cooked breakfast and dinner in condo each day. Kitchen was outstanding. Short walk to shuttle pickup. Easy access by car if you want to drive to Winter park or Fraser. We will definitely book this condo again!

Winter Park Condo

This property is in excellent condition and well stocked with everything you would need. We are a 3 generation family who stayed in the condo for 4 enjoyable nights. Everything went smoothly and we loved the comfortable living room and excellent kitchen. We will definitely book again. Beautiful views and lots of southern light made it especially enjoyable.

Perfect Place

The condo was comfortable and well stocked, as well as beautiful and convenient to the shuttle stop. But the view was the jaw-dropper! Wow! Add to that an incredible host. Perfect Place!

Fantastic snow!

We were so fortunate to stay at Jim’s place. The huge windows open up to a gorgeous view of the mountains, and we all enjoyed watching the snow cats work before we went to bed. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen utensil a person could need. The beds were very comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the bus stop. The snow was fantastic while we were there. A truly amazing stay! Thank you!

Wonderful!

This condo is perfect for our group of seven. The location is great. We used the shuttle instead of our cars, and we even walked to the ski area a couple of times. We prepared meals each day with plenty of pots, utensils, etc. The host is absolutely amazing and quick to respond! The wall of windows facing the ski runs is a million dollar view! We can’t wait to return!

Home Away From Home

WE loved this property! It was spotless when we walked in and was stocked with pretty much everything to make our stay comfortable. All we needed was to buy groceries and then enjoy. Also - Close enough to Winter Park to walk to the base if needed. Jim, the owner, was fabulous in helping answer questions, and always answered when we called (not really necessary for any issues - but for community information) WE will stay here again and again. It is our new "spot" in Colorado!

Excellent location and kitchen!

We had a group of 5 guys sharing a spot, all getting away for a ski weekend, and this spot had everything we needed. Amazing views!!! The biggest value to us though is that we all like to cook and with a couple chef's in the group, this spot had everything we needed. Quality knives, every bowl, pan or pot we would need, great spice selection, sizable fridge, and even a nice 2 burner grill on the patio. The location was great to walk about 1/4 mile to hop on the shuttle to the resort. We will definitely come back here in the future.

Great Overall

Beautiful full size windows facing the slopes and great condo overall. Has everything needed and is near the resort bus stop (green line). Bus stop is right by Alpine Sun Ski Rentals which is a short walk from the Condo. Condo owner (Jim) was very informative and ensured we did not have any unanswered questions. Now I know why the condo has an average 5/5 star reviews. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great place, beautiful views!

Awesome house with beautiful views! Just perfect for 8 people and a baby to stay comfortably. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen and a dining room table big enough for all of us. A little bit of a walk down to the shuttle stop but not too bad. And my only other recommendation to the owner/property manager is to include information about the hot tub in the listing or in the information packet. We didn’t read anything about a hot tub and didn’t pack swim suits, so unfortunately missed out on that perk.

Winter Park Ski Resort Condo

We came to Winter Park (family of 6) for the first time for 8 days of skiing and this property could not have been more perfect for our needs and what we wanted. It is in an ideal location (2 minute shuttle ride so ski village), boasts gorgeous mountain and creek views and was very clean and comfortable. The quality was good and the decor very nice with enough updates. The family and living room furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen, bathrooms and cleaning closet were all very well stocked. Everything was easy, convenient and comfortable. The layout of the condo was also very good and the three bedrooms were generous in size with good sleeping arrangements. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend this property and stay here again.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for 6 adults and great views

This condo was excellent - large windows overlooking the Winter Park ski slopes and the river. The living and dining areas had more than enough seating and space for our 6 adults, and the 3 bedrooms all had plenty of space. Kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Garage parking and ski storage locker in garage were also convenient. Shuttle stop was about a 1.5 block walk, or about 3-5 minutes. Finally, communications with the owner were excellent. Only one complaint was that the complex's hot tub was in need of cleaning. Otherwise, the overall stay was excellent!

A great trip!

The property is simply awesome and fully equipped. We had such an easy time booking and getting all the info from Jim. He was quick to respond to a few questions and provided all the info needed for the trip. The property itself is gorgeous, spacious, and you can’t beat the views. The large dining table was perfect to enjoy meals as well as play games! As a family who loves cooking homemade meals on ski trips, we especially loved all the kitchen had to offer - great pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. Hot tub was about a two minute walk from the front door. We got our ski/snowboard rentals from the shop around the corner which was so convenient. The bus stop was right there as well. It was simply a perfect trip!! Thank you!!

Beautiful view, beautiful condo

I was here with a few friends and it was great. Check-in was easy, host was extremely good at communication, and the overall feel and comfort of the unit was excellent. The floor to ceiling views in the spacious living room + kitchen look right out onto the slopes, you can see people skiing. I'd highly recommend it here.

Fantastic Place!

Our family traveled in from Iowa for skiing & wanted a property close to the mountain…the Trademark did not disappoint…fantastic view of the mountain, beautiful & well appointed condo had everything we needed for our family…we would definitely stay again as Jim our Host was very communicative & attentive to anything we needed!

Enjoyed our stay in your property.

Comfortable well maintained. Could use better instructions on how TV works. Several remotes caused a little confusion. Not a big deal.
