Always exceptional with Bev!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented from Best Nest for a number of years. This location is very quiet and the third time renting on this street. We love going to HH in the fall and parking at the Sea Pines Beach club for beach access.

Beautiful home in Hilton Head

This was our first visit it to Hilton Head and the Hollyberry house was amazing. Beautiful house inside and out. Pool was fantastic. House was so clean and organized which made our trip even easier and better. Location was also great and peaceful. Quick drive to beach. Thanksgiving Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! All rooms are on the main floor with the exception of one bedroom/bath. Great for the two grandmothers that traveled with us! Two large living spaces and the primary bedroom provide beautiful views of the outdoor area and also have their own access door to the heated pool and patio. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and its location on the island makes this house a wonderful choice. Second trip at this BESTNEST house and will definitely choose it again!

Perfection and Privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th home we’ve rented with BestNest and they never disappoint. We love the Greenwood Forest central location and if you have a dog it’s the perfect quiet place to walk. The house was better than pictured. Everything from the bed linens, towels, kitchen, pillows, throw blankets, art, and supplies, was perfectly done and lovingly cared for the guest experience. One extra special thing about the house is privacy. There is complete privacy in the backyard. When you swim it’s truly like being in the middle of a forest and it’s especially spectacular in the evening. (We heated the pool and it was perfect the full month on March). Not to mention the house is at the very end of the road so it’s quiet and if you don’t want to see anyone— you won’t. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about the house and the fantastic support from BestNest team. We would never stay with anyone other than BestNest and we sing their praises to everyone. Don’t miss out on this fantastic rental.

Cleanliness is a top priority for our family and I appreciate that Beverly Serral understands that walking into a clean vacation rental is essential to getting your vacation started on the right foot. We weren’t disappointed with 27 Hollyberry Drive. The house was great and served our family of six perfectly. We all agreed we would definitely rent 27 Hollyberry Drive again. Thank you.

Wonderful, wonderful !!

We have stayed at several homes in Sea Pines. This home with its beautiful decor, cleanliness and ample supply of kitchen tools, gadgets, cleaning supplies made it even better. It is an 11 minute bike ride to the beach club. The pool is great and was cleaned 3 times when we were there. Usually you are lucky to have a pool cleaned once. This home is gorgeous and looks exactly as the pictures state. I hope that others who stay here respect the money and care that Beverly has put into this home. Beverly was great to work with although we didn’t need anything while we stayed, everything worked great. The neighborhood is quiet and the bike paths are at the entrance of the neighborhood. We ride bikes a lot! We would highly recommend this home! :-)

Amazing Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are absolutely pleased with this rental. Beautiful home. All the amenities. Amazing! Only one complaint!! We wish we would have known all the extras in the house before arriving! We brought things in our car (from Canada!!) that we’re already in house- ex. Dog crate! We wish we would have known how prepared this house was for visitors as it would have lightened our travel load so if you are renting ask specifically about extras in the home!!

Favorite rental yet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you yet again, Best Nest. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Great pics, but even better feel as soon as you enter the house. My best friend and I loved the bonus living room for chatting late at night, the teenagers loved the upstairs hideaway, and all of us loved the pool area. The kitchen is well appointed , and we made huge breakfasts and lunches with the cookware etc you supplied. The beds and bedrooms are all lovely. The placement of the house is perfect and on a quiet street (a huge plus for this light sleeper). It’s also very accessible to the beaches and Harbortown. Thank you for having us. I would rent this home over and over.

Family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have booked with best nest 3 summers and i never regret it. From the website to the excellent communication the management company is superior. The home felt like a home, not a rental. All of the furniture was comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchens and bathrooms. The beach toys and wagons were great. The beach was a mile walk which was a little far for the kids but we enjoyed the views along the walk.

Peaceful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids stayed at Hollyberry Lane in July. Like “ALL” of Beverly’s rentals, the home was spotless and supplied with everything useful when cooking a meal or heading to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the pool, especially in the evenings. The location is close to the beach, as our daughter strolled her son in the wagon each morning. It’s also located just down the road to Harbor Town. We have vacationed to HHI for 30 years plus years and Beverly’s rentals are like no other in comparison...thank you for helping make beautiful memories for our family!

Bennett Experince With 27 Hollyberry

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented several times with Bev Serral/BESTNEST. By far the facilities are spotless and have always been stocked with the necessary utensils, sporting goods, etc. We were a little disappointed with this particular property because of the third bathroom. There were three couples for this trip and our expectation was three full bathrooms. The shower of the third bathroom was too small and confined (height), that it was not functional. We ended up having to share the two remaining bathroom between the three couples. Will this prevent me from renting with BESTNEST? Absolutely not but I will ask more questions next time about the bathroom facilities to ensure the home is appropriate for our plans. I would recommend this property to a friend but would make them fully aware of the third bathroom issue.
